Every little detail was taken care of, she worked seamlessly with our other vendors, and her whole team was fantastic. d have communicated with their coordinator/coordinating team, they still do expect some help and assistance on the day of. It has been exactly a month now since our wedding and Tonya has not reached out to ask us how we felt the day went and that hurts me as a customer. A week leading up to our wedding, Tonya had said she was going to reach out to confirm everything for the big day... I never heard back. On the day of, Tonya asked if I needed help and I mentioned my bridesmaids and I making our favors while we were getting ready, and she said she'd send her assistants over when they arrived... four hours after we started, one and a half hour before the ceremony is when we finished those favors, I never saw anyone from the Blueprints team. The next time I did see Tonya, she was sitting on her phone in a corner. When the music started for our ceremony, she had hidden our bridesmaids and I in the corner with no time reference and no team member beside us to tell us when to go to our spot, and so my bridesmaids had to sprint to the other side of the building to begin their entrance. My photographer came up to me at the end of the night to apologize for missing some of our bridal party entrance as when our cocktail hour was moved up due to a shortened ceremony, Tonya and her team did not go communicate this to them. I had to scream to dismiss guests to start grabbing food from the buffet as Tonya and team were out of sight and guests had already been sitting down for 10 minutes in the tent at that point of the night. This may sound like I am complaining about what went wrong at our ceremony, but let me atleast say... I am the most LAX bride you will ever meet. I had no cares for anything in regard to the ceremony because I was just happy to be with the love of my life. However, if you are one of those big moments people, I cannot safely suggest Tonya and her team to you, as she was poor in communication, assistance and guidance. I can still say that I had the best time of my life and guests are still raving about our wedding, but they all have attributed it to me and my personality and not the events of the day. Every vendor and a lot of guests have also mentioned how absent the team was and kept referring to Tonya as a guest... not as our coordinator. I will at least say she was prompt in moving our ceremony indoors when it began to rain. I will say she is kind. I will say that she seems like she knows what she is doing. But like I said, even with the intimate knowledge of what we wanted to do and sitting there beside us as we made big decisions, she was not intricate in ensuring everything ran smoothly. I have to thank my bridal party and parents for that. Side note: she will overbook herself and cannot commit to the full day. When she unexpectedly came up to say she was heading out due to it being her anniversary (didn't know that before the time this happened), I at least knew I had a hang of things anyways.

It was like having your best friend take over, giving you all the confidence in the world they had this and boy did they. This team will make your dreams come true; it will be beyond your expectations.

fessional. Blueprints truly captured my vision for my wedding and made it reality. I would say a few things I liked and very poorly describe my vision and Blueprints was like "yes, I know exactly what you mean," and they did! I could not have asked for a better experience. (I'd also like to add for the entire planning process I was on the other side of the country. Through timezone differences & a pandemic they always were on top of things and kept me in the know about what was going on in NC while I was in MT!) The wedding day....WOW....not a single thing went wrong or off. I mean not a single thing! The day was perfect! Tonya and her team were professional, kind, and on their game. Even some very last minute changes took place (military life lol) and they accommodated it like not even a second thought. I truly never worried about anything, my husband and I enjoyed ourselves at the wedding and there wasn't a single thing to think about except just having fun!! My family and friends literally kept talking about how great Blueprints was and they took care of so much afterwards...donating flowers and food, truly angels. Such an amazing woman owned and operated team...I guess I'll just have to have another party to work with them again! My husband didn't know all the ins and outs of the wedding (he was in another state than I was) and after the wedding said how great of an idea it was to hire them and how everything was just perfect, no hitches at all. I will never stop praising Tonya and her team for the awesome work they did to make a truly memorable and wonderful day...Can't tell you how many people commented on our wedding being one of the most fun they have been to. Great people, great business plan, great coordination!! I would gladly bet on them for making an event special and just the way you want it! 💯💯💯
