I have never written a bad review about anyone and I gave Moss every chance possible to make our situation​ at least better,​ but to no avail. ​ ​​He is an arrogant, self-serving, and rude photographer. He did not take ONE portrait pic of my daughter at the alter! Many traditional pics were not take--bouquet, rings, hands, tables, DJ, bar, signage, etc. Started off blaming the wedding coordinator who was at the reception with her assistant getting ready. I only had a couple of specific requests--picture of every table--NOT ONE! Prior to the wedding, we sent Moss a list and even some pictures. TAKE A PICTURE OF THE BRIDE! Majority of guests were not pictured at all! No reception and church pic before and/or after. It is sickening to think. Paid him $400 extra for cake cutting--Kennedy center lit up in the background, cake positioned to capture and the 2 pictures he took did not include! I don't have a picture of my child dressed in her wedding gown with her bolero and veil (made from tearing my wedding gown to shreds and paying $1400 to seamstress). Other photographers and wedding planners jaw dropped. After months, Moss finally said he would take the missing portrait pics if we pay his travel expenses and $400!!! The audacity of this person! We would pay $200 for hair, $200 for makeup, dress repaired and cleaned ($1000)--and no bouquet ($750)! My daughter's friend also hired him but terminated their contract after the engagement pictures--that's their story. Wish you could see their wedding pics! What a huge mistake hiring Moss.
