Worth getting chocolate on my dress!), and he made the perfect surprise Wisconsin Badger cake for my groom! Two months later and everyone is still talking about the desserts at our wedding! couldn't stop raving about how delicious they were, so we stopped in to see what Blue Dolfin could do for us. Very affordable, compared to what I anticipated. I was planning on a sheet cake from the grocery store, but this honestly was not much more money, considering it looked so nice, and tasted so amazing. We printed out a couple inspiration pictures for Stefan (strawberry shortcake tiered/naked style cake with berries), and he went above and beyond in creating it! We did not use a cake stand, and he delivered it to our reception on a nice marble/tile slab, which worked perfectly. You will not regret going with Blue Dolfin (or at least stopping by the bakery to pick up some delicious sweets!!)

Which, believe me, if you've ever been to a wedding is quite an accomplishment! I was, however, disappointed that my cake looked nothing like as requested. I even brought in pictures during our consultation and it looked nothing like I wanted. I'm pretty disappointed about that, though of course, as the bride and groom, we're the only ones who would notice if it didn't look like we requested it to look. Still a shame, those pictures in our wedding album caused me to cringe whenever I saw our cake.

I was amazed that day at how quickly that table was cleared and I was lucky that I managed to swipe up a chocolate cupcake before they were all gone. A couple months later, when we met with Stefan, we knew right away that we wanted him to make our wedding cake. Upon first meeting him, it is apparent that he truly loves what he does. He is a truly skilled baker and is clearly proud of his work. His cakes are delicious and reasonably priced, and he is also a pleasure to do business with. We will definitely be going back for our anniversaries. We highly recommend Blue Dolfin Sweets to anyone!

We also had a dessert spread put out that every loved!! I would def recommend this bakery for anyone in the area having any kind of party!!
