t the food for our wedding! There was not a food we sampled or chose that we did not find delectable. Our guests also LOVED the food. My favorites may have been the friend green tomatoes we had at cocktail hour and I know my husband's favorite was the steak we got just for him. An extra big "thank you" to Jasmin and her team for making sure my bridesmaid with Celiac truly had some gluten free options. From the start of our caterer experience, Blue Sage was very easy to work with. Stephen guided us through almost every step of the way, introducing us to the menu options, organizing our tasting, coordinating final details with us, and even showing up to help on the day of the wedding! Even when I messed up an appointment by an hour, Blue Sage was kind and understanding. I whole heartedly recommend Blue Sage Cuisine to anyone looking for a caterer.

ng menu with Stephen (chef) who explained our date was available and would be sending out an invoice within the week. Stephen, however, had not reached back out until a month later (after I had left messages several times with no response) explaining he booked another wedding earlier that day and the couple is thinking of adding onto their guest list, resulting in a "we may not be able to continue but would call back 10/16." Today, Stephen has ghosted my fiance and I on that aspect as he still hasn't sent a contract/invoice nor has he called since. I can understand a business looking for the better buck but I'm sure someone could agree that a phone call explaining you'd booked out is better than none. Highly disappointed. Attached you can see where my fiance and I originally reached out in September where we booked a call with Stephen 09/21/24 @ 1pm, reaching out a week later for an update 09/30/24 with no response to emails. We began to call for updates where you can see there was one made out 10/08, 10/10, and twice 10/14 (we called the main business number as we couldn't get through to Stephen). My fiance and I finally received a call back from Stephen 10/14 around 6pm explaining he hadn't reached out due to the other booking (A MONTH LATER) and would get back to us 10/16 with recommendations if things couldn't work out. When we never received that call we reached out 10/21/24 leaving a voicemail with the main business number in hopes to still receive those recommendations, we still have yet to hear back. Wedding planning is hard enough.

romptly responded to all of our emails and inquiries. The tasting they scheduled and prepared for us was so special and intimate. We got to visit their dining studio, try several delicious small plates, and hand pick our wedding selections. We made great choices because our guests could not stop complimenting us on the delicious dinner! We highly recommend Blue Sage Cuisine. We give them 5,000 stars and a chef's kiss! =)

The team was so easy to work with and will work with you for whatever vision you have. The communication was awesome. Quick to respond and answered any questions we had. We had been to our fair share of weddings with dry chicken, cold buffet food etc. But Blue Sage crushed it. The food was so good and our guests loved it! Everything was delicious. We had cocktail passed appetizers and then a buffet dinner. Everything was on time and flowed very well. Blue Sage is very professional and wonderful to work with. Absolutely recommend their catering services because they will take care of you!

n we met for a tasting and all of the food was absolutely delicious. We ended up going with the Beef Bourguignon and the Tuscan Salmon, both of which our guests really enjoyed. Thank you Blue Sage for making our day so wonderful! We highly recommend them for catering on your special day :)

The communication was pleasant and their catering options were laid out in an easy-to-understand what you are paying for way! They have a ton of options based on your liking and they are willing to customize the menu to fit your needs. We went for a tasting and the food and presentation spoke for itself. Our guests raved about it. The buffet style was beautifully presented and the food stations were a hit. From cocktail hour appetizers to the main meal to the “late night passes”- it was a perfect experience. The staff was very friendly and I wish we could relive the day- just for the food!

The food at the wedding was amazing as well and I wish we were able to get photos and videos of it. od was. The espresso steak was so tender and tasty! The peach tea was a standout, which you wouldn't suspect as a just a non-alcoholic offering. They were the best and made sure that not only did we have all of the apps waiting for us at our table, they also made our plates for us and delivered them to us so we could actually eat - which was a big concern of mine. We had a few people cancel last minute so we were able to take home the leftovers. I am not kidding when our families was BEGGING for some of the leftovers to take home for themselves. Jasmin was a pleasure to work with and made sure everything was perfect. Cannot recommend this team enough and will be hanging onto their number for any events we need catered in the future!

et and can help you put together any kind of menu you want. We asked for southern style comfort food for our wedding in Saint Augustine and she delivered! Literally anything she makes is mouth watering and she presents her food so beautifully. We did station options that’s like a buffet but she made little menu signs and had our salads in the cutest cocktail glasses it was so fancy! The stations options gave us everything we wanted on the menu and allowed our guests to try everything or only what they wanted. QUALITY catering!

y is she super hard working and sweet, but she makes the best quality food despite how many mouths she has to feed. :) When I tell you that every single person who chatted with me at my wedding mentioned that this was the BEST food they’ve ever eaten, I’m not exaggerating. I watched many of my guests go for seconds at our served stations and were happily greeted to receive more food. There was no concern of running out as Jasmine and her team had prepared plenty. Not to mention how beautifully she displayed all of the food! It was catalog ready haha All I can say is if you’re needing to feed a lot of people, no matter what the event is, hire her catering company. I promise it’ll be one less thing you have to worry about because she has you covered! Thanks Jasmine!

Those potatoes were the silkiest thing you will ever taste and the rest...well it was incredible delicious. Make sure to add the chicken lollies to your cocktail hour. They were such a big hit. Thank you so much Blue Sage! It was everything I ever dreamed of.

Guests raved about the outstanding delectable choices which included shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, Cuban sliders, and short rib eggrolls. The servers of Blue Sage Cuisine were professional and dealt with passing appetizers and setting up a buffet for 175 guests. They also served a plated salad. Guests commented on enjoying 2 buffet lines that were short and moved smoothly due to the staggered release of the 22 tables. And, on top of it all, Blue Sage Cuisine cut and served slices of cake from 11 ( yes 11) extra large cakes - all different flavors. They accommodated guests by boxing individual pieces of cake for guests to take home. I highly recommend Blue Sage Cuisine for any event.

food was seriously yummy and the guest loved the options! It was so much fun going to tastings and being able to try out the menu and make final selections. We went with a Spanish station and southern station. We had a tasty fall plated salad and mini rolls. Jasmin is so genuine, kind, wise, and talented!!! She made us feel confident and comfortable with our decisions and I didn’t worry or stress about anything food related on our big day! She and her team also handled cutting and serving 11 cakes for us- no small feat and they did so with smiles and hospitality! We are appreciative for everything. Would recommend blue sage to anyone in need of professional catering services and look forward to using them for any future events we host! My husband and I will forever dream about the short rib egg rolls!

e to family members having celiac disease. She helped us form the perfect menu for our guests, and we've had lots of guests reach out to tell us how wonderful the food was that night. No one had a CLUE the menu was totally gluten free. One of my favorites were the pecan crusted chicken lollipops during cocktail hour! Get these!! Because, I couldn't get enough of them. We decided to do a buffet, but opted for a plated salad. This was a perfect balance for us because it offered our guests something to eat as soon as they were seated while they waited to be released to the buffet for dinner. During our tasting, before the wedding, Jasmin was very communicative with any questions we had and offered all sorts of ways we could change and customize our menu. She and her team are professional through and through and I cannot recommend enough.

Everyone is still talking about how scrumptious everything was. We even did family style which worked out amazingly. Jasmine is warm and welcoming and so professional. Highly recommended.
