We had a destination wedding in Destin, Florida on 10/14/16 and she flew in the day before to get rehearsal dinner pictures, was able to scope out locations in advance to the wedding day which made the day of pictures go so much smoother. My husband is not someone who likes his picture taken, and Christin totally understood that and made sure she was quick and to the point. Even during our family pictures after the wedding ceremony, we received SO many compliments on how efficient she was as to not waste anyone's time. Christin is fantastic at picking the best locations and using the best lighting to get your best shot. If you want the BEST in the business, you have to book Blue Martini....they will not disappoint!

g day, and they were more than right! If it wasn't for Christin for putting together a timeline for the day-it would have been more chaotic than it already was! Don't get me wrong-it was a BEAUTIFUL day and ended up being perfect, but you get so caught up with trying to make sure to visit all of your guests and enjoying the moment at the same time that you really don't think of anything else! Between the hotel, to the church, to the reception hall, odds are that something was going to get left behind-my beautiful garter for the garter toss. Minor, I know, but after searching all over for it at the reception, it had been dropped off at home by the Father of the Bride. Woops! Christin took charge and tied the groom's bow tie around my thigh! We were already over with our photographer's timeline, but her and her husband Matt (who we all loved as well!) stayed an extra hour to make sure to capture those photos. It truly is the little things in life. You will never know how much that little gesture was appreciated! It made a BIG difference and I LOVE having these photos to look back on. nd reception. They kept us on (or even ahead) of schedule all day which was just an added bonus! Their creativity was awesome- they had fun taking pictures, we had fun getting our picture taken, and the pictures came out AMAZING! Dan got a couple night pictures and those were our favorite of the whole day! Additionally, our pictures were available for us within 2 weeks of our wedding! The turnaround was amazing as we did not want to wait months to get their pictures- it was so fun to relive the day over and over again already! The whole Blue Martini team was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end and we would recommend them to ANYONE!!!

photographers- which I did after reading so many great reviews. This was, hands down, the most perfect choice for our wedding day that we made and absolutely worth every penny. From the very beginning I knew it was a great fit- Christin just happened to be in the same town as me (both hours away from our homes- that are also hours away from each other) and she came to my hotel to discuss our wedding and the possibility of photographing for us. She was amazingly bubbly, perfectly professional, and fit in wonderfully with my best friends, the bridal party. From then on, any time we needed to ask her a question or get more info about something she was always prompt and happy to help. She loves country music- our fave, and even gave me recommendations for my bachelorette party in Nashville. And that doesn't even begin to describe how great her and Danielle were on our special day. They knew exactly what we wanted and needed, kept everyone in line, and kept us running on time so that we had enough time to drink and dance as the night went on. She even asked our colors before the wedding and was dressed accordingly for the big day. And OUR PHOTOS! OH MY GOODNESS! We are literally obsessed and completely unable to narrow them down to 50 to get into an album. We absolutely LOVE every single one of them and there are TONS! I promise you, in every way,that choosing Blue Martini, and particularly having Christin on your side for your big day, will be everything you're hoping for and you'll feel like it was the best decision you made (other than marrying your fiance, of course)! ;)

her photos were stunning and creative, but after speaking with her briefly on the phone it was clear that her bubbly personality and easy going attitude would make her the perfect fit to keep our wedding day photos stress free to capture as well! Our engagement session with Christin was fantastic; we had a fall shoot in a Toledo metropark and not only did she help us feel relaxed and less awkward... In front of plenty of gawking runners, walkers, bikers, etc. but she kept the mood light and was so easy to talk to. At times we even forgot we were being photographed! It was just like spending time with friends and the photos that came from the day were incredible!! She captured all of our best angles, noticing the little head tilts so my earings caught the light or the curls in my hair fell just right. Start to finish she was a pleasure to work with. You're going to spend a great deal of time with your photographer on the wedding day and not only is she easy to get along with but she meshed so well with the entire bridal party and our families too! She was able to not only able to organize our unruly families for posed photos, but do it tactfully and with grace so as not to dull any of the joy and excitement following the ceremony. In addition, Looking back at the finished photos, I don't remember seeing Christin in the middle of the room, or positioned between me and my loved ones, but she was so present and involved... snapping candid pictures of all the moments that stand out so vividly in my mind. There isn't a single second of the day that I look back and think... Where was the photographer for this? There are however so many photos that she took where I wasn't present to see the smile on a loved ones face, or my nephews laughter, but I now have those moments frozen forever to look back on. We had such a beautiful day, and I can't stress enough how pleased we were with not only our finished product, but with how much we loved Christin (and her lovely assistant Danielle!) personally and professionally!! p the bridesmaids. She was very helpful with logistics and helping to plan out the day down to the minute. Dan was also a great fit for the guys – my husband is hard to please, but he won him over right away! Our pictures perfectly captured our day, and we got them back within 2 and a half weeks. She was also really flexible with our engagement shoot…splitting it into two sessions for us so that we could have pictures in the winter and the spring. The photobooth was also a HUGE hit. AZING photos! Christin was so easy to work (due to her laid back personality)! She responds to texts and emails super quickly and was able to help us come up with photography locations and the timeline for the day. The timeline she puts together for you is seriously so helpful - because of it I did not have to worry about one thing the day of the wedding which was such a relief! The day of the wedding it rained and our locations had to change slightly, however Christin worked fabulously with our bus driver and the videographer to coordinate new locations and were awesome at not letting us getting stressed out - we just went with the flow and it all worked perfectly! Although we didn't have a huge bridal party (10), we did have a rowdy bridal party and she was able to keep everyone in order for the pictures which was awesome and took a lot of stress off of me. Most importantly though, she is an amazing photographer and we are SOOO happy with our pictures!!! They turned out amazing, and she did a great job of getting amazing pictures in our church - which was super important to me. To our surprise, she got the pictures done super quickly and we had our pictures in 2-3 weeks after the wedding - that is just unheard of these days I feel!!! We were super impressed with Christin/BMP, and hope to hire her again one day when we have kids :-) My only regret is that I wished I would have scheduled an additional hour for the reception, as we ended up not having a lot of photos of people dancing and pictures with our guests - however that's on my husband and I, not Christin! Dan would also show us a few photos throughout the day, so we could see little previews of what he was working on. And in the end, WE LOVED THEM! She drove 4 hours to Toledo and 4 hours back just for my boudoir session (which she rented a hotel room to take the pictures, I ended up being 2 hours late and she waited without a single complaint, and she had plenty of wine and Burger King waiting for me). And then to Catawba for our wedding and came to the rehearsal dinner the day before to get extra pictures for us. They are SOO much fun to work with, do an INCREDIBLE job with the pictures and make everything so comfortable and carefree. We will without a doubt be hiring them for every milestone in our life going forward.

The ONLY problem I didn't like about BMP was that they were a little pushy when it came to the timeline of the wedding day. I'm sorry, but it was my day and I was controlling that, not them. Yes I will take your advice (and I thank BMP for all the advice they gave me) but it made me upset that a few times during the day they pushed me when it was about something that I personally could not fix. Your wedding day is NOT going to be EXACTLY on the timeline you set. (Note to brides!) But overall I LOVE my pictures, they were nice and easy to work with, I just didn't like the few comments I heard (& witnessed) about them being pushy. But, I would recommend BMP to anyone because their work and their quality of photos is absolutely amazing. Thank you guys!

hing special! The angles and perspective that they offer is really special. We were referred to use Blue Martini by my now Sister-In-Law, who used them for her wedding. They did not disappoint! We chose not to do the engagement session which saved us some money...but after seeing our wedding photos, we wish we would have done the engagement session as well! Dan did a great job of keeping us on time throughout the day (at some points we were ahead of schedule) and during the most special moments through the day, we completely forgot about the photographers even being there. They gave us a heads up about some possible photo-opportunities that might arise as the night went on, just to make sure that we would be OK with stepping away in order to get the perfect picture. Overall, Blue Martini did an excellent job and we are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Dan K and Blue Martini!!

I did not have a wedding planner or coordinator and she worked with me one on one and came up with a timeline for our wedding day that couldn't have been more perfect. she drove all the way to upper Michigan for my destination wedding too! I had seen her work on her website and knew she was extremely talented, but until you see your OWN pictures with you in them you just can't grasp how great she really is. she completely took charge, lined us up, told us where to go and what to do, and made it FUN! she got me to my cocktail hour when I wanted to get there, and advised me on what to do and when all night long. I had a beach wedding, and she pulled my husband and I two different times while the sun was setting to take us outside and do more pictures together- and they turned out BEAUTIFUL. christin and her assistant danielle were absolutely amazing! they also ran a photo booth for me that they supplied along with all the props- which was one less thing I had to worry about! I would absolutely recommend ANY and every bride to blue martini photography. christin is über talented, gets down to business so you can enjoy your party, and is seriously fun! you will NOT be disappointed!

After the ceremony we only had a small window of time to get pictures in the church and Dan was able to keep everyone on track and stay organized. Not only was Dan a great photographer he treated me like a friend and respected that I was the bride and it was all about me! I couldn't imagine my day without him there!

here was plenty of time before the wedding when most of the photos were to be taken and they weren't. I was part of the wedding and I wanted to have a professional photo with the bride and MOH since we have all hung out since high school and we never had one. The quality of what she takes is good but the quantity wasn't so great. The pictures are supposed to remember the day that were shared with your friends who have made that day for you and were standing next to you and sticking up for you but there was no evidence in my friends pictures. I was disappointed about that part. She did have quite the candid photos though at the reception.

s back to us. She was rapid to respond to emails with any concerns we may have had. She collected any and all details of our wedding day and create a time line laying everything out for us!! Her finished products were breathless! She captured our every single feeling with the snap of a picture. fantastic photo ideas. You can really tell how much she loves her job! :) It was a blast taking pictures! I had so many compliments about my wedding pictures and the photobook she put together. My whole wedding party loved her! I would 100% recommend anyone to use BMP for their wedding day or any other special occassion! I can honestly say she was one of my favorite vendors to work with!
