My husband and I first booked Blue Line Catering for our wedding in May of 2022. Chefs Mike and Bethany prepared 2 delicious nights for our guests staying in our beach home before the wedding. “Italian Night” could not have been better if we w...ere in Venice and there is no comparison in the world to the fresh seafood they prepared from the Gulf on “Seafood Night!” Every time Mike tells someone about how many shrimp he consumed that night, it goes up by a dozen. We really aren’t certain! Both meals were fabulous!! But then…. The night of our wedding they served the absolute best BBQ pork, chicken, ribs and all the “fixins” we truly have ever eaten. Since all in attendance were raised in the south with BBQ from every “best barbecuer” around, this was no easy task! Mike and Bethany blew the competition away! THE BEST is all anyone needs to know!! If the food isn’t enough, the service is second to none! We have NEVER been treated so kindly and with such professionalism. Mike and Bethany paid attention to every detail. We did not have to think of anything concerning the food for the entire week. They covered it ALL!! At the end of the week, they came and prepared a mouth watering breakfast of waffles. fresh fruits, breakfast meats of all kinds complete with an omelette bar! It was out of this world good! So, on our first anniversary, we most certainly booked Blue Line Catering! We visited The Gulf Shores area to celebrate and once again they did not disappoint! The portions are MORE than enough! The cost is very reasonable and well worth it! Mike and Bethany do it all! They provide everything you need - on time - always fresh - always hot - always delicious - always kind and professional! We will call them again and again and we highly recommend them for any event you need to cater. Weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family get togethers at the beach.
