ther double check they had the dress or change my appointment, and they never made me feel like I was a bother. Once at the store, I had more than just my initial consultant helping out to be sure I found the dress and got the correct size. She asked questions about what I liked and disliked about each dress and took my style into consideration and found a dress that I would have over looked otherwise! She was absolutely amazing! Sadie C came over at one point and introduced herself and made a point to make sure that me and my family were comfortable and having a good experience. Bonnie did a wonderful job of making me feel comfortable getting in and out of the dresses. She took wonderful pictures and was so kind. I recommend a small group for support! izes were super small. I was treated like I was difficult since the sales rep hit her head with her hand when she thought we weren’t looking, I tried on one dress. One. Nothing demanding, I wasn’t upset about the sizes but I’m very offended about being a burden. I hate a bought a dress there. And I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone that’s above average in size. Btw I wear a 10 in Jeans. Also, I’m getting married in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and the sales rep yells out “congratulations on your wedding in the woods”. Way to make it sound super classy. Just got the vibe my money wasn’t good enough.
