I highly recommend Jeeyun Lee from Blush Designs! She is talented, professional, resourceful, willing to listen to your concerns and offer good suggestions, and just a really good person. After reaching out to several florists (5+) and hearing their prices, we approached Jee and asked if she could work with our budget. She gave us honest opinions about where we could save and where we should want to spend based on our ceremony and our reception. She met with both me and my fiance/husband and took the time to walk both of us through her process. She provides you with options and gives you the time to pick and choose, after helpful discussion, where you want to spend your money. As another reviewer stated, flowers are one of the many wedding costs that are really surprising/shocking and I really came into the process not understanding why a flower arrangement for a round dinner table would be so expensive; however, as soon as I saw what Jee created for our reception and saw in person the quality of flowers she uses and her expertise in pairing certain flowers next to each other, I understood that we were investing in her talent. I happily recommend her and can't wait to see what else she creates in the future.

Jee was absolutely fabulous to work with! We were probably incredibly difficult clients to work with - mostly because we hadn't really thought much at all about what kinds of things we wanted! Jee did a fantastic job taking our vague ideas of "make it kind of cool, but not too over the top" and transforming it into a beautiful vision for our event. We couldn't have been happier. Jee was super easy to work with. She came up with a few initial proposals based on some rough ideas we sent her, and then worked with us to refine those. The final aesthetic for the wedding was very cool - and felt incredibly personal. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the decorations in our space. As an example, Jee suggested doing an arrangement for our escort card table. Originally, my wife and I were somewhat skeptical. But we decided to trust the professionals - and were so glad we did! Jee came up with this incredible arrangement of flowers and moss and lights that literally made our guests gasp in awe. It was incredibly memorable, and super original. Her centerpieces were so beautiful that multiple people asked me if they could take them home - and were genuinely disappointed when we had to say no (due to some of the elements included). Jee helped us pull off an amazing celebration - we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Hire Jee and Blush Designs for your floral needs - you won't be disappointed!

Jeeyun Lee of Blush Designs, was a pleasure to work with from our first meeting, when we walked through the flower market together, getting my reactions to various blooms, colors and vessels, to the “day of” when we saw our vision come alive with the her exquisite floral design, for both ceremony and reception, that captured exactly the feel and look that we had hoped for. When you look at her portfolio you see that she is versatile in her ability to create different styles, but what I appreciated was that she both wanted and was able to understand my daughter, the bride’s, particular aesthetic, even without meeting her in person. My daughter lived in another city throughout the planning and when dividing tasks and responsibilities, trusted me to work on the floral and overall design for her ceremony and reception, even as we continued to discuss her preferences and available choices. She had known of Jee’s reputation through trusted colleagues and so Blush Designs was one of the floral designers who I researched and reached out to. After meeting Jee in person and then getting initial design ideas and estimates, I felt she was going to be the right person for the job. I love looking at flowers and have strong preferences without knowing that much about the possibilities or practicalities of floral design. Jee welcomed my ideas and wanted to learn our likes and dislikes, but she also gave recommendations and opinions based on her expertise and understanding of our goals. She also worked as part of the overall design team, along with our planner, when we were pulling together linens, rentals and making final lighting decisions. All of this was in an effort to have a consistent “look” that my daughter would love as well as making decisions that fit within our budget. After working together in the planning stages and discussing ideas for blooms and colors to be incorporated, I knew that I could trust her to make the final decisions when choosing flowers and executing the various design elements. She was the expert who we had entrusted and we could not have been happier with the results! Jeeyun Lee is smart, talented and kind, a businesswoman who I am happy to heartily recommend!

Jee is fantastic. I was really, really late about getting a florist, but Jee was incredibly flexible, understanding, willing to work with my budget, and overall the best. The flowers turned out perfectly. Couldn't recommend her highly enough!

Jeeyun @ Blush Designs was incredible at guiding us through the process. She made smart, experienced, recommendations on the decor based on our initial thoughts and the end result was stunning - every guest at the wedding complimented us on the ambience she created. It was way more beautiful than we even initially imagined. She's calm, professional, organized, creative, and open-minded to the craziest of thoughts - a perfect collaborator (especially when you are so stressed out planning a wedding)!

I worked with Jee from Blush Designs while planning my wedding at the NY Botanical Gardens. I really have no complaints about any part of the process while working with Jee. She was amazing on every front. We had several design discussions ahead of the wedding where at first we emailed back and forth and then we met in person. She was very organized and responsive and even created an inspiration board for me that helped me visualize what my wedding would look like. She was very helpful and patient and answered all the questions my mother and I had. She was very accommodating and practical. She knew we were working within a budget and she really helped give us options about what we could change or do to get the same effect. I really loved the flowers from my wedding. I was completely enamored with them and I even took them home with me after the wedding so I could look at them in the apt. Jee created this gorgeous peony and hydrangea floral arch for our ceremony, and these adorable grass and flower cocktail arrangements that incorporated our pinwheel theme. I couldn't have asked for anything more. My mother originally wanted to do the flower arrangements herself. After I talked her off that ledge, she balked at the price quotes for wedding flowers. However, by the end of the process, she was so delighted with everything and had no regrets. Jee really listened to us and helped us figure out what the look and feel of our wedding would be. I would whole-heartedly recommend Jee to anyone. My one caveat is that hiring a florist for your wedding is not necessarily the economical route. The flowers did take a big chunk of our budget, but Jee did help us work through where to spend the money to get the most out of it. Ultimately, I feel it was all definitely worth it.

When we made our decision to go with Blush for our wedding flowers, we were extremely impressed by Jee’s creativity and attention to detail. Going in my fiancé and I had some idea of what we wanted for our wedding (colors / style / some flowers etc. after some research on Pinterest) and Jee was more than able to incorporate our ideas into her design; however, the end result was more than we could have ever imagined. Her ability to fill the space with a modern yet classic look truly added to the intimacy and beauty of the venue. With all the florists out there, Blush was a great choice and we would highly recommend them for any occasion!

We hired blush to do our personal flowers as well as decorating our ceremony room and centerpieces. We received mulitple compliments, they were truly gorgeous. They also set up candles in our ceremony space and created a beautiful atmosphere. They were lovely to work with and really kept the overall look simple (which we asked for).
