Chef Michael and Bethany with Blue Line Catering made our weekend! We used their services for two nights when our daughter married in Gulf Shores and they were professional, effic...
ient and so friendly! The food both nights was amazing! They have extensive cuisine menus to choose from. They came in, set up and served so we could all enjoy the party. Our guests commented on how delicious everything was and took away great memories from our celebration. Thank you Blue Line Catering! I'd recommend this company 100% to anyone!
We hired Blue Line Catering for our wedding and could not have been happier! Planning a destination wedding from out of state can be stressful, but Bethany made everything so easy....
She was wonderful in coordinating our order and delivery setup, and everything went off without a hitch.
We went with their BBQ menu — smoked brisket, chicken, beans, Brussels sprouts, and mashed potatoes — and every single dish was absolutely delicious. We had never tried their food before and chose them based solely on reviews, and they absolutely lived up to (and exceeded) the hype. The staff was incredibly professional, the food arrived fresh and perfectly prepared, and the portions were generous.
Pricing was also very reasonable, especially for the quality and service we received. If you're considering them, do yourself a favor and book — you won't regret it!
They were great and so easy to work with, despite me changing the menu a few times! We loved the food and have been getting compliments for weeks! They’re really nice and made it e...

nd to ensure my questions were answered and provided any information that might have been helpful to me. She and her husband (the chef) and son were extremely professional and the food was delicious!! I have family members that are FOODIES and they had no complaints! As a matter of fact they thoroughly enjoyed the food. Sidebar I live in Las Vegas and they worked with me and they helped me have a very successful two day event. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again! Wonderful company and people!!
I hired this company to cater my wedding and I’m glad I did! I had never tried their food and just went off of reviews, so I knew I had to leave one myself. The communication was p...
rofessional, pleasant and detailed. The food was delicious (we had brisket, chicken, pulled pork and many sides) and the price was the best we found in the area. Great service and great food, many compliments from our guests! Thank you Blue Line BBQ!

d some food allergies. We loved them and hope to use them again for future events!
So easy to work with, and has a large menu to choose from!
My husband and I first booked Blue Line Catering for our wedding in May of 2022. Chefs Mike and Bethany prepared 2 delicious nights for our guests staying in our beach home before...
the wedding. “Italian Night” could not have been better if we were in Venice and there is no comparison in the world to the fresh seafood they prepared from the Gulf on “Seafood Night!” Every time Mike tells someone about how many shrimp he consumed that night, it goes up by a dozen. We really aren’t certain! Both meals were fabulous!! But then…. The night of our wedding they served the absolute best BBQ pork, chicken, ribs and all the “fixins” we truly have ever eaten. Since all in attendance were raised in the south with BBQ from every “best barbecuer” around, this was no easy task! Mike and Bethany blew the competition away! THE BEST is all anyone needs to know!! If the food isn’t enough, the service is second to none! We have NEVER been treated so kindly and with such professionalism. Mike and Bethany paid attention to every detail. We did not have to think of anything concerning the food for the entire week. They covered it ALL!! At the end of the week, they came and prepared a mouth watering breakfast of waffles. fresh fruits, breakfast meats of all kinds complete with an omelette bar! It was out of this world good! So, on our first anniversary, we most certainly booked Blue Line Catering! We visited The Gulf Shores area to celebrate and once again they did not disappoint! The portions are MORE than enough! The cost is very reasonable and well worth it! Mike and Bethany do it all! They provide everything you need - on time - always fresh - always hot - always delicious - always kind and professional! We will call them again and again and we highly recommend them for any event you need to cater. Weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, family get togethers at the beach. Any time you do not want to cook, contact Blue Line Catering. You will be so happy you did! We love Chef Mike and Bethany! We cannot imagine visiting The Gulf Shores area without eating their delicious meals!! Another great addition is you never have to leave the comfort of your home! You do not have to fight crowds and traffic! Blue Line Catering brings THE BEST of Gulf Shores to you and their menu will meet the needs of everyone in your family or party! They go OVER and BEYOND to meet your expectations!!
