Blue Plate Special

We were able to do a tasting and build a custom menu. They were accomodating in creating kosher options, and providing a few special plates for friends with dietary restrictions (such as gluten intolerance). We did buffet style, but the caterers served myself and the groom so we never had to go through the line, which was actually a relief - we got to eat while everyone else had to go through the line. The day of the wedding I thought the food had too much garlic in it, but other than that it was great.

Best food. We went to a tasting, and my husband and I (an my parents as well) were beyond impressed with the food. Some of the food is made from new and different combinations, but wonderful. The drinks they made (we had lemonade with lavender) were wonderful. The service staff was great, and we hired them to bar tend. Service was very good. The only thing that I could say negatively, is we had a mix of potatoes and sweet potatoes, which was not cooked on site... it didn't travel as well as it could have. But the salmon was cooked onsite and great. The caterer also helped us with rentals. Food was served with real plates and silverware, lovely table cloths and comfy chairs. Plus, the caterer also had suggestions for decorating that made a huge difference.
