Her work speaks for itself :) Communication was great and I instantly got good vibes from Valen who made the booking process super easy :) Flowers were delivered to my photographers house to bring with them on the morning. This was another good thing about working with Valen - she already knew and had good relationships with most of my vendors so I knew I was in safe hands! If you want a unique bouquet and a friend for life Valen is your girl!! I couldn’t be happier and had so many comments about how much my flowers stood out and the best part is as they were all dried I took them home with me to keep forever!

She created my gorgeous bouquet, a boutonniere for my husband, and six incredibly unique anthurium arrangements that we incorporated into both our ceremony and reception. She made the process fun, easy, and full of joy. The florals were shipped with so much care and arrived perfectly to my photographer on time. And the best part? These are forever flowers! They now sit beside my desk, a beautiful daily reminder of one of the most special moments of my life. I’m obsessed with every detail and the love she infused into each piece. As Valen said herself, she wants to be your florist for life—and I truly believe that. She already is mine. I’ve since reached out to her for a memorial arrangement, and once again, I’m blown away by her talent, warmth, and attention to detail. I fully trusted she’d do an amazing job just based on the work I’ve seen from her and was super excited to see what kind of neutral bouquet she’d design! Although it was neutral, I knew it wouldn’t be anything basic! I ended up doing a forever bouquet like Valen suggested and I’m so glad I did! My bouquet is now in a vase on my bedside table looking just as beautiful as the day I got it! I’d 100% recommend Blumenhaus to any bride that wants an absolutely iconic bouquet, it’s absolute art.

d to be someone who was not only an artistic creative but whose work was unlike anyone else’s. We were introduced to Valen by our wedding planner, and from the beginning, it was clear that we weren’t just getting a cookie-cutter florist who would recycle the same floral designs seen over and over at weddings. With Valen, we got a floral artistic magician who took our concept and elevated it to high art for our Brooklyn cyberpunk wedding. Valen was exactly what I had dreamed of. I fell in love with her, her work, the explosion of colors and textures, and all of her creations. I also knew from the start that my bouquet had to be a focal point of the design. Valen created the bouquet purse, and I walked down the aisle with my bouquet encased in a glass purse. I didn’t micromanage Valen because I could tell immediately that she is a creative mind. I didn’t want to pigeonhole her or limit her creativity. Instead, I gave her some visuals, we discussed what my husband and I liked, and I gave her full creative liberty to design everything—the floral arch for our ceremony, the arrangements for the venue, my bouquet, and the florals for our bridesmaids and parents. I didn’t see the final concept until the day of the wedding, and it remains my favorite investment to this day. Her arrangements gave our wedding an unforgettable, statement-making art piece. Valen captured who I am and translated it beautifully into a bouquet and flora art . I loved our florals so much that we preserved them as heirlooms for our family. Valen exceeds all earthly expectations.

All I can say is my bouquet was more stunning than I could of ever imagined! Valen is an amazing artist and I am so gratfeul for the love I know she put into my bouquet. bout a month communicating EXACTLY what I wanted in bouquet and was bamboozled with something completely different. Everything I had requested and asked for was not included except the one thing that was, was done by hand and NOT rhinestones. The flowers appeared to have just been assembled and by a child ... they were nothing like the perfectly curated, aesthetically pleasing bouquets you would see on her feed. The only reason I reached out to her and used her services is because she appeared to be legit and she advertises "faux, forever never die" flowers but she straight up sold me a bouquet that was all real flowers, NOT what we agreed to AND they were already dying and wilting. I asked for Stargazer Lilies and bedazzled Anthuriums and was given Orchids (that were wilting so you cant even see them) which I despise and glitter/rhinestones thrown on flowers. It was heartbreaking. I seriously thought I was being punked and this was all a joke, but it wasn't and it really devastated my big day. I explained the ONE thing I HAD TO HAVE on my bouquet was an Anthurium with rhinestone crystals of my zodiac, my last fathers zodiac and my late grandmothers zodiac... the only thing I had to memorialize them both for my destination wedding and she totally failed me. They were drawn on and done so poorly you could barely make out what they were... This broke my heart. I texted her and told her I was very disappointed and this was not the bouquet we worked together to create and really not what I paid for ... and she responded with a lengthy response telling me I did get what I paid for and that art was subjective. She proceeded to try and break down the cost of every detail on bouquet, not listening to me that 1) it was NOT what I wanted and 2) they were real flowers and not faux, forever dried florals. She even tried to gaslight me into thinking she did a favor by delivering the florals, despite that being what we agreed all along and the process she said she typically follows. There was no more communication after this as I thought I could handle with my bank and that turned into a nightmare as well. Basically, she scammed me out of $700 for real florals that were supposed to be faux, dried flowers I could keep forever. They were NOTHING like any of the inspiration requests I submitted. I should have followed my gut and ended the transaction with her when she started asking for more money when her typical suppliers weren't coming through for her... It was an awful experience that unfortunately I now have to carry with me and my wedding memories forever. I would not recommend Blumenhaus to anyone and suggest you find someone trustworthy and legit ... or even DIY. Including photos of the florals before and after for *some* context but you wont know what it should have looked like based on my dream designs sent to her.

Valen made a point to choose plants and flowers that wouldn't trigger my husband's allergies and the colors she included (various berry-shades of purples, pinks, corals, etc.) were some of my favorites! My bridal bouquet and my husband's boutonniere were truly perfect and I cannot thank Valen enough for all she did to take care of us on our special day!
