Blush and Glow - Flawless Makeup and Hair

I used Blush and Glow for my wedding for four events. Artee also did hair and makeup on my sister and mom. When I first booked Blush and Glow it was honestly because I was in a bind because my original artist stopped contacting me. I had a trial done and loved it...still really didn't want to pay so much money but I didn't really have a choice at that point. Once my wedding got here and Artee started working her magic on all three of us, we were all blown away. I can honestly say that we did not have one complaint about any of our looks...we simply told Artee what kind of general look we were going for and she made it happen PERFECTLY and FLAWLESSLY. If I had to do it again I would book her all over again without caring about a single penny because it was worth every single one! Definitely recommend! =)

This was my first experience with Blush & Glow, and with Air Brush make-up, and I am a fan! Artee is super sweet and professional, I immediately felt at ease in her chair because she took the time to understand the look I was going for before we got started, and she offered her expert suggestions and techniques as we went along for how we could further enhance the look I had in mind. She explained each step and the products she was using (which was cool for a make-up novice like me), and frankly it was just fun to sit back, close my eyes, and let her glam me up for my event. I received tons of compliments from my friends, several wondering who had done my make-up, and my face looked as flawless at 12am when I washed my face for the night as it did at 12pm when I first stepped out of her studio that day! Thanks for a great experience, I would not hesitate to use Artee and Blush & Glow for future occasions.

Anita & Artee were both so incredibly talented. My mom, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law all loved all their looks! Both Anita and Artee were so flexible, caring, patient, understanding, and sweet throughout the entire 3 days! Thank you for making us all look so beautiful for each and every event! Artee did my hair and makeup for three events as well my mom and siter for two events. She was incredibly easy to work with and we all looked amazing! She made us each feel special amd pampered and the team was very professional to work with from the trial to the last lipstick application. I got so many compliments at each event and I would tell other Pakistani brides in Houston to branch out. The make up was hygenic, Artee was very open to suggestions and the office manager was very prompt in getting back to me about any little thing. And my dupatta was perfect all night and ni issues with my jhoomar or tika either. I danced the night away with no worries. Thank you ladies!

When looking around for Hair and Makeup vendors, I saw that a lot of ladies I knew had used Blush and Glow. They all looked absolutely stunning at their wedding events, so I thought "why mess with a good thing?" and booked a trial with Anita. Needless to say, after the trial, it was a no brainer. Anita did my hair and makeup for my three main wedding events, and my Mom's for two of the three. She is a TRUE artist. She took her time, and really listened to what we wanted, but also added her own artistic flair. My mom and I are STILL getting compliments about our looks at the events. I just cannot say enough about them. The best part is that Anita is very collaborative, and gets as excited as the bride to try fun new things and get you dolled up. True artists and professionals, and to me, the best there are in the market.

I had an amazing experience with Blush and Glow. I first contacted them for my engagement shoot and Anita did such a fantastic job! Anita listened to my needs and made me comfortable from day one, it made me feel like this was one thing I did not have to worry about come wedding day. Anita knew exactly what I was looking for and made me look and feel beautiful for both my mehndi and wedding. And Artee did such a great job with the bridal party. I've heard many great reviews from my friends about Blush and Glow. I looked into several makeup artists and I really liked Blush and Glow's style of makeup and I felt like my makeup artist, Artee, understood the look I was going for and my skin tone. I met with Artee to do my trial run for the first time. She was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I couldn't have been more thrilled with the process and end results. She was very welcoming and listened to what I liked and translated my vision into something that actually looked good on me (with my skin tone/hair color). I think that aspect of artistry is important when it comes to makeup! Artee is very talented. On the day of my makeup trail and wedding day, she transformed me into a beautiful bride and many of my friends told me that they have not seen a bride as beautiful as me. I couldn't have looked this beautiful without the help of Artee. Everyone deserves to look beautiful so I would definitely recommend Blush and Glow to make this happen!

I had Anita as my hair/makeup stylist. I have to say she is fantastic! We had a trial before the wedding which I highly recommend. She worked with me and help me decide what styles/makeup would work best for me!

Artee with Blush and Glow did a wonderful job with my hair and makeup for my Indian wedding. I also have seen pictures of Artee's and Anita's work for weddings for other ethnicities and they look great. Artee was also professional and showed up right on time to get the bride (me!) ready! She also did a great job using the airbrush.

I had an absolutely fabulous experience with Blush and Glow. Artee did my hair and makeup for my bridal party and me. She did a fantastic job. She was always easy to talk to throughout the whole planning process and actually listened to what styles I was comfortable with and my likes and dislikes. I wanted something natural, and she did exactly that. She was always patient with me and always remained calm no what what chaos was happening around her on the wedding day. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing their hair and make-up done for their wedding.

I was able to do a trial run with Artee before the big day. I didn't do this, but would recommend future brides to schedule some bridal portraits to be done that day as well. Artee came to the wedding spot location for a nominal fee, right on time & ready to work. It was relaxing to sit after all the hectic running around that morning! I got to relax while Artee made me look gorgeous for our big day. I am still receiving complements on my hair! I would definitely recommend Blush & Glow to anyone wanting to look flawless on their big day!

My make-up and hair were not only done quickly, but more importantly, beautifully! Anita did a wonderful job on the make-up ensuring the colors would "pop" according to the color of my dress. The choice of updo she selected was also perfect for the style dress I was wearing. Not to mention, it really displayed the color highlights of my hair! I would highly recommend Blush and Glow! Trust that they will give you the right recommendations that will make your day perfect!

Blush & Glow's artists Anita and Artee are amazing!! They are both extremely talented and professional! I loved all my looks, from the engagement pictures, both my ceremonies, and my reception. These ladies go above and beyond to make you feel like you just stepped out of a magazine! They are so good at what they do!!! I have continued to use their services for nights out, birthdays, and other occasions when I want to look and feel glamorous. I highly recommend their services, you will love the end results! I had a big fat 3 day Indian wedding and Blush and Glow was up at the crack of dawn to transform me. Artee did 3 different hair and makeup looks on me over the 3 days and each and everyone was swooned over by all of my guests. I know I have uneven skin tone and the stress of the wedding had taken its toll on my face and hair. She worked miracles. I had ideas of what I wanted but I trusted Artee to take my thought and turn it into beauty. She worked quickly and patiently. My skin was flawless and my hair was insanely beautiful. I have to say, I have never felt so beautiful and I may never again (unless Artee is doing my hair and makeup again!). Thank you so much for making sure I looked my very best each and everyday!

Artee did my make up for my engagement party and all of my wedding events (sangeet, wedding, reception). She was honestly the perfect make up artist. She showed up on time for every event (even when she had to come in at 4am). She had me ready in time. She was even able to squeeze in my sister in law for the sangeet when we hadn't planned on getting her hair and make up done for it. She looked at the looks I liked prior to the days of and recreated them in a way that worked for me. My make up did not look over done but was still stunning. The airbrush makeup made my skin look flawless but was still light. She always went the extra mile to make sure it was clear that I was the bride. She also gave me a very different look for each event showing that her style is very versatile. Artee also was very respectful to my family and patient in the setting where there were a lot of people doing a lot of things. She worked well with the photographer and videographer helping them get shots they wanted and positioning herself with me in ways they asked. She gave me touch up lipstick - which I barely needed because the lip color she used stayed on really well. It was great to have my bridesmaids have it to reapply right before I entered the ceremony. My skin did not break out with any of her products and it washed off with regular face wash and eye make up remover. Artee was also very quick to fix any imperfections in my make up that I would probably be the only one to ever notice. She really did make me feel special and gorgeous on my wedding day. I would recommend her 200% to any bride.
