All my needs were met, above and beyond! Donna was an amazing coordinator. She kept a constant check on myself and the bridal party making sure we were all doing well. She was kind enough to package up some dinner, cake, and desserts for us. She was in constant communication during every stage of the day. Amazing care and attention to detail! The staff is so welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable! Everything was communicated clearly and executed perfectly. We have no complaints at all!! From my immediate family and wedding party to guests, all around rave reviews! The repeated phrase is.. Blue Heron Pines knows how to throw a wedding! Venue was stunning, food was incredible. Multiple people pointed out to me that the staff was incredible, taking care of everyone and doing it quickly and kindly. Avoiding things that other venues seem to struggle with, like lines at the bar, they were on it! Everyone was so impressed. I had multiple guests say that that was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. Everything was thought out and it showed. Mine and others needs were anticipated and taken care of. I was able to just simply enjoy the day! Which I did, so incredibly much. It was beautiful and more than I had imagined. My husband and I are so incredibly happy with the whole day and we are so happy to have picked Blue Heron Pines. This place is beautiful, the wedding packages are so worth the price, the staff is great, the food is delicious; they're well organized, detail orientated, and handle everything for you so you don't have to stress over literally anything at all. nues and even booked one with a date planned for 2023. Unfortunately, we had a few things come up that forced us to move our timeline. In 2024, we began planning again and wanted to check out BHP. We toured BHP with Tara and immediately fell in love. A PERFECT venue with everything you could want. Do you want an outdoorsy / woodsy ceremony? Do you want an outdoor wedding on a patio overlooking beautiful greens? Do you want an indoor wedding? They can do it all! We had a strange cold June day for our wedding. It gave us an opportunity to have the fireplace and outdoor firepit going for our reception and cocktail hour. The cocktail hour was fantastic - everyone mingling on the patio and around the firepit. We set up a cigar bar area for everyone to enjoy. I highly recommend the slider and french fry stations for your cocktail hour. DELICIOUS! Everyone loved them. Huge thanks to Tara and her team for making our day PERFECT.

No one attended to the bride and groom or their party until 30 minutes before the ceremony. When we asked the planner where the food and bev was, she replied she would get it in a minute... she never came back. When we asked the planner what do we do, she replied ask your photographer. Made my wedding morning 90% more stressful. Guests also complained that the steak was extremely raw (non edible).

were tremendous leading up to the big day and setting up my vision as well when it came to the day of. They truly knocked it out of the park. Our concierge, Jeanine was over the top AMAZING. I truly could not thank her enough for everything she did for us. We didn't have to lift a finger. She made sure everything we needed and wanted was right there. She even helped with my dress multiple times. I felt so cared for and she truly made our day that much more special. She also paid extra attention to both our parents and made sure they were cared for too. Overall It was the most amazing day and everyone that works there is absolutely incredible. 10/10 Highly recommend!

e thing to say. Everything was perfect, the coordinators and staff were delightful, the food was amazing. From the day we first toured to the day of, Tara and Sarah were incredibly helpful and quick to respond with answering all of the questions we had, and trust me we had a lot! The day of we provided photos and notes of how we wanted everything to look, and they 10000% delivered. All the decorations and the set up was even better than I originally imagined it would be. On the day we got married, it was cloudy and kind of cold, we originally wanted the ceremony to take place outside but with the weather, Sarah was so flexible and quick to help us switch it inside last minute. BHP even provides a day of bridal concierge which was a huge plus. Jeanine was great, she came with us to take photos to help me with my veil and dress, helped us keep track of time, made sure we ate during cocktail hour/reception, basically anything we needed that day she was our go to. They also recently renovated the ballroom and let me tell you, I loved the feeling of this room when we toured, but the hard wood flooring they updated to makes it feel so much bigger, brighter, and even more beautiful which I didn't think was possible when booking. We loved literally every moment of our big day, it was absolute magic. 1000/10 Recommend!

I would say the only downside is the front of the venue, it does need some updates and work so would keep in mind for photography.

She was attentive, detailed, and made every request (no matter how silly - including a big bowl of garlic mashed potatoes!) happen! She seemed to be everywhere we needed her, and was even available for my parents the entire time as well. Tara and Sarah made the planning process so easy and answered all of my (many) emails in a timely manner and with detailed responses. I felt so much less stressed than I had thought thanks to the BHP team. I cannot recommend this venue enough!

They were so detailed and timely with their email responses while planning, and the day of the wedding was wonderful from the minute we arrived to the minute we left. Our guests have not stopped talking about how much they loved the food, decor, order of events, and the staff! We had a few guests who had difficulty physically getting around, and the staff was so beyond helpful with bringing them plates of food, drinks, and anything they wanted as well as helping them get around the venue. Jeanine, our wedding day coordinator (I think that’s her title lol), is literally an angel. She made our day so seamless. Whatever we wanted or needed, she was there for us, and the same goes for our parents. I swear she cloned herself because she was always there for everyone who needed her. We would recommend Blue Heron Pines and their team to everyone. We and our guests cannot stop talking about how perfect of a day it was.

168 guests which is their maximum. Luckily it was a beautiful day, so even tho we were at maximum capacity, it never felt crowded. We had the use of the outdoor area with the firepit, and the indoor/outdoor cocktail area. We brought with us carloads of decorations with pages of instructions. Everything was put out and set up exactly how we explained it on our instructions. We had Donna as our day of concierge and she did an amazing job taking care of us. A day of coordinator is included in your package, so no need to pay extra for one. The ceremony was lovely in the outside area overlooking the golf course. We had them decorate for the ceremony, then they moved things inside for cocktail hour. Cocktail hour we had passed appetizers as well as stations. Everything was fresh and delicious. Drinks were great. We opted for the buffet for dinner. There is so much included in the package, but we upgraded to filet mignon with bearnaise sauce. Everything was delicious! The dessert room included with the package put the whole food experience over the top. We opted to have cupcakes instead of a cake, so we had 168 gourmet cupcakes included. There was even an icecream sundae bar! After the wedding the staff packed everything up for us to be picked up the next day The 5 star reviews are truly deserving for the entire staff at Blue Heron Pines. They made the day unforgettable!!!

I even called that morning to clarify some things to help it go smoothly but the calls were unanswered. My grandmother & bridesmaid went overtime to correct everything. It seemed like everyone was annoyed to work that day and were very passive aggressive toward my vendors & I. I’m very upset that we had to fix a lot of things & I had to let go of a lot of important things that I made sure they knew I wanted but they never did. We still had a great wedding & everyone had so much fun, but I’m very upset with how the morning went & how my decorations looked.

The coordinators made sure our entire event was seamless from the moment we arrived until the final goodbyes. If I was thirsty, magically a drink appeared before me. Hungry? Here is food (and GOOD FOOD too!). I have never been more impressed with a whole operation than at Blue Heron Pines for our wedding. The woods ceremony venue was so picture perfect, too. Not a thing out of place, and the venue size was perfect for our 100 guests. Room to eat, dance, mingle, and most importantly, PARTY!

venue. Everyone was surprised at the rustic charm their wedding venue area provided. I had a ceremony in the woods, which looked beautiful and dreamy, and the cocktail hour location is adorable, the fireplace is cozy and cute, and the reception area is perfect for medium sized (or small) parties, feeling really intimate and personalized. I'm OBSESSED with the lighting (the chandeliers and string lights over the dance floor) and the cathedral wooden beam ceilings, they looked amazing the day of, and so charming in pictures. I'm a big lighting and mood person so this was perfect. It was the perfect backdrop for our decor and theme. Planning and Day Of: Tara and Sarah will literally make sure you have everything taken care of leading up to the wedding. Then, you get a day of coordinator (shout out to Donna you're amazing), who will make sure you know where you are supposed to be and keeps things running smoothly and on time and does 99% of the decorating for you.... seriously! Especially if you are planning your own wedding, this is such a great value. Value and Package: Not only is the food stellar, you get so much for what you pay for. The cake is included as well as a dessert room which was really such a surprise for our guests - they thought for sure it was an add-on since it is literally packed with delicious treats. But no, it's included. So worth it. Like tell your guests in advance to save room for dessert. They display everything so cutely, it just all felt so special. They give you champagne/beer and snacks while you are getting ready, and it's all those little things that really make you feel you are getting the best value for your money. The intermezzo in between courses for their plated package is a small delicious can't miss detail too food wise. Overall, if you are looking for a cute, charming and affordable modern rustic-y vibe venue, this is such a great choice, and you get a lot for the value. I loved everything about it and looking back on our pictures I still feel like the venue was the absolutely perfect backdrop for us!

Most importantly always making sure we had food or a drink in hand! I definitely needed her calming energy on my wedding day, she was our rock! My husband and I had the best day of our lives and we had several guests tell us it was the best wedding they had ever been to. don't even need a day-of coordinator or planner because they help you with the process. Donna assisted us the day of our wedding and made sure we were fed, happy, and that everything ran smoothly. Everyone loved our wedding and raved about how amazing the food was. I wish we had more time to enjoy the food and eat it all! I highly recommend the buffet style dining. The food selection was spectacular and quality was some of the best i've ever had. I also must say the venue itself is so beautiful you don't need to do much as far as decor goes. I can't say enough good things!
