hing so easily. I met Wendy a few days before our wedding day for the trial. She came to my hotel room and she was great at understanding what I wanted without much to go on. She responded well to my mom's feedback of a little more eyes and made sure we loved everything before she finished. On our big day she drove all the way up a mountain to the house we were getting ready in. She was able to keep us calm while also keeping us on schedule. All of my bridal party loved talking to her throughout the morning. My makeup stayed on so well all night long but did not feel too heavy. I would recommend Wendy to everyone who wants to feel confident and beautiful on their wedding days (even if you don't wear makeup often like me).

They took cues from us based on pictures shown and what we liked/didn't like, and were able to apply the makeup look we wanted like pros. How you look on your wedding day is a big one -- it is so important to look and feel as beautiful as you are -- and Blush Asheville absolutely nailed it! Can't recommend them enough!

ions! Kristen Davis did my makeup both for my wedding day as well as a trial run for the bridal shoot that I did with our photographer about a month and a half prior. She did a beautiful job on both occasions! After my bridesmaids saw the work she did for the bridal shoot, they became even more excited that she would be the one doing our makeup for the wedding day! I myself am a lover of makeup and I'm quite picky when it comes to my skin and makeup application in general ;). And of course on my wedding day I wanted to be sure that I had someone who was the "real deal"... and I can assure you that Kristen is indeed exactly that! She also has a great personality and was awesome to have around in our suite as we were getting ready. This definitely counts for a lot...you definitely don't want anyone hanging around who will negatively affect the "vibe" of your day! ;) Kristen was a joy. :) And all of my interactions with Wendy were also fantastic...she was always so professional, helpful, happy and positive. Even if you are unsure about putting yourself in the hands of someone else for your wedding makeup (as I was!) you can trust these girls. They will listen to what you want, what's important to you and they will be patient about tweaking your look so that the end result is something that leaves you feeling confident and beautiful on your big day!
