Offering comprehensive coordination services with reasonable pricing, Caroline's expertise and thoroughness will ensure a perfectly executed wedding day, while keeping you calm and stress-free.
Partial planning packages are fully customizable for couples who want some extra help with the planning process. These include add-ons such as budget review, planning task timelines, monthly check-ins, vendor booking, and event design.
For couples who would rather hand off their wedding planning to a pro, Bluebell Weddings offers full planning services to build your dream wedding from scratch. Our goals are to save you time, save you money, and create a wedding day that reflects your unique personalities and styles. There are no rules here about what your wedding "should" be, as long as it brings you joy!
All plans include complimentary use of Bluebell's inventory of specialty wedding items (signs, flower girl baskets, cake stands and toppers, and more!) Affordable centerpiece rentals are also available.
How does this all work?
You've done your research and it brought you here...now what? If you're not sure exactly what you need yet, that's fine! Contact me to check availability for your wedding date (Don't have a date or venue yet? No problem, we'll figure that out!) Then we'll schedule an initial consultation - this is totally free, lasts about 20-30 minutes, and is completely no-pressure. We can meet in person or over a video call. We'll chat about your wedding, what plans (if any) you have so far, what services you want/need, and I'll answer any questions you have. From there if you decide it's a good fit, I'll send you a contract to e-sign and get a deposit, which reserves your wedding date and starts your services (including unlimited text & email support!) Then you relax and cross off "Find wedding planner" from your to-do list!

In spite of not really being a planning-type person, I planned my wedding myself. It wasn't until a couple months before the wedding date that I realized I needed help executing everything for the day-of, at least without losing my sanity. Thankfully, I came across some online forums that highly recommended getting a day-of-coordinator. I honestly didn't even know what this entailed. I reached out to Caroline, and she thankfully had availability. She provided consultations, a lovely informational sheet for the weekend's events that I could give to my bridal party and VIPs, kept contact info for all vendors, helped set up and store my fragile decorations, took care of so many tiny details, and overall took away my stress. I am truly grateful for her presence at my wedding.
