She struck a good balance between taking care of stuff for us and also making sure we were included in decisions so that it reflected us as a couple. She also helped to select vendors that she trusted and did follow-up with some vendors where there were small issues (without us asking). Our day was beautiful and special and we are so thankful for Tara and her team!

nd Blue Stone Events. After our first consolation it was a no brainer that our wedding would be a success with Tara’s guidance, and we signed up for her full-service package. She set us up with a web portal to keep all things wedding planning documents which was such a huge asset. Budgets, when payments were due, a time-lined check list, guest trackers for invites, RSVPs and table seating. The portal kept us on track and we didn’t slip when it came to hitting our deadlines. Another huge benefit was having access to her decode closet. Being able to borrow some of her decor made center pieces and other decor details a breeze. Tara has such a vast knowledge when it comes to. Event coordinating. The best security was when I got stuck on something asking her was the best way to problem solve. She always had a solution. There was other things, like our dessert table and finding a venue for our rehearsal night that wouldn’t have been a success if it wasn’t for Tara. Along side with her and her team being incredible at what they do, Tara genuinely cares about the couples that she works with. It was a joy and a gift to be able to work with her. I’d highly recommend working with Blue Stone Events, hands down period. Our wedding was absolutely perfect for us, our wedding party and our guests. We couldn’t have done it without Blue Stone Events!

or for our wedding, we had done a lot by ourselves at that point, but we needed help landing the ship as it were. Our florist suggested BSE. We met with Tara in the spring, and we went over some of the things we had done, some of things we wanted, our theme, kind of who we were as a couple. Tara explained her company’s level of services, and we left that meeting basically knowing that we had to hire BSE, and that we had clicked with Tara and genuinely liked her as a person. We had in-depth meetings, emails, and phone calls to get to know each other and so she could pin down all our wants and needs for the day. We had kind of a specific theme for our wedding and Tara facilitated specific decor, specialty vendors, and worked well with vendors we had already booked (This was huge for us). Tara took over the tough and the minute details and worked with us on ideas we wanted to be hands on with. Her schedule helped alleviate family and day of stress. Mason was our day of coordinator and she was absolutely amazing, we felt truly bonded and felt like longtime friends and colleagues. So, 10 stars, if you are wondering if you need help planning and coordinating, you do, and we highly recommend Tara and Blue Stone Events. We almost want to have another event so we can hang out. We miss her and her staff. Definite Hire!!!!!
