In the last 25 years, Blue Diamond developed strong relationships with local farmers and purveyors and serves stunningly creative dishes for intimate gatherings, mobs of 2000, celebrity-studded affairs, rare cross country challenges, glamorous fashion shows and rocking as a high volume tailgate warrior. But Chef/Owner; Brad Ford is very happy cooking for regular folks like him and even budget weddings because he occasionally falls for young couples in love and their colorful families, much like his own.

tself was even better. We have had so many friends tell us it was by far the best food they have had at a wedding. Brad and his team are the ultimate professionals. From the hors d'oeuvres to the plated sald to the main course course, the food was amazing! I must also note that we began working with Brad and his team a year ago, long before the pandemic hit. Brad worked with us through many trying changes due to COVID-19, including a postponement, a much reduced guest list, three reception venue changes, and numerous changes for serving the food. (Brad, through his numerous contacts, actually found the venue for my reception a week before the wedding when the second venue canceled.) Most importantly, Brad worked hard to ensure our guests were safe at the reception by researching the safest methods for presentation and delivery of the food. Blue Diamond delivers perfection in a friendly, professional manner. I will forever be grateful to Brad and Blue Diamond Catering for all of their hard work and delicious food at my wedding. Brad is so easy-going, attentive and knowledgeable from selection of the menu to service of perfect food at your reception . , attentive, and no matter how minor the question was he made sure I had the information I needed and that my mind was at ease going into my wedding. He created a menu suggestion for us and my husband and I changed a couple things based on our preferences, but Brad put together an amazing menu! I'm highly allergic to nuts, and he made sure every time we talked to reassure me that no menu items would contain nuts and he would take steps to ensure I could enjoy my wedding food with no worries about cross contamination. Which brings me to my next thought: the food. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!! We served an assortment of appetizers for the reception, and Brad made certain that no one went hungry and there was something everyone could enjoy. He and his staff made us huge care packages to take home, and the food was just as wonderful the second day! Half the conversations I had at the reception were people complimenting the food and the staff. All of Brad's staff were extremely polite and made sure everyone was taken care of and everything went smoothly. The only thing we are sad about is we don't have any other big events to plan for so we can hire Blue Diamond Catering again. In summary: Brad is wonderful, great for people who are allergy conscious, food was DELICIOUS, staff were amazing. You will not regret hiring Blue Diamond Catering!

very often because that is just rude!) I had adjustments to make to what folks would consider normal catering requests, and he worked with me on everything I was doing to try to cut spending. He also didn't grumble about our reception space not having an elevator and being on the 3rd floor! The food was served buffet style and we did the dessert (cupcakes). He brought servers that took care of keeping the room clean as we ate and created trash. He left us all the leftovers in the fridge so we had yummy food for a few days afterward! We did homey comfort food and it was AWESOME! Jack Daniels' chicken, cheesey mashed potatoes, squashes with green beans, arugula and feta salad and rolls. for 150 people... at a very reasonable price! Loved working with them!
