. Tara was there for my daughter and me throughout the entire process. She would gently guide us when needed, and help with every question. She truly understood my daughter’s vision. Her generous and kind spirit spread to every vendor we used. When it came down to the rehearsal day? My friend’s began reaching out to see how this mother of the bride was holding up. It was incredible to say that I was able to just be there for my daughter, family, friends and all guests from the moment the rehearsal began, until the end of the reception. There were so many moving parts, and a cast of many that made this wedding incredible, and Tara and her team took care of everything. If anything went amiss that day? I never knew about it and neither did the bride. I cannot imagine how we would have gotten through it without Tara and her team. She was a blessing throughout the 11 month planning process. Forever grateful!

cus on what was important day-of and we have absolutely zero regrets about our decision to hire her. We would trip over ourselves to recommend her to anyone getting married in the Twin Cities Area. What we really loved about Tara is not only her faithfulness to the process, but the continued flexibility she demonstrated as our wedding plan morphed over time. She was a consistent go-between with our vendors, and our day wouldn’t have been half as perfect or stress-free without her beside us every step of the way. She has a network of great vendor referrals but will never take it personally if you decide to go another direction. Tara is truly 100% on YOUR side. Our setup and teardown was executed flawlessly and the woman was basically a ghost during the event itself, floating around and ensuring things went smoothly, but never once being obtrusive. We have only love and adoration in our hearts for Tara and crew. We paid her for her services but she's worth (double) her weight in gold, and definitely did not pay her enough. We’re fortunate to have come out on the other end of what (we hear) is a very stressful process with a phenomenal new friend. Thank you so much again for everything Tara!

eamlessly. Because we could use any vendors with PAIKKA, we had separate vendors for dinner, dessert, plate rental, bartending and floral. She helped make sure all the pieces fit together for a smooth guest experience and kept good relationships with the vendors and PAIKKA. Also her event materials closet (free with her services) is incredible. She provided bud vases and cut and prepped our market flowers to be used as centerpieces, which saved us a ton of money and gave the wedding a local wildflower look. She had recommendations for our every need leading up to the event, and her staff were all professional. Highly recommend!

In fact, we got several compliments from them on working with her on our behalf. Tara kept us organized and made sure every detail was covered, including a very detailed "day of wedding" itinerary/checklist for everyone that was part of the wedding day. The wedding day itself, she was AMAZING! I don't know how we could have made it through the day flawlessly without her help! We again received so many compliments about her from everyone involved in the wedding! My daughter attended several weddings all summer long, and saw many other coordinators and what they did or did not do for their clients, and nobody compared to Tara! I highly recommend Blue Stone Events.

to us and after one Zoom meeting we knew we found our help. Tara was amazing from the start. She kept us organized, on task and was always willing to chat when we needed it. Tara created THE MOST detailed day of schedule for our bridal party and all of the vendors. She kept the ship running on track for our rehearsal. The best part was when we got to the ceremony and our whole vision had come to life and we just got to “show up and enjoy”. She did it all, took care of all the day of things that came up and generally checked in with us often to make sure things were going well but not too much. We can’t say enough good things. We also kind of feel like we made a new friend too. Seriously the best part of planning the whole wedding was Tara’s help.
