I have been getting the run around from this company for over a month now since I originally called for a quote on wedding rentals. I have called probably 5+ times and each time, someone says they will call me or email me back. I am not usually... one to complain at all, but as a bride that wants good service for the crazy amount that we ladies spend on wedding expenses, this service is unacceptable. I have gladly taken my business elsewhere and got a quote and placed my order within a few days. And the price was better too! Also to note, I am still waiting to hear back from Blue Rents since the last time they said they would call/email me back. I would not recommend this company.
