Bianca was AMAZING! She catered to everyone's comfortability with makeup and everyone was so happy with how beautiful they looked! As someone with a medium skin tone, I'm always so scared to look orange. She made sure to cater everything to my perfect shade and I got so many compliments on my stunning makeup. Blush by M.Marie was so easy to work with too and Ashley was incredibly responsive over email and very helpful. Everything was reasonably priced and I didn't have a worry about my makeup at all!

Overall I had a great experience with Blush by M Marie! I found them on The Knot and booked because of the good reviews and the convenience in that they offered both hair and makeup services as a package. I was assigned to lead artist Bianca and she was very sweet and easy going when I met her at the trail. I ended up wanting to make a lot of changes after the trial and Bianca was very accommodating. She was able to execute my vision on the wedding day without a second trail which is great because I live out of the area. My wedding day hair and makeup turned out great, and my bridal party, mom, and MIL we also happy with their services! Thank you Bianca+ team!

All of the girls absolutely loved their hair and makeup. We all looked so beautiful. Melissa and Raquel did an amazing job. The last picture is me right before the end of the night and I am blown away at how perfect my makeup looks still. You'd have almost no idea that I'd been wearing that same makeup for the past 12+ hours (I have extremely oily skin)

Bianca was an absolute rockstar! I showed her a picture of what look I wanted and she knocked it out of the park. Not to mention the fact that she is the sweetest person ever! I look at my pictures and I am so happy with my glam for my big day. The absolute BEST 🩷

I used Blush by M Marie for my wedding day. They traveled to our hotel in San Diego. They arrived on time and turned our hotel room into a full salon! My bridesmaids loved their hair and makeup and both stayed put all night long while they danced and ate. As for myself, Bianca was my VIP artist and I have never felt more beautiful than after she did my hair and makeup. I told her I wanted a glam look and she gave me exactly that and was always willing to make the small adjustments I requested. She was kind and funny and made the process so easy. I would absolutely recommend booking Bianca and the whole team for your wedding day!

I can’t say enough amazing things about Bianca and the Blush team. So professional, timely, fun, kind and EXTREMELY talented. We had a great experience with the Blush team for our August 2023 wedding! The entire team was great to work with and helped to make our wedding party look their very best. Erin was my lead artist and she was able to incorporate all of my requests in on the day of the wedding and made my vision come to life. I felt absolutely stunning all day and night! We had a very large wedding party, including mothers and grandmothers getting services, and the Blush team catered to everyone's needs and even kept us ahead of schedule. Not an easy task! They are a great team to work with!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Blush by M. Marie team!! From the very start they were so easy to communicate with, answered every single one of my questions and accommodated all my needs and changes quickly! Erin was my lead stylist the day of my wedding and she was an absolute dream to work with! She captured my vision perfectly and made me feel so stunning, incredible and beautiful the entire day and night! The other two stylists who accompanied Erin were so great as well and all my bridesmaids were so happy with how they looked! I had a large wedding party and they all made sure we ran on time. One of the best experiences I could have had to make my wedding day be perfect! What initially caused me to choose them as my wedding day vendor, was reviewing the website and my communication with the office manager Ashley. Ashley was INCREDIBLE with her responsiveness, the information communicated and overall professionalism! My hair and makeup artist was Bianca! Bianca was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind and comforting throughout the entire process. As we did the trial run, she got to know me and my style a bit, as I am not very big into makeup and went with more of a natural look. On my wedding day, Alyssa helped assist Bianca in making sure everyone looked amazing! Both artists did an AMAZING job getting all the girls ready, everyone loved their looks and had nothing but great things to say. Biance did above and beyond on my hair and makeup, that lasted through the entire night through all the tears and smiles!

I am the first to be hesitant when any one does my eyebrows as sometimes it can look too harsh or not done the way I feel most comfortable. But Melissa and her team made me feel ABSOLUTELY beautiful. My bridesmaids were stunning and everyone was so happy with their services. From the planning to the day of the details have been executed and more. I honestly can’t be any happier with anyone else but Melisa and her team. Thank you all for making me feel the most beautiful on the most important day of my life.

Overall I had a good experience with Blush by M.Marie. Erin was the main artist who did my hair and make up and she did an excellent job both for me and the bridesmaids. She has a wonderful energy and is very talented at what she does. During the bridal trial she incorporated my vision into a style that fit me, and the day of she was flexible with the adjustments I wanted and helped make the getting ready aspect of the day fun and stress free; I couldn't have been more happy with the work she did. Everyone looked great and her approach to each person was unique and accented their features. The reason this review is not 5/5 is because there was a noticeable difference in the quality of the work done by the assisting artist who did the hair and make up for the other half of my wedding party. Although it is understandable that each artist has their own style many of the girls that got their hair and make up done by her were not happy and felt like their wishes were not acknowledged. I did bring this up with Melissa and her response was professional and she assured me that the issue would get addressed.

Bianca & the whole Blush by M.Marie team was so wonderful on my wedding day. They arrived right on time (6:15am start time) and swiftly completed hair & makeup for myself & 11 other people + hair for 2 flower girls. Bianca and her team were very kind, accommodating, and FUN. I've also truly never felt so beautiful. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I am so glad I hired Blush by M.Marie for my wedding hair & makeup! They were extremely responsive and communicative throughout the whole experience. My artist was Bianca, and I’ve never felt so beautiful. I’ve had my hair and makeup professionally done before but have had issues with eyelashes or hair falling down, but my hair and makeup stayed in place flawlessly throughout the entire night. My bridesmaids hair and makeup also turned out perfect. Would definitely recommend them for wedding hair & makeup!

I loved getting my hair and makeup done by Alyssa. It was so easy to book with them and always to communicate with them. I changed how many people were getting hair and makeup several months before and they were so accommodating. I had a couple of tweaks on my hair and makeup after my trial and she even offered to another free trial (which I didn’t need). The company easily got a schedule out in time so I could communicate with my bridesmaids. They did such an amazing job on the wedding day and my hair and makeup was perfect and just what I wanted! It held up alll night and day. It didn’t sweat off or anything. They were so nice during the day and able to make small talk with everyone getting services. I wish all my friends and family could use them. And this was compared to my hair and makeup for my sisters wedding two months later—they were more expensive, not communicative and not as good which can cause so much stress for the bride. And blush by Marie took alll of that away! Loved loved them and Alyssa!

BIANCA!! She was truly the highlight of my wedding morning lol! By the time she was done making me feel beautiful I wanted her in my wedding party. Ashley was coordinating with us before the wedding and was the only vendor that gave me no stress. She would reply within minutes and was so helpful! I would recommend Blush to anyone!! Erin was an absolute dream to work with! Not only did I feel the most beautiful I’ve ever felt in my life, she was a blast to have around. She completely nailed my hair and makeup. I couldn’t be happier with my choice for my big day!

Blush by MMarie was a recommendation by our wedding planner and they did not disappoint. Bianca was our lead hair/makeup artist and not only made me look and feel beautiful at my trial and wedding day, but also was just enjoyable to hang out with. The team also helped my mom with a hair trial and gave her great advice on what style would work with her length hair. She LOVED what she ended up with for both hair and makeup. My bridesmaids had fun with the team, and they looked amazing, too. I went with airbrush myself to stand out a bit more and everyone else (2 moms, 3 bridesmaids) did no airbrush. I loved standing out a bit more, and the makeup looked amazing all day. Also, if you’re looking for the fastest and most clear communication, I swear this is the team for you. I couldn’t imagine my wedding without Blush by MMarie.

To start, Melissa was 15 minutes late. My makeup and hair were done 45 minutes after the promised time. The 15 minutes she was late could have helped offset the extra time she needed to get the bride ready. I, the bride, was scheduled in the last time slot out of all my bridesmaids. My mom, my bridesmaids, and I all wanted to bump my scheduled time slot ahead of others so I could be done on time however Melissa insisted on keeping me last. My hair was ruined as soon as my vail went on because it was rushed due to my hair and makeup being ready late. My cousin had to redo and reinforce my hair to hold my vail. I asked to be ready by 12 pm because I paid my photographer extra to come at 12 pm and take pictures of me with my mom helping me into my dress and take pictures of my dad seeing me for the first time in my dress. I was not ready till almost 1:00pm and I had to be in church (30 mins away) by 2pm. The first look with my dad was rushed because I was running late to my own wedding! I paid extra for my photographer however I was not able to get what I paid for because my hair and makeup was 45 minutes late. I still cry to this day because I will never get to relive those memories through the photographs I paid extra to get. Although my makeup came out good and lasted all night, the one star review is my opinion of both the results Melissa gave and the service she provided along the way. I hope others have and will have a better experience from her than what I got on my wedding day.

I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER!!! When my hair and make-up were finished, I knew I would love it (bc of the H&M trial we had done a few months before), but it looked even BETTER (I didn't think that was possible). I unexpectedly cried when I looked in the mirror when it was all done. Melissa was so kind and helpful, always asking if there was anything I wanted changed or fixed or done differently. Melissa and Alyssa were an absolute DREAM the morning of my wedding day. They were both incredibly fun and easy to talk to; my bridesmaids and I could have hung out with them forever. Both Melissa and Alyssa were so supportive, talented, professional, and helpful throughout the "getting ready" process. Some of us weren't quite sure what hairstyles/make-up to have done, and Melissa & Alyssa were wonderful with offering ideas and suggestions that felt true to each individual bridesmaid. Working with Melissa (texts, emails) was beyond easy and everything went smoothly! The pictures from my photographer came back AMAZING. I knew I wanted a more natural look (wanted to look like myself) but still had the look of professional make up done. Best decision ever to go with Blush by M. Marie!!!!!!!!

Melissa is an incredibly talented makeup artist and hair stylist! I was given her information when looking for someone to do hair and makeup for my wedding and I was extremely impressed by the results and grateful for the recommendation. Melissa was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and open to feedback along the way related to hair and makeup changes. I had the absolute pleasure of Melissa doing my hair and makeup for my wedding, and I truly couldn't be happier! I had a wonderful hair and makeup trial with Melissa a few months before and ended up wanting to make a few small changes on the day of my wedding simply due to changing my mind on a few things. Melissa showed up right on time with a great attitude on the morning of my wedding and that really set me at ease and set the tone for the start of the whole wedding day! I told her the few changes I wanted to make from the trial, and my GOSH did she absolutely NAIL it!! Melissa is truly an artist. I felt and looked glamorous but still felt and looked like me, which was really important to me. My hair and makeup held up all day and night at our outdoor wedding. It held up through tears of joy, lots of wind, and tons of dancing. My husband absolutely loved my look and I have never felt prettier. Hair and makeup were one of the most important things to me about my day, and I truly cannot recommend Blush by M. Marie enough.

We hired Blush by M Marie for our wedding and I’m so happy with my bridal hair and makeup. I had Bianca as my lead artist and she was so great at following my inspiration during the trial. Once I realized the inspiration didn’t fit my desire look, we emailed back and forth to figure out a look that amplified my best features. It turned out perfect! All my bridal party members loved their look too. I would recommend Blush to any wedding event. I would just note that they follow inspiration to the tee so be sure that the inspiration photo is right for you and if not communicate any concerns with them and they will accommodate.

Alyssa!! This love note is long overdue due… But I just wanted to reach back out and say THANK YOU again for doing my sister’s and I’s hair and make up last weekend! I would highly recommend Alyssa Nicole for make up! My wedding was recent, November 5th and she did amazing! My make up came out amazing and lasted all day through tears, food, and drinks.

Cristina was the lead artist for my wedding day, and she made my bridal vision absolutely come to life! We changed things up a bit from the trial (which you must do!), and she went above and beyond to make sure she had the correct eyeshadow palette and lip color for my big day! I also had a lot of bridesmaids, and they all loved their makeup. All of my bridesmaids have beautiful eyes, and the makeup made them all POP! It was awesome. Blush by M. Marie did such a great job. Hire them - you will not regret it!

Amazing experience from start to finish. Bianca and Erin did such an incredible job and exceeded my expectations for the wedding day. Bianca created the most beautiful mermaid braid and I felt like such a princess, all of my guests were literally in awe! She also incorporated a few changes from my trial to make sure the wedding look was absolutely perfect! All of the bridal party loved their hair and makeup as well.

Never have I ever felt more beautiful. Brittany was my lead artist, she was amazing and so nice. My bridesmaids and mother of bride/groom loved the experience. My trial was smooth and easy and Brittany was very responsive to any input I had which created my flawless wedding day look. Blush was easy to work with as a company, discussed pricing and availability directly with the owner who was patient and answered all my questions. It is a 50% deposit, which is steep and I was hesitant due to COVID but it worked out and Melissa was able to spell everything out in the contract. Her coordinator Ashley was SO responsive and awesome, very professional.

I am so happy I chose Blush by M. Marie for hair & makeup for my wedding day! I interacted with several people at the company during the process (booking, trial, day of) and everyone was extremely courteous and professional. I appreciate how patient they were while I asked what seemed like a million questions. A few months before my wedding, Bianca reached out to schedule my trial. I was a bit nervous since I don’t often have my hair or makeup professionally done. Bianca made me so comfortable by explaining the process, giving suggestions, and listening. She is genuinely a great person and easy to talk to. She made notes of everything we discussed during and after my trial and make sure she nailed it on the big day. After my trial, I felt comfortable that I had the best person for the job! On the wedding day, we had Bianca and Crystal do hair and makeup for the bridal party. I can say with confidence that each bridesmaid LOVED their glam and felt like each artist truly listened to their wants and needs. Not only did the ladies look amazing, but their hair and makeup lasted all night! I was so impressed! I was obsessed with my glam on the wedding day! Bianca absolutely nailed it! I told my husband later that evening that “I love how I look in every picture” which is not something I’ve ever said before. I felt like a princess! Blush was incredibly responsive and eager to work with me to make my vision for my wedding come true. They were very accommodating and made it simple to coordinate the trial and day of services. The prices are extremely reasonable especially considering the quality of work. In all honesty, I was hesitant to book any HMU artist for myself and my bridal party because most of us are Black and it is very difficult to find reviews or many diverse portfolio photos. However, I forgot about all of these worries as soon as I met our lead artist, Erin, and had my trial. Erin is incredible and I had no concerns once I was in her chair. She achieved my dream look effortlessly and had me looking better than I could have ever expected. Beyond her skill and talent, Erin is extremely kind and easy to talk to - she made the experience perfect! I cannot praise Blush by M. Marie enough. If you are looking for HMU for a special occasion, stop looking and book now!

I kept going back and forth about getting hair and makeup but in the end I'm SO GLAD we booked with Erin. She nailed my look, elevating my usual style so I felt glam but still myself. Everyone was happy with their look. A few of the updo hair styles started to fall while we were all getting ready but she was able to adjust before leaving and all was well after that.

I was very pleased with my lead artist Brittany! She did my makeup beautifully and it lasted all night. I had so many compliments and she did a great job addressing any concerns I had from my trial to my actual wedding look. The only concern I had was for my bridal party. A couple of the bridesmaids did not like how their hair turned out and there wasn’t enough time to go back and fix it before our allotted time was up. Luckily we had a hair stylist as one of the bridesmaids so she was able to touch them up a bit. Overall, I would recommend this vendor for makeup and hair services!

The best hair and makeup team!! So professional, responsive and very talented! You can tell they are trained in bridal hair and make up and not just someone who works at a makeup counter. Book them and do it now because they book up fast. I would say only negative thing (which was my fault because I waited too long) is trying to book the trial, limited dates due to them being so popular! But def worth it!!!!

I can’t even tell you how much I LOVE Melissa! She was not only very professional but is amazing at Hair and Makeup! I was worried about my style (very specific look) but she nailed it! One of the things I loved the most is that she was open to my concerns during my trial as someone who doesn't wear a lot of Make up I was worried about looking overdone. I absolutely loved working with Brittany for my engagement photos and wedding ceremony hair and make-up. She was super flexible throughout the process as a 2020 COVID bride. Not only did she do an amazing job but she was efficient and stuck to the timeline. She portrayed the romantic yet elegant look that I was hoping for. Melissa was amazing to have on my wedding day which was during COVID, so you could imagine the stress I went through! Anytime I had a question about the trial, the timeline, or anything else for that matter, I received a response almost immediately. On the day of the wedding, Melissa and her partner were ready and set up by the time my bridal party arrived. My hair and makeup was EXACTLY what I wanted, and all my bridesmaid were satisfied with their hair and makeup as well! Another plus is that she is super personable and very fun to talk to! Will always recommend Blush by M. Marie in the future!!!

Blush by M. Marie made my bridal photos and wedding day the most memorable. They are so responsive to any and all of my questions that I would get an answer in less than 24 hours (almost always within a few hours). Cristina met me so early to do my bridal photos and they came at 6am to get started on our wedding day hair and makeup! Always on time, easy to talk with, flexible with each person's hair style and makeup, and very professional. Reasonably priced as well! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Everyone raved at how great my hair and makeup looked at the wedding and I owe it all to Cristina and Blush by M. Marie. 1000% recommend for anyone looking for hair and makeup for your special occasion!

This review is for both Melissa & Erin, who did hair & makeup for myself, my mom and 6 bridesmaids (beautiful hair for our flower girl, as well) on our February 2020 wedding. They were incredible and I can't tell you how happy I am that I ultimately booked them! Melissa and Erin were both sweet, fun, laid back, relaxed, provided us with laughs and most importantly for any bride & her squad: were experienced and truly made every single one of us feel & look beautiful. Melissa (the owner) is definitely jam packed with her schedule, so if she is available, I highly recommend booking her quick. I booked the hair & makeup trials as well. She does not come to you for trials, but instead, you go to her home in Temecula. Don't think this is too typical of many hair/makeup vendors, but just goes to show how busy she is! Of course for the wedding day, she and her team drives to you. It was a bumpy ride for me and my indecisiveness, and I'm so happy Melissa was there to guide me. The first trial for my hair & makeup, it wasn't fully what I wanted. Not any fault of Melissa's, but because I hadn't found "MY bridal look" quite yet. When I went back a 2nd time, I was late due to the long drive and we therefore only had time for hair. I had showed her a picture of hair I wanted, and she did the best she could with the timing we have, but it still didn't leave me feeling super confident in the look. Fast forward to the night before my wedding, Melissa spent an hour of her night texting me back and forth, which I so greatly appreciated considering I was stressing out about the fact that I hadn't felt fully confident in what look I wanted. The morning of the wedding comes, and she knocked my socks off with both the hair and makeup! It was so so beautiful. I've noticed this in my friends' weddings too... there is something magical that just turns "ON" for a makeup/hair artist on the wedding day. The trials are great and are intended to give you a general idea, but the actual day of? Amazing! So if your trials don't live up to your expectations fully, don't get disappointed. Melissa ended up being amazing and I'm so grateful I booked her. At the very end of my hair & makeup, during the final seconds of touch-up's, I probably stressed her out a bit with timing and she very lightly hit my cheek with the curling iron by mistake. She was very apologetic for it, admitted it was an amateur move! Mistakes happen, even for the most experienced person. Nothing a bit of makeup and touch up's couldn't fix. :) Thank you to Melissa & Erin for an amazing job! I'll remember that day forever and thankfully the pictures & video captured the beautiful job that the both of you did.

Alright ladies, I am not one for glam and I am so horrible at pinterest so I was NERVOUS about trusting someone with my wedding day glam. My regular hair stylist recommended Melissa to me and let me tell you, this woman exceeds expectations!! I literally showed her 2 pictures and very poorly explained my thoughts and she BUSTED this AMAZING look out!! I was in shock!! The feedback I hear from people fall along the lines of "you looked like a supermodel" and that was 99% Melissa's work (I'll take some credit). SHE IS AMAZING!! Oh side note, not only is she super super talented, but she's an incredible soul, so nice, hilarious and a boss babe!!

Amazing! I felt absolutely beautiful for my big day and Melissa was awesome to work with. I was a little concerned when they were talking about the timeline of approx. 30 mins a girl especially because my bridesmaids have longggg thickkkk hair and have never been done in 30 minutes but you have to TRUST her! They were done with time to spare and my girls looked so GOOD. To get 9 bridesmaids 3 moms and 1 bride to love how they look is quite a feat. Melissa made it happen because she is THAT bitch! She’s amazing I love her.

Melissa did such and amazing job! We had 8 people all together for hair and makeup! I got a lot of compliments on makeup and it lasted on night long! I did not do a trial because did my schedule (Living in NorCal) and it was all great and was exactly what I wanted!

I contacted Melissa after booking another vendor for hair and makeup because I did not like the lack of communication and lies I was being told. Melissa was super fast on responses and was able to work with me as an out of state bride. She was able to squeeze a trial in for me on a short trip out to California , and it made all the difference! Melissa is a bubbly person who really knows her stuff! One thing that was a pleasant surprise happened on my wedding day. My husbands grandmother is not super comfortable speaking English and was using my mother-in-law to help translate. Cue the most awesome surprise, Melissa is bilingual (Spanish/English)! The look on Grandma's face made my day that much better. Thank you Melissa, you are an incredible human with an incredible talent and I am so happy you were part of our wedding!

You can tell a lot about a company by how the owner responds to reviews, I should have known better. $725 deposit paid 10.4.2019 for my wedding on 10.2.2021 - due to events outside of my control we had to change venues (I live 8 hours away from Blush by Marie) and have our wedding closer to home. With over 600 days before our scheduled appointment, I figured a refund of any kind would be in order. Given the fact the venue, cake and florist all refunded me for my deposit. Nope, not Blush. They are keeping my $725 for a service I booked for 2021. Their response "it's the wedding industry". For someone who is trying to not see the wedding industry as transactional, it's sad to see vendors act this way. Now, cue the abrasive response from Melissa and her team. - In fast she let me know refunding next takes money away from her family. Money she did not earn? ABSURD.

Melissa was amazing for my wedding hair and make up! She was great to work with and helped me to put what I was envisioning for my wedding day into reality! At my hair and make up trial she helped me go through a couple wedding hair styles until we found exactly what I was looking for! I don't typically wear a lot of make up and she gave me the perfect look so that I felt beautiful without being overdone. I definitely recommend working with her!

Melissa and her team are absolutely amazing and so helpful throughout the entire process! They did all my bridesmaids, my mom, and mother in laws hair and makeup and everyone was in love with their look! They are the sweetest and one of the easiest vendors I worked with while planning my wedding! I booked over a year in advance to ensure I could use them! They book up quick so contact right away! Melissa made my hair and makeup flawless for my big day and I could t have asked for anyone better!

Words cannot describe how happy my bridal party and I were with Melissa and her team! Melissa did such a great job taking care of me and calming my nerves before the ceremony. My hair and makeup held up during the whole night even when I was a crying mess during the ceremony. I am so happy that I booked Melissa to do mine and my four bridesmaids hair and make up for my wedding day. She made me look and feel more beautiful than ever before!!! If I could give a million stars I would! My hair and makeup was absolutely perfect for my wedding, it came out even better than during our trial run and lasted all night long! All my bridesmaids hair was amazing as well! Couldn’t recommend Melissa (the owner) and her services more, she was so super accommodating and fun to be around! Everyone loved her! If your a bride with frizzy curly hair rest assured she can handle it! I understand the anxiety of trying to fine someone who can tame the frizz and give you the look you want, So believe me when I say Melissa can do it!
