How does this all work?
You've done your research and it brought you here...now what? If you're not sure exactly what you need yet, that's fine! Contact me to check availability for your wedding date (Don't have a date or venue yet? No problem, we'll figure that out!) Then we'll schedule an initial consultation - this is totally free, lasts about 20-30 minutes, and is completely no-pressure. We can meet in person or over a video call. We'll chat about your wedding, what plans (if any) you have so far, what services you want/need, and I'll answer any questions you have. From there if you decide it's a good fit, I'll send you a contract to e-sign and get a deposit, which reserves your wedding date and starts your services (including unlimited text & email support!) Then you relax and cross off "Find wedding planner" from your to-do list!

Caroline was professional, timely, and effective through every stage. Considering we only needed day-of services, Bluebell also provided expertise, insight, and guidance as well as some materials to help make planning and execution go as smoothly as possible. ensure that we covered every aspect of our wedding. She was always available if we ever had any questions and of course gave us advice & recommendations when we came upon situations we were unsure of how to handle. At one point, just a few months prior to our wedding, we thought we had lost our venue. Caroline was able to keep us calm and started work on trying to find alternatives. Luckily everything worked out in that situation, but if we didn’t have her, I’m not sure we would have been able to handle it the same way. When it came to the day before and day of our wedding, everything was perfect. It was exactly like my wife envisioned for her dream wedding and any small problem, Caroline was able to solve it without having to come to us because she knew our vision and what we wanted. The tools, the planning, the resources, all of it was simply more than we could have asked for and we truly couldn’t have made our wedding uniquely ours without her help and assistance.

planning ourselves, but as we got closer to her wedding date we realized we needed someone to coordinate all the details and vendors on the day of the wedding. She responded promptly and was never too busy to reassure us about any concerns. She worked tirelessly and the day went off perfectly. It was such a blessing to be able to be fully present at the wedding, while she managed every detail. Caroline took my daughter's vision for their wedding day and how she wanted everything decorated and brought it to life for their dream wedding. p, made sure that everyone in my (large) wedding party knew exactly where to be and when for the wedding and what to do, and handled my very demanding mother without batting an eye. On the wedding day I completely trusted her to take care of everything and I was not disappointed - everything went perfectly and was exactly how I had been envisioning for so long. I got multiple comments on how smoothly the day went and my venue manager said she was great to work with! I would absolutely recommend hiring Caroline and Bluebell Weddings - she is super organized and detail-oriented, always knew what to say and do to calm me down when I started stressing, and you can tell she really knows what she is doing and loves her job! ail, very kind and understanding, and knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it. My bridal party were all impressed by how smoothly everything went, and my guests are still commenting on how beautiful and fun the day was. The event coordinator at my reception venue was also very happy with how organized and well-done Caroline's documents were.
In spite of not really being a planning-type person, I planned my wedding myself. It wasn't until a couple months before the wedding date that I realized I needed help executing everything for the day-of, at least without losing my sanity. Thankfully, I came across some online forums that highly recommended getting a day-of-coordinator. I honestly didn't even know what this entailed. I reached out to Caroline, and she thankfully had availability. She provided consultations, a lovely informational sheet for the weekend's events that I could give to my bridal party and VIPs, kept contact info for all vendors, helped set up and store my fragile decorations, took care of so many tiny details, and overall took away my stress. I am truly grateful for her presence at my wedding.
Don't hesitate to contact her!
