If I could give this shop a zero star review I would. In the beginning of my journey with Blue Sparrow Bridal all was good. I purchased my dress there and the sales associate was very kind. All things changed I learned about a week later that s...

everal other girls in my area had the same dress so I wanted a refund. I asked politely for a refund and they refused so I reluctantly continued paying for the dress anyway up until the point that my dress came in. I went in for my fitting and my dress was absolutely HUGE on me. When the seamstress came in I had to tell her that the waist needed to be taken in even tho it was obviously too big and when i asked for something to be done with the dress she declined and said that she didnt know how much I paid for the dress but if she messed it up she wasnt paying for it.Although I was upset I finished my fitting and left the shop. I called back and once again demanded a refund. She refused again and was very rude. She told me that it was "not her fault that I made the wrong decision" and that "I was just trying to find someone to blame". I also brought up the fact that several other girls have the same dress and she then responded with "I don't know your friends, Elliana!" She also brought up that it was not "not godly" of me. Overall my experience with Blue Sparrow Bridal was less than ideal and very unprofessional.

en very upsetting. Keep in mind that all dresses will have to be ordered. MAKE SURE you have someone with you (other than their staff) that knows about dress sizing. Our dress was ordered 2 sizes too big. Also, please read the fine print when placing the order. There are absolutely not refunds or exchanges. and if dress is scheduled to arrive on a certain date, they will not make any concession for your dress not being available on time. So, now due to circumstances beyond my control and what could have been resolved months in advance by Blue Sparrow, I may not be able to even get to take pre-bridal pictures. One Unhappy Bride.
