Best food. We went to a tasting, and my husband and I (an my parents as well) were beyond impressed with the food. Some of the food is made from new and different combinations, but wonderful. The drinks they made (we had lemonade with lavend...er) were wonderful. The service staff was great, and we hired them to bar tend. Service was very good. The only thing that I could say negatively, is we had a mix of potatoes and sweet potatoes, which was not cooked on site... it didn't travel as well as it could have. But the salmon was cooked onsite and great.
The caterer also helped us with rentals. Food was served with real plates and silverware, lovely table cloths and comfy chairs. Plus, the caterer also had suggestions for decorating that made a huge difference.
