I went to blush bridal last year to find my perfect wedding dress for my fall 2018 wedding and I did just that! They were awesome to work with, very accommodating with my large group and very helpful! The overall experience was something I’ll always remember! Highly recommend blush bridal!

The experience started out great, ended up being really disappointing and stressful. I wento to blush to get the unique experience of a boutique and to support a local business. The day I picked out my dress was amazing and I cried. Couldn't have been happier. I was told it would arrive in mid June, which is perfect since my wedding is in September. June came and went, nothing. I contacted them and was told it would be in next week, so I calmed down. July came and went and still no dress. Every time I called I felt as though I was being deflected or dismissed. They kept saying my dress would be on time but I also needed to get alterations and bridal portraits done with a very popular and very busy photographer in town. Anyways, I didn't get the dress until Almost mid August and to make matters worse the designer hadn't sent the extra material I had ordered for alterations along with the dress. I said screw it and picked out a different fabric for alterations and the only thing they offered me was a free garter. I hate that I had to deal with so much stress and I really am not impressed with their customer service. Now I. Having to rush everything before my big day, but I. Glad I'm able to make it work. I never heard from the owner who, I believe, should have lerosnaly reached out to me. Also I'm in contact with another client of theirs who is upset and still waiting on her dress, which is also later than they had told her it would be. Save yourself the stress and heartache. Go elsewhere!

Let me first explain at how beautiful the dresses are, the service is great, and the staff are so friendly. However, the stress behind the whole situation is not worth it. My best friend went with her bridesmaids, we found the perfect dress it was amazing she cried etc. We ordered the dress and extra lace to make sleeves then and there bc it was THE dress, 10 months before the wedding. The dress was due in June 2018, the wedding is in September perfect. June goes by, nothing. July goes by, nothing. August comes and at this point were all freaking out, where the hell is the dress and all we hear is "it should be here next week" and "dont worry you have plenty of time" over and over. Finally comes yesterday Aug 9th and the dress finally comes in, 2 months late and without the extra fabric that was ordered. Now I'm watching my best friend stress herself like crazy trying to get alterations, and bridal portraits done in the next 6 weeks before the wedding. The only compensation was that they gave her some lace and a garter belt for free. Long story short, the dresses are gorgeous but the timing of actually getting your dress in time is not worth the worry on top of the already enormous amount of stress brides have before their wedding anyway.

I absolutly blush bridal, if you want the perfect dress and to feel extremely comfortable and special why you try on dresses this your place. Jessica and Candice go above and beyond to get you into your dream dress. They also have top designers like Pronovias, Hailey Paige - Blush, and Essenes of Australia on sale that you truly can’t beat. Best place in the area to find your dream dress.

I can NOT say enough good things about this boutique. I went in today, not expecting to find my dress. My consultant told me to pick 4-5 to try on originally. Out of the 5 I chose, I found my dress!!!! The bridal appointment was amazing because it was tailored to just me. Champagne was offered aftwr I said yes. Amazing.

Dress shopping was horrible and i was giving up! I googled this place and stopped in on a random day and time the lady took me in with no appointment! She said to pick out a few dresses and we’ll just try them on. No pressure very relaxed. She explained that the shop normally does appointments so the bride can get a full “dress shopping experience” i politely said not thanks I’ll try on a few and get out of your hair (as i didn’t feel like shopping). I picked 3 outfits, and the second one(my dres) i put on in the very large dressing room (+) and said perfect ill take one of these!!! I felt like a bride, looked like a princess. To my surprise the dress was under my budget! And she sold mye that exact dress! (Couldn’t order it cause it would take to long to get in) 100% happy with my shopping experience and happy the stylist was down to earth!!

I 100% recommend getting your dress from this place! They were super helpful and took everything I said I wanted/didn't want and made it happen. They made sure I got my dream dress and that it fit my personality so well!!

I loved the atmosphere of the place, they were helpful in finding my dream dress. We had problems with the bridesmaid dresses and the girls being measured incorrectly. This caused two of my bridesmaids dresses to come in smaller then they should. We had difficulties with them owning their mistake and fixing the problem. We went their for my mother's dress and had luck with finding a style that fit her in the color scheme I wanted. Other then the bridesmaid dresses issue I loved this place. I would still recommend this dress place but I would recommend when getting measured for sizes you get double checked by another consultant to verify the measurement are done correctly.

They were amazing we received the wedding dress and veil sooner than expected and they notified me right away! All of the dresses they have are amazing and the staff are so helpful during your appointment.

Our stylist was so intuitive and helpful. I felt like she was part of our family. She really listened to my daughter and new exactly how to find the best dress for her. I would definitely recommend Blush Bridal to anyone wanting a special personal experience!!!

I highly recommend this shop to anyone in Fayetteville, NC. I went to Blush Bridal for a bridesmaid dress appointment and tried on wedding dresses at the request of my daughters. I was not prepared to buy a dress at that time. I had to leave the appointment abruptly due to a work issue. That same day I also went to a shop in Raleigh. Hands down, the better experience was with Blush Bridal. The shop co-owner/stylist followed up my appointment the very same day with a recap of the appointment, links to the dresses I loved and prices. The larger shop in Raleigh was VERY high pressure and never followed up with me in anyway. I ended up spending more money at Blush Bridal, was able to order everything I needed and it was worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend shopping at Blush Bridal. It is a new shop that offers a wide range of dresses and accessories for various budgets. I did have another follow-up appointment to find "the one" and Candace (co-owner and stylist) went to great lengths to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I have purchased other accessories since my initial purchase of my bridesmaids dresses and wedding dress. There is no need to travel outside of Fayetteville to find a dress. Blush Bridal has everything, all the same options as a larger shop in a bigger city but have the customer service you will be looking for. Candice and Faith treat you not like a customer but like a girl friend. They are honest, caring and professional. This shop is more than just a shop and it shows.

I cannot believe I didn't find this bridal shop sooner. I traveled all the way to NY and DC to look for a wedding gown and found one right here in Fayetteville, NC. I would highly recommend the girls at Blush to any bride. Their service alone made my stressful situation go away. That is one of the reasons I purchase from, great services makes all difference. Not to mention the boutique is so cute and charming. They are located in a historic home with so many pretty accessories and wedding gowns to pick from. I will defiantly be back for all further bridal gift purchases. I even found a cute Wifey Tee to wear on my Honeymoon!!! #OneHappyBride

Beautiful selection of wedding and bridesmaid dresses. Blush is located in a charming historic house, and filled with elegant decor. Candice was fantastic and helped me find my DREAM dress. Every bride should go to Blush!

Makeup was amazing !!! Loved Wendy and her staff! Would hands down use her again!
