Blue Star Limousine

When your driver cant see because wind shield wipers did not work!! I rented a party bus from this company and the night started off badly. We kept falling in the bus and no one could enjoy themselves. When we went to ask the driver what was going on he said the windshield wipers were not working. You can see by the pictures I posted. He could not see!! When I reached out to supposedly the manager Sid he said he would credit me 70.00. Which is a slap in the face for the price I paid to rent the bus. I still have not received my refund and it has been almost a month now!! Not happy with my experience with Blue Star Limo services and will not use them nor will the ladies who were on the bus...

Great Driver, They went to the wrong venue at first.

I worked with thia company for my Bachelorette party. After the night was over I recieved an email full of lies.. The first lie was that there was a used condom on the bus. I wasn't sure how there was a used condom on a bus full of women. Second I was told someone vomited on the bus that was not true. Next lie in my email was the bus driver stated a lady said she would be peeing on herself if he didn't stop the bus so he stopped at a safe location and all the ladies startwd yelling at him. I the bride asked the driver to stop becaus3 I had to use the restroom he stopped the bus on the freeway that's when I yelled to him I waa not peeing on the highway. When I called the company to discuss these things the girl told me she had pictures I then explained i had video from the time my party got on the bus to the time we got off. She kept saying she would call me back each time it was something different the driver stated he didnt get his full amount of tip which if a person didn't get thier full amount of tip wouldn't you say something before you left. Then I was told i was being charged for glasses I broke on the bus. My party and I never used any glasses because I personally brought cups on the bus for my guest. The ending result the company went from saying I owed them $200 to owing $25. I wrote all of this to say the bus was beautiful but if your going to use this company please keep your recorders on at all time if not you will be paying a fee for something you didn't do. I was so disappointed because not only did I use this company my fiance did too and the lies our driver told was very upsetting. Especially about stating he stopped at a safe location when I have video showing he pulled me over on the freeway to use the restroom guess that was safe to him for a woman.. Really dissapointed in this company and will never use them again for any service

Star Limousine provided excellent, timely service and even got us a white car - despite they could not guarantee it us in advance. They made it happen with a snow white luxury Lexus and it was amazingly stylish for a very reasonable price for our getaway experience! Super friendly driver, safe and smooth travels. Highly recommended!
