nd management have handled our issue.. what should have been a great day for my daughter turned into an afternoon of being upset. First off our consultant was late in getting there, ( no apologies), secondly my daughter did not find “the dress” but was anticipating returning for the trunk show scheduled for October. She did however purchase a dress ( on impulse) for whatever occasion might arise. After we left, she spoke with her fiancé about the dress and he commented that the extra money that she spent on the dress would be put to better use on the wedding. We were not gone 15 minutes from the store and contacted them back to see if we could return the dress. They said they had to talk to the manager and would get back to us. Very long story short, we were informed the sale was final and we could be issued a store credit. Not only did the consultant not tell us no refunds, but apparently it was in the receipt… I know that buyer beware exists, but 15 minutes away was a tad too much… I guess we have a dress to try to sale since I will not give them my business even for a store credit. In my opinion, this was handled very badly and I just want others to be aware of their policies before they pay out…..
