They made us comfortable in front of the camera (which neither of us was) and we had so much fun with them. They are true professionals and true artists. We are so happy with our choice. uld not settle for any less. Photography was the one area I was not willing to “settle” for and skimp on. When my husband and I met with Bob, he was professional, prompt, organized and to the point. He met us right in our town at a coffee shop and my husband agreed that he would be our wedding photographer. Our engagement photos were taken in July 2016 and the shoot was so fun and memorable! We received so many compliments on our photos and every one wanted to know about Blue Diamond Photography! We ended up having to change our wedding date and location twice and Bob was accommodating, polite and understanding. He kept our deposit and helped us choose a wedding date when he & Tammy were available. Fast forward to our wedding day in May 2018...I couldn’t have asked for a more organized, assertive and professional duo to make forever memories of our special day! Bob took charge, connected with our families, and Tammy had an artistic eye and energetic personality that any bride would love and appreciate! Thanks to these two, our entire event stayed on schedule and they were able to keep the other vendors in line! They made sure my husband and I got every shot we wanted and they included every person on our list to be photographed. Our “sneak peek” photos were amazing and came quickly. People were an awe with the quality and style of our first 17 pictures and I couldn’t wait to see them all! Our album arrived and it is leather bound, made in Italy. It is gorgeous, to say the least! THANK YOU to Bob and Tammy for our forever memories! Your wedding day happens only once, but photos last a lifetime! I highly recommend that you trust Blue Diamond to document and share your once in a lifetime day!

lbum. The photos are AMAZING and he makes you feel very comfortable through the entire process but one of my favorite things about working with Bob was the fact you did not need a wedding planner. He had feedback on everything you could have possibly wondered and played an intricate role in laying out the greatest wedding day itinerary. Even before our first meeting, they were so easy to communicate with and were very flexible around my (at the time) grad student schedule. I was instantly blown away by the work they showed me then and was beyond thrilled with the entire process we went through during my year of wedding planning. They carefully balance your wishes with their experience and will address anything you need, big or small. The rain poured our entire wedding day which threw a wrench in our original plans for a gorgeous waterfront shoot. No worries for Bob and Tammy, though - they swiftly reworked our plans to accommodate an indoor setting. They captured every single moment of our day (literally thousands of photos!) and worked with us throughout the evening to ensure we got everything we wanted and then some, including taking care of those family members and friends who approached them to get "just one more shot"! I am so thankful to these professionals for helping us preserve every possible memory of our day. We could not have asked for more from a wedding photographer. I cannot more strongly recommend them to any Southern New England bride who wants her wedding photographed in the absolute best way!

We first met Bob about one year earlier when we had moved back to CT for the year for work and knew right away from his previous portfolios and gracious mannerism that he would be the perfect person for the job. Our lovely engagement session at Lighthouse Point Park proved to be only a snapshot of the beautiful work that was to come. Throughout the year of planning, he was always available for advice and recommendations and having had many prior experiences shooting outside, at sunset, and at the Madison Beach Hotel, we were able to trust his instincts and rely on his expertise. After our wedding, we received several preview photographs one week later. The full set of photographs were ready 2 short months later! The photographs capture the overwhelming emotion and truly showcase our special day. We are so fortunate to have found Blue Diamond Photography and know that the memories of the wedding of our dreams would just not have been of the same caliber had we chosen another company. klyn, NY and Bob picked us up at the New Haven train station and we went to a starbucks where he showed us his work and gave us all of the details. His work is outstanding and breath taking. We knew right away that we wanted him with us for our wedding. The engagement session was very fun and so relaxed. We ended up with some great shots. The actual wedding was perfect. We were planning to do a first look outside, but it rained - so Bob called me a few days before and we made a backup plan that we will get to have an outdoor shoot post wedding - which is kind of cool and not all photographers would offer that. Anyways Bob and Tammy did an awesome job at the wedding, they were not intrusive - I feel like I forgot they were there until they would appear out of nowhere to get a picture! We had the ceremony on top of a staircase and Bob got on top of the area above the door so that he was eye level and not in anyones way. Needless to say he captured every moment without all the shots looking up our noses. He had us give him a checklist of all the formal group shots we wanted family, friend groups etc... and he had that on the wedding day and we checked them off as we went though - so I know everything I wanted will be there. I will say the best way to get a hold of Bob is by calling or by text message - emails aren't as easy to get a hold of him but when you do get ahold of him via phone or text he knows exactly who you are and pays full attention to you. I would recommend Bob and Tammy to absolutely anyone without batting an eye. They are part of what made the wedding perfect.

ure is beautiful and we have received so many compliments on them. Our photographers Bob and Tammy were amazing and great to be around. They put everyone at ease and really went the extra mile to make sure we received the photos that we dreamed of. We highly recommend them!

t detail shots are generic and I have 2 to 3 shots of all other big moments. I received around 650, which is nothing to todays standards, and didn't get even one group shot of any of my guests or of anyone dancing. As a whole, about 15% of all my guests are present. The owner was unprofessional and got in my videographers way all might. He is in most of my video and asked him to turn his light off for the cake cutting. I have dark video of it, but thank goodness I have 3 pictures from it. When asked about the amount of pictures and lack of pictures of people dancing or guest shots, he didn't have much to say except that he gave us a deal. We met with him a few times before the wedding and I thought I was very clear on our vision but I can never get that day back.

e experience that we had with Blue Diamond Photography. He talked with my over the phone anytime that I called, and we met in person several times. He worked around my busy schedule, and he listened to everything that I said I wanted and didn't want. We did a mini engagement shoot, the rehearsal dinner, the wedding, and a day after shoot. We are still working on my album, but that is my fault, not his, I just haven't had the time to pick out everything yet, however I have every confidence that It will be wonderful!

ce which was great because he was with us for 11 hours, and got all of the shots we wanted. He was very patient and took the time to make sure that all of our family, and bridal party shots were captured. My only complaint was that they are very busy, and sometimes getting a hold of them was difficult. There was a time when it took a couple of weeks to get a call back, but the pictures and professionalism were worth it.
