They answered all of our questions promptly and were proactive in reaching out to check in and provide reminders and updates. We went into our wedding day feeling very confident that BHCC had everything under control, and they definitely did. We felt so taken care of on our wedding day! We didn't spend any time thinking about decor, food, timeline, etc.; it was all settled ahead of time and managed by Taylor and the BHCC team the day of. We were so happy with how beautiful the room looked as well as how smoothly everything went. Our wedding reception was exactly what we hoped it would be. During the reception, we never had to ask for drinks, dessert, or our late night pizza, and it was always in our hands. We felt so taken care of at Blue Hill Country Club.

the outdoor ceremony space is beautiful and serene, while the indoor reception hall offers elegant views of the golf course and a spacious, high-quality atmosphere. From our very first meeting, Taylor provided a detailed wedding timeline and thoughtful suggestions that helped shape our day perfectly. She was always responsive and accommodating, making sure our rehearsal and wedding schedules worked out seamlessly. On the big day, everything flowed effortlessly — many of our guests complimented how well and professionally everything was handled. We were especially grateful for Taylor’s help in adjusting our decorations to meet the venue’s guidelines while keeping everything beautiful. Thanks to her and the Blue Hill team, all I had to do was relax, get my makeup done, and enjoy every moment without worry.

Their 2nd floor is incredibly spacious, featuring a large ballroom that can seat several tables and a large dance floor for reception along with a bar area for cocktail hours. They also provide incredible eats (highly recommend their lobster rolls!) and popular drink options. Despite their incredible amenities, what truly made Blue Hill Country Club stand out for our wedding was the staff. Wedding planning can be a very stressful and challenging task so having vendors that are supportive, understanding, and accommodating is key to making the process as smooth as possible. Blue Hill Country Club's Catering Director (Jarrett Hanley) and Catering Coordinator (Taylor Adams) fully and completely embodied those virtues to a tee. Despite numerous challenges along the way, both Jarrett and Taylor were always working with and reassuring us throughout the planning process. It was clear from day 1 that they wanted to be partners in the truest sense of the word: they checked in with us regularly, were quick to respond to any inquiries or requests no matter how urgent and spontaneous, and even attended to us throughout our wedding to ensure we were well looked after. We simply cannot thank them enough for everything they've done to make our dream wedding come to life!!!

Then, throughout the planning process, Emily, Taylor and the team were extremely responsive with any questions we had while also be proactive in their outreach with reminders and check in’s. The team was also extremely flexible in making the wedding what we wanted as we made adjustments throughout the process. The day of the wedding, Taylor was on site an incredibly helpful through the night. We could not recommend Blue Hill country club more as wedding venue!

We got feedback from our guests that they greatly appreciated not being seated on top of the guest next to them at the tables (you can set up your seating chart well to accommodate your guests comfort needs, and utilize the entire large ballroom space even though you may not hit their max capacity), and even that the food was the best food guests have had at a wedding in a long time. Since the cupcake bakery we hired couldn't deliver and setup, we had a friend drop off the cupcakes the morning of our wedding day and Arria was able to set them up for us! On our wedding day she made sure we had everything we needed and even brought us through the golf course so we could take picture with our photographer. During photos she even held my bouquet when needed and helped me remove my veil when I wanted to take some photos without it on. Emily and Arria really eased my wedding planning stresses by being reliable, organized and so kind. The venue is also gorgeous! I highly recommend booking!

We loved having a separate space upstairs for our cocktail hour, and our guests were able to step outside on the balcony for fresh air. The property is gorgeous, especially for a fall wedding. Emily & Arria were amazing to work with and helped bring our vision to life. Arria helped with our first look and drove us around on the golf cart to different spots on the property for our photos. We couldn’t have asked for a better group of women to work with!

space. The large windows and outdoor space make for some stunning views and the best part are the wedding planners/managers there Arria and Emily. They are there when you need them and aren’t overbearing. I highly highly recommend this location for all weddings!

The wedding planning was pretty overwhelming as we did not work with a wedding planner or day of coordinator but these ladies went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized and that it went smoothly. They also made it easy for us by letting us drop stuff off in the room that our reception would be in 2 nights before the wedding. They also let us leave the stuff there until the day after. The food was absolutely delicious especially the appetizers. The steak and cheese egg rolls and the pork carnitas were a big hit with our guests. The wait staff was also very attentive and pleasant. The venue also provided a great backdrop for all of our wedding photos that we took during our first look. Overall, it could not have been a more perfect day and it was thanks to the wonderful team at Blue Hill.

Highly recommend Montilio's as Dessert Works we found to be bland and lacking flavor during our tasting. One critique that we had was that we asked our coordinator to provide separate hors d'oeuvres for the bridal party and groomsmen since they would not be participating in cocktail hour and would not have eaten since morning. There were limited hors d'oeuvres provided so many of the bridesmaids never got to taste some of the appetizers such as the bacon wrapped scallops and the antipasto skewers. One of the bridesmaids complained to me afterwards regarding this. As the bride and groom, we only got to taste the cheese and crackers which had already been picked over by the time we got back from photos. We would have liked the opportunity to try each hor d'oeuvre and have more hor d'oeuvres available to the bridal party so a full variety could be tasted by the bridal party if they so chose. Other than that, the staff was very pleasant and accommodating and we loved the ability to set up the ballroom as we chose by providing the site coordinators with a full drawn layout beforehand. Each thing that we wanted including the addition of pasta as a fourth course was provided and we enjoyed the ability to have sparklers outside at the end of the evening. Arria was very accommodating in letting us store our flowers and materials in the bridal suite after the wedding and letting us drop off everything that we needed for the wedding the day before. Overall, a great venue for a wedding especially since the cocktail hour room is right next to the ballroom so there is no confusion for guests. Would highly recommend this venue as the ballroom is exquisitely beautiful with the chandeliers and can easily hold both small and large weddings.

They coordinated all the vendors seamlessly and took a lot of the stress away from the day of process by being on top of everything during the day! This put us at ease because we then felt completely confident in their hands. The team made sure that during the wedding we had everything we needed – I cannot stress enough how attentive they were and it made us feel so special! The outdoor ceremony location was beautiful and they were flexible enough to start cocktail hour early when the ceremony finished, and also wrangle our guests upstairs to keep everything on time. All our guests (us included) raved about the dinner (steak with red wine demi and asiago crusted chicken) and the bartenders were excellent, keeping everyone happy all night. The reception hall also has a balcony which was perfect on a summer night for fresh air and an amazing sunset! We cannot thank the team at Blue Hill enough, especially Arria and Emily, for making our wedding dreams a reality. Book with Blue Hill and you will be forever thankful you did!

Our ceremony was held on the ceremony lawn and reception was on the patio and terrace. Our guests raved about the food and the venue. Everything was perfect. Would highly recommend!

ator, was so professional, great to work with and had such a vision with our decorations and the room set up and really made the room come to life. Up until 15 hours before the wedding we had changes to our guest list, and yet Sarah was still able to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect and ran seamlessly. Not only did Sarah make sure the food, decor, drinks and guest accommodations were perfect, but she also made sure that all our photos were perfect. On December 19th in less than 30 degree weather Sarah was outside with us, fixing my veil, holding flowers and helping with my mittens just to make sure that the bride had her perfect wedding photos. That's true dedication, kindness, and professionalism to make sure that the bride and groom had the perfect day, the perfect memories and even the perfect photos. We highly recommend Blue Hill for your wedding - because honestly, no matter what happens throughout your wedding planning (pandemic, weather, guests changes etc.) they'll pull off the perfect day for you!!

h. We had to make a venue change at the last minute due to COVID restrictions, and Blue Hill just happened to be available for our chosen date. I'm so thankful it was! Sarah did a phenomenal job listening to what we wanted for our wedding and making adjustments so that we could still meet the capacity and health/safety requirements during the pandemic but also have the wedding we wanted. She was quick to respond to emails and answered every question I had, even the most mundane. The day of the wedding went incredibly smoothly, in large part thanks to Sarah. Everything I had requested was ready to go, and she was so responsive to anything I brought up throughout the day. The staff at the country club was also phenomenal and the property is beautiful. I could go on about how amazing it was to have our wedding here, but I think you get the idea. I would highly recommend this venue.

It was such a blessing to be able to count on her completely for all venue-related details (and then some!). Everything, from our arrival Friday night for the rehearsal to the sparkler exit on Saturday, was perfectly organized and executed, primarily due to her. I know the bride and groom also deeply appreciated her work and commitment. I would also like to mention that the waitstaff was unparalleled. They were very pleasant and observant, and they were quick to jump in when I requested special food for our expecting bridesmaid. I have never seen waitstaff more dedicated to their work and to doing it cheerfully.
