Located in Atlanta, GA, Blue Fern Community is a wedding venue filled with character. The 1800’s building in historic downtown Newnan has been refurbished and transformed into a trendy venue packed with personality and charm. With exposed brick, wood floors, and wide-planked white wood walls, the space is the perfect minimalist backdrop for weddings and receptions. After a friendship spanning nearly two decades, owners Lori and Lory decided to set out on a new adventure together. Combining their creative and managerial talents, the pair opened Blue Fern Community and is devoted to working together to bring couples’ dream wedding visions to life. The modern eclectic atmosphere they have created is warm and inviting for intimate affairs and larger weddings alike. The local town is full of activities and accommodations, perfect for out-of-town guests, and parking is available for those driving. The 2,000 sq ft space exudes the relaxed elegance of a sophisticated social club. The licensed bar can be stocked for a signature drink or champagne toast, and also carries wines, beers, and premium liquors. Preferred vendors are available to provide catering for a buffet-style meal and venue staff take care of event setup and clean up. Bartenders and servers will be on-hand all through the events for you and your guests’ convenience. Stunning lighting, décor, tables, and chairs are provided by Blue Fern, along with all flatware, glassware, barware, china, and linens. Not just for the wedding day itself, you and your partner are welcome to host your guests for the full weekend of wedding activities, including rehearsal dinner, weddings showers, and after-wedding brunch.
