Brandy was my saving grace through this planning process. She made she I got everything i envisioned and stepped in as my mom (who is out of state) for any meetings. She always had patience with me and was super responsive. My wedding day wouldn’t have been what it was without Blue Chalk Events!

We used Blue Chalk Events full planning services and were very pleased with our decision! Brandy made the whole process easy, non-stressful and honestly, fun. She is professional and does her job with grace to create a gorgeous, one-of-a- kind wedding with special touches unique to the couple. She is very creative, budget conscious, organized and has a great working relationship with her preferred vendors. The vendors she recommended were top- notch! Brandy worked with my daughter’s vision and ideas to make a celebration of a lifetime. The ceremony and reception were both gorgeous right down to the smallest details. The day of was enjoyable because we knew Brandy had everything running smoothly. We are so glad we trusted Blue Chalk Events with this life event, the experience and wedding was absolutely the best!

Brandy and Mikayla were literally angles sent from above. I told Brandy exactly what we wanted and that is exactly what we got. I was very anxious with mixing my crazy Mexican family into a calm American wedding and we got a perfect mix. All the vendors they help me pick out went above and beyond also. The absolute best decision I made in my wedding preparation was hiring Brandy & her team!! From the very beginning up until our wedding day, she was with us every single step of the way. Any time we ran into a potential issue (during the planning and even on our wedding day), she gracefully and happily resolved it. Both my husband and I were able to have a relaxed & stress-free wedding day because of the complete trust we had in Brandy and her team. We feel so blessed and grateful to have had Brandy as our wedding planner and now as a forever friend!! Best money spent! We paid extra for a little more care than the month before package since we the parents were planning from out of state. Blue Chalk knew the venue and most of the other providers (i.e., photographer, florist, etc.) They worked well with all involved making sense of the chaos and provided us with a beautiful stress-free day. Would recommend Blue Chalks for this reason and for their flexibility with your needs.

Brandy and Mikayla were both wonderful and incredibly helpful. Brandy was happy to take my calls, emails, and texts, and was very encouraging when I was stressed or worried about various aspects of the wedding. Her styling was also such a blessing! She was able to take my vision and make it even better with her styling ability. Lastly, her vendor coordination and day of coordination took so much stress off myself and my family and made our special day even better!

Hiring a wedding planner is truly the best investment I ever made during the wedding process. Having a go to person for questions and planning took the stress off of my mom and I both so we could enjoy the planning process and soak up our wedding day. My venue, Aspen Ranch, recommended Brandy, and I adored her from the beginning. Brandy was quick to listen and very responsive and was fully committed to making my husband and I’s day exactly what we wanted. Brandy was there 24/7 for me and was there to answer all kinds of questions. She also coordinated with other vendors and came up with an incredibly detailed timeline that was a huge help to the wedding party, family, and vendors. Come wedding time, we ended up having torrential rain and hail storms plus tornado warnings, but our wedding was more than we ever dreamed and that was because of Brandy and the venue team. Without their help coordinating, it would never have gone as smooth or stress free as it did. I could keep going, but Brandy is truly the best wedding planner I could ever ask for and she has become a lifelong friend in the process too. Do yourself (and your mom and your MIL) a favor and hire Brandy!

Best decision was to hire Blue Chalk Events! Brandy and Mikayla went above and beyond from the first time we met! I didn’t worry about a thing! They took care of everything in a professional manner and helped us have a lot of fun too! There are so many moving parts on the day of the wedding and I was able to trust them to make sure everything went smoothly! I was able to relax and enjoy my daughter and her friends during the day. During the wedding I was able to visit with family and friends and feel confident that all of my Daughter’s expectations were met! It was a perfect day and I give Blue Chalk the credit for making everything flow seamlessly!

Blue Chalk Events was always there when I needed them, kept me on top of the things I needed to complete and made my wedding day the most enjoyable time for my husband and I. If there were one thing I would absolutely not give up, it would be using Blue Chalk Events. I have also gained a sweet friendship too. Blues Chalk was simply phenomenal! Their attention to detail, professionalism, care, and overall work ethic was amazing! I officiate many weddings and work with different coordinators - blue chalk is the best - they are now my “go-to” for couples! I was father of the bride and minister officiating this wedding and was so impressed with Brandy! On a day that is emotional and potentially stressful you need someone who will be under control and firm yet compassionate towards everyone - that was blue chalk for sure! We were so thankful to work with Brandy and her employees while planning this wedding to the rehearsal to the wedding day! We cannot say enough - incredibly pleased! Highly recommend:)
