limo that was sent looked horiable inside and on top of that had no A/C. It was a hot day so just imagine if you had grooms men in 3 peice suits in a limo with no A/C. When we called to let them know we need a new limo because it has no A/C some how the ediots that work there think sending a 12 passenger limo would be ok now you tell me how does that work. Then when just figure it must be another limo coming which is fine we just have to break up the group so we call to ask if there was another one coming and they say no we dont have any other drivers he will just have to drop the first group off and then come back for the second grounp. WHAT can you imagine on your wedding day having to deal with this. And it doesnt stop there it gets worse so after the first group is dropped off and the driver is on his way to pick up the next group the limo break down. So lets recap: 1st limo sent no working a/c and things falling apart inside the limo, 2nd limo sent to small, no other limo can be sent because there isnt any extra drivers, same small limo does 1st drop off and on the way for the next pick up and breaks down. So the original 2 1/2 hour break in between the service and the reception was used up only taking pictures of the bride with the groom and the couple with the bridesmaids because all the grooms when where in the second pick up. Cocktail hour started at 5:30 and half the wedding party didnt even get there until 6:00 which was 3 hours after the first group left the church. So I know this sounds so bad one can only ask them selves is this really possiable when its the best company in the business well I;m here to tell you YES it can and YES it did happen and lets not even mention the hassel it took to get a hold of the owner in order to discuss reimburstment. I guess we should have known something is wrong when in your contract it says you can not gurantee A/C to work if its more then 80 deg outside im sorry but wedding season is summer and its almost always going to be more then 80 deg outside. Well I hope this helps any bride thinking of going with them. I know some of you will read this and say oh it only happened to them it wont happen to me well I just hope it doesnt because you can not take back time wasted and pictures missed because of a problem like this. Just remember employees them selves can go on here and give 5 star ratings so just think twice before you book

me my driver's name and number in case I needed to contact him on my wedding day. He came right on time for the wedding- which was something I was nervous about but didn't need to be at all. The limo was clean, cool (it was 90 degrees that day)and came stocked with waters, sodas, ice, and glasses. The limo was very well taken care of and really accommodating for tall groomsmen. The limo driver was super friendly and drove us around for photos afterwards and let us play our ipod in the limo. Great experience, and no complaints!

nd my bridesmaids. He even reminded me if there was anything I needed, he would run to the store and grab it. Who does that?! Awesome service all around. After our wedding, he informed me and my new hubby, he had been married for about 32 years and had 3 kids. He gave us some wonderful advice that we will cherish for a long time. I can't wait to make 32 years with my hubby. The service was great, it was not cheap, but we had the limo the entire time and it was prom season.

d best of all the driver was prompt and did his job well. We would definitely hire them again if we need a limo or car service. Fantastic experience!

. We ended up getting the big party bus, which was wonderful! Our driver was so friendly, let us listen to whatever music we wanted (pretty loud might I add) and was prompt in picking us up and dropping us off. He even backed down our street with was lined with cars on both sides without a problem! Would recommend to anyone!

e, the limo was pretty and clean, and we liked the red carpet rolled out! There were drinks and snacks available which was nice too.

t was awesome! We had the driver pick up the groomsmen from the reception location in Raleigh (they were doing a little bit of set-up before the event), drive to our church in Bunn, NC and then back to the reception. The limo was beautiful, clean and comfortable for all 10 members of the wedding party. Steve, our driver, was FANTASTIC! He even rolled out a red carpet for the party to use when entering/exiting the limo. :)

ease. I was provided with his cell phone number the day before the wedding in case of any emergency. The limo was elegant and fit my entire wedding party (18 people!).
