Blush Pink Weddings

ery hands on throughout the planning process and was SO happy to have all the planning handed off, especially by a team so thoughtful and professional. Jen was so great about creating and making recommendations to my timeline and details that would make sense logistically and meet our vision. We also loved that she set us up with Aisle Planner — it had every detail we would ever need to track, and she was great about making sure we stayed on track with details and deadlines in the tool! Jen and her team were all so attentive, responsive, professional, and kind. They brought my husband and I so much peace of mind, with nothing going awry on our big day, all thanks to their careful planning. She had all details planned to a tee which allowed us to really sit back and enjoy the day. She even bustled my dress so my girls could enjoy cocktail hour! We loved spending time with Jen and are so thankful for all they did for us. We couldn’t recommend Jen and Blush Pink Weddings enough!

exceeded all of them. She was very efficient and organized, keeping everything on track AND on time. She was also warm and welcoming to me, an officiant she had never met. The rehearsal was perfectly run and everyone left knowing exactly what was expected of the on the wedding day. I knew right away that the wedding day would be perfect as well...and I was right! I loved working with someone who is as organized and detail-oriented as I am, and whose style was a great match for mine. I can't wait to work with her again. I know any bride looking for an outstanding wedding planner will not be disappointed with Carissa!

ccessible, attentive to detail, caring for everyone involved, and making sure all of my dreams and plans were going to be executed perfectly. On the day of the wedding, she was on top of everything and made the whole day enjoyable. Simply her presence throughout the venue was assuring that every part of the wedding would run smoothly. I love her passion for organizing weddings and coordinating them with excellence and professionalism. From the moment I met her, I knew that I could fully trust her. Overall she is a kind, loving, and caring person to know; it was such a pleasure to get to know her for one of the most important events of our lives. My husband and I are extremely grateful to her and her expertise. So much so that I didn't think I’d be able to find words to describe how truly amazing she is! Also, she has an amazing team that works alongside her and I loved that she made all the vendors feel like they were part of the team as well. She has a gift of bringing groups together to accomplish a goal. Her assistant Madison was also such a delight to work with and I could feel her heart for serving as her kindness shined throughout the whole process from start to finish. Blush Pink Weddings will always have a place in our hearts and has contributed to our amazing wedding memories that will last a lifetime! I recommend Blush Pink Weddings (10/10!) to all brides!

alm after I discuss some of the concerns that I had with her. She was the best coordinator that I could have asked for. My husband really liked working with Carissa as well. Her assistant, Madison also did a great job of helping Carissa out throughout the night. What I truly appreciate about Carissa is her professionalism and communication. I appreciate her making it clear when she will be available to respond and letting me know her "office hours" from the beginning, which I found was not very common among the planners and coordinators. I also love how Carissa is aware of the current trends of wedding and some traditional elements. But I also love how she is not a very pushy person, but rather approaches it as a suggestion and would tell us the reasons why she thinks this way. Best coordinator I could have asked for! Thank you so much, Carissa! You are the best!

ough questions and pushed through the event while being friendly and loving. They stepped up to any challenge without flinching. Everyone I know complimented my wedding for being beautiful and fun. This company is run by BADASS women so go for it.

was doing. After we were first introduced, she laid out exactly what information she needed from us, and what she would be able to support from her end (basically everything). She made sure we covered every detail, and a month out took full responsibility for organization of our vendors. Prior to the wedding a full agenda breakdown of the day was provided to us, that explained in great detail who needed to be where, when. Her company Blush Pink Weddings also provides the ability to rent decor, which we were able to take advantage of. During the day itself, we didn’t have to worry about anything, as Carissa and her team coordinated the set up of the venue, vendor management, and breakdown. She really took care of everything, even ensuring that some of our guests would take home things left at the venue for us. We would strongly recommend Carissa for any event you may be planning!

sh! We couldn't have imagined a more beautiful day and we couldn't have had that without Blush Pink Weddings! We are unbelievable thankful to their team and all they did for us during this special time!

e not convinced I needed a planner, but after our experience with Jen they are convinced everyone needs one! She stuck to my timeline and helped me with my vendors. Her expertise made me think of things that I had never thought of when it came to our wedding. Now that my wedding is over, people have told me things they saw Jen do on my wedding day to make things perfect. The things I hear blow me away! So thankful for Jen and Carissa! Hire Blush Pink and you won't be dissapointed.

ink Weddings! She made our wedding absolutely perfect, and was so accommodating! We had a few hiccups with the venue and with family right before the wedding, but Jen was able to handle them all professionally and I didn't have to worry about anything. Without her, our wedding and rehearsal dinner would have fallen apart. So glad I went with Blush Pink Weddings!

s!

e capable of executing my wedding day in the way I imagined. During our first meeting, Lauren and Jen went over a lot of things! Even things I never even had thought about! They both knew what questions to ask, and if I did not know an answer for a question they were great at making suggestions. I honestly do not know how I could've planned my wedding without them both, especially during the outbreak of Covid! I appreciated all the follow-ups and the timeline they provided me with to stay on track. I also had forgotten my veil at my Airbnb and Jen was able to run back to look for it for me right before I walked down the aisle! Guys...when I tell you these ladies are highly DEDICATED. It is truly insane. Trust me; you will not be disappointed working with this lovely team of ladies. Thank you again, Jen and Lauren! We love you and so does my entire family! We hope for more blessings to you both and the business! You both are absolutely the BEST! <3

without her. You are crazy not to book them if you can! 1- Jen and her team are highly communicative from the moment you sign with BP, from the in-take meeting to the monthly check-ins. It was nice to have someone there to make sure I was on track, giving guidance, and support 2- She was dedicated. I was a 'corona-bride' and we had to deal with a lot of last minute changes and regulations with the venue. She was able to maneuver everything to make sure it was safe but absolutely still met my vision. It involved way more phone calls than she probably normally has to do, but we so appreciated her really being in our corner and fighting to make it the best possible outcome for us given the circumstances. 3- Maybe most importantly, Jen and her team ran our wedding SO timely. Everything stayed on schedule thanks to her. Never have had a wedding before, I now know how easy it is for things to run over but not ours. All I had to worry about was having the time of my life because Jen & team took care of everything and prompted each next step when it needed to happen. I really can't overemphasize how great that is. We trusted her and the result was we got to truly be in the moment of our special day and nothing was amiss. Overall, I would highly recommend Blush Pink to any of my friends and family. The icing on the cake? All this and they were also within my budget. Thank you for everything you did to make our special day what it was. It wouldn't have been the same without you! Unforgettable!

etail-oriented mind, she is exactly what you want and need on your big day. She knows all the right questions to ask to make sure you are covering everything. She totally meets you were you are at in the planning process which I loved. She fits around you and your process all the while gently keeping you on track. She instinctively knows when and how to offer help. Plus EVERY other vendor came up and complimented us her and her team. You know someone is good when their peers make it a point to tell us how much they enjoyed working with her. Just to drive the point home a little more.....my now-husband was a little unsure of the "need" of a planner but went along with it because I was so for it. Cue the wedding day and we are right about to walk into the reception and be introduced as Mr. & Mrs. for the first time and he leans over to me and says, "I'm so glad we got Jen. She has made this day completely stress-free and I can't imagine what it would be like without her". I highly recommend reaching out to her and having a chat. You will fall in love with her and her team like we did.

ial phone call I figured out how little I actually knew and how knowledgeable Jen is. There was so much to think about for the planning process, but having Jen on my side made it a breeze for us. She handled so much with our vendors for us and honestly helped me feel calm the entire time, which says a lot during a global pandemic!!! I highly recommend her and her team!

ehand to have a conversation. After we met and I learned about Jens background, I knew her and her team were the perfect fit for us. We hired her in about Aug ‘19 and our original wedding date was 5.30.2020. The pandemic hit and in April ‘20 we made the decision to postpone our date. Even though this was before Jen’s ‘contracted time’ she helped us SO much and was with us every step of the way, supporting us and encouraging us during the pandemic. Our new (and final) date was 9.4.20 which was a few months away and we needed Jen to step-in a few times as there were some discrepancies with vendors and getting new contracts signed. She stepped-in and got it done and it was such a relief! When the month of our wedding finally came, Jen and team were on top of it - down to payments getting made, asking questions that I didn’t even think of and more! I can definitively say my wedding day was flawless. I’m very type A and I didn’t have to stress about ONE thing! When I tell you Jen and Lauren went above and beyond, words don’t do it justice. It was almost 90 degrees on our wedding day and Lauren stood there and fanned me and helped me fix my makeup in-between all my photos. They bustled my dress (when know one else knew how), and made sure everything was running smoothly and beyond. It was honestly picture perfect. After the wedding I actually got sad (and still am) that I wouldn’t be working with Jen and Lauren anymore as it was well over a year working together, as they are two outstanding people! I would recommend Jen and her team to the moon and back!

my vendors. I was able to hand Blush Pink all of my contracts and they helped me fine tune my vision and pull off a flawless rehearsal and wedding day from beginning to end. Katie and Jen were my dream team, but I’m confident that every member of the Blush Pink team handles their events with the same level of care and expertise that they did. Thinking back on my wedding day, I couldn’t have done it at all without Blush Pink.

, responsive and accommodating! She anticipates needs and keeps everything running smoothly with a smile. I would highly recommend her to engaged couples seeking planning and coordination services and other wedding vendors seeking to partner with an event management company.

ne! Highly recommend Blush Pink!

rganized person and tend to follow daily to-do lists and task management well, however planning a wedding nearly destroyed me. It's just a different type of stress than most of us are familiar with and in retrospect I feel that because my heart was so close to the event, having someone else handle the madness might have been nice. Working with Jen was fantastic! She is thoughtful, informative and maintains her calm even when the weather and timeline are not cooperating. Unfortunately, it rained on our October wedding day (though our photos turned our amazing). Jen knew how much it meant to us that our wedding remain outdoors and her team delivered. Blush Pink aside our venue coordinators and catering team orchestrated the most beautiful tent wedding in the garden. I couldn't imagined a more intimate or magical way to spend our wedding afternoon. I wish the best for Jen and her team at Blush Pink Bridal!!

d, and we knew she was the best wedding planner for the wedding day. It was such a relief to have Jen coordinate all the vendor contracts in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Jen’s wedding day timeline was amazing mapping out every detail of the day. It was so nice to have Jen present and help lead the rehearsal ironing out all the ceremony details. The day of the wedding, Jen and her team were there to make sure the day was smooth and worry free. We cannot thank Blush Pink Weddings enough for all you did to make Katie & Casey’s wedding day so special. Blush Pink Weddings is simply the best! Thank you!

cate with all of our vendors. She was very easy to work with, very organized, and helped ensure that our wedding day was executed with precision. We truly had nothing to worry about that day. Jen made sure all of our vendors were on time and had everything the needed, she helped flip the room after the ceremony, she ushered our guests from the ceremony space to the cocktail hour space and back in again, and helped ensure we had a very great day and smooth get away! Without Jen, I think we would have had to rely on a lot of family/friends for all of this, and don't think it would have been nearly as enjoyable of a day.

the wedding!

planning process. She sent us monthly e-mails to let us know what tasks we needed to complete in our wedding planning. She was also available to meet in person and talk on the phone to answer all of our questions. On our wedding day, Jen and her team were available and helpful not just for us, but also our wedding guests. We are so glad Jen was a part of our wedding day!

ing, I was not worried about a single thing. The weather forecast predicted storms, rain, even hail, and our venue was all outdoors. I had countless people tell me after the wedding how Jen worked and problem solved throughout the whole day--rearranging things both for better flow and better looks. I did not think we would be able to have our wedding ceremony outside under a tree on the venue propterty because it had been storming all day, but when I arrived for our ceremony, ALL 220 chairs had been moved to the ceremony site outside of the tent and under the tree! Friends and family told me that Jen and her team had done that move right before the ceremony-it was so thoughtful, special, and above and beyond! Jen and her team not only put me at ease the months leading up to our wedding, but also my mom--which brides, you will understand, that is just as important, if not more important! (and such a gift!) Thank you Blush Pink for just creating a peaceful and relaxing environment, which attention to detail that tied everything into a bow! I will be forever grateful!!!

the year leading up to the wedding to ensure we were on track with our planning and to remind us of certain tasks that needed to be completed. Jen and her team are very professional, friendly and easy to work with. They ensured that the entire day ran smoothly and that we adhered to the timeline. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!

ing planners, and I can tell you that Blush Pink Weddings are very professional, friendly, and detail oriented. They coordinate well with other vendors and makes sure their clients are always worry free!

tep of the way for the last month before our wedding. My only regret is not hiring Jen earlier. She eased so many of my nerves and was extremely helpful and creative. I could've saved a lot of agony by hiring her the day after I was engaged. Jen is is extremely organized, creative, resourceful, responsive and she has excellent taste. She also wasn't afraid to tell me when I had a BAD idea, which is such a rare and valuable quality in someone who is working together with you to help create your most perfect day. Jen is well poised and presents herself and her team with a strong sense of confidence and capableness. She never lost her cool and managed all the vendors (and we had A LOT of vendors) with greatskill ans class. Even when one of the vendors was not performing up to expectations, she handled the situation quickly and effectively. I highly recommend Jen and her team to every bride and groom. I recommend you enlist her services early in your engagement. She will facilitate the entire process seamlessly. Thus enabling the bride to enjoy the actual planning and her special day even more!

day! I highly recommend her!

knew I could trust her to execute everything the way I wanted. She was professional the whole way and had amazing vendor recommendations. I know my wedding wouldn't have gone nearly as smooth without Jen's help. Thanks!

I wanted, and when our wedding day came - I just don't know what I would have done without her! Not one detail went over looked. Her and her team executed everything PERFECTLY. All my requests and last minute changes were met, flawlessly. I was able to fully enjoy my wedding day without a worry in the world! Thank you a million times over, Jen!

look, but I had her just take it over...and let me tell you, Pinterest Wedding! I loved the way she set everything up, I honestly couldn’t believe that was my wedding :) such a great job and she was very easy to talk to and quick to get things done. Thanks again, Jen!

he wedding day, I always felt comfortable to reach out to her with any questions. It unexpectedly rained on our wedding day and Jen was awesome during the turn of events. She made my wedding day so smooth and stress free. I could not have gotten through the day without Jen. Thank you for all that you did and it was so great to work with you. I would highly recommend Jen!

and was always just a quick email/phone call away. My wedding day was stress-free and timely. Jen made sure there was no confusion on the day of between vendors/venue and stayed on top of even the smallest details. I also appreciated that Blush Pink Weddings provided great referrals for other vendors from cakes to DJs, showing their experience with good clientele in this business. Thanks again for everything, Jen!

s. The *day* after placing a deposit on a venue, I (the bride), received deployment orders with a 2-week "show" date. Needless to say, I was not happy. Jen from Blush Pink Weddings not only helped us with changing the date without a loss on the deposit, she orchestrated a whirl-wind interview weekend for us before I left; leaving only a few of the "big" decisions to be completed while I was absent. She also had the resources to provide a "back up" minister after ours cancelled with only two weeks of notice. The methodical approach, appreciation for what details were important to us, and assistance in focusing our budget on these details and not making everything perfect helped save our sanity, our budget, and still delivered a great day. The process and proactive reminders of milestones for planning were useful and did not overwhelm our already busy two-job household.

it was all because of her work on my wedding! Not only was she professional and timely, but really put me at ease and was extremely reliable. I highly recommend Jen and Blush Pink Weddings!!

e as buttoned-up and helpful as I needed her to be during the homestretch before our wedding. We hired her for the "Month Of Plus" package which allowed for us to transfer over all the insanity of wedding planning to her plate at an ideal time. She took on the timelines, vendor coordination, helped get me in touch with last minute vendors that I still needed and dealt with almost all of my venue communication. One of the things I loved most about having Jen as my coordinator was her responsiveness. She was quick to respond to emails, texts, calls, etc from me, my fiance and my vendors. Jen is well-read and experienced in the wedding industry and her attention to detail helped make my wedding day (and the weeks leading up) run very smoothly. Speaking of the wedding day, Jen and her team set up all of our favors, place cards, and other decor that we brought and made sure it all made it home okay. Additionally, I discovered that part of my dress was loose and not included in my bustle, so I asked Jen to cut off the part of the dress that was getting stepped on and tripping people during my cocktail hour (don't worry the hem of my dress was just a lot of tulle). Jen was hesitant but found a pair of scissors and kindly helped me out even though she was a bit nervous :) The best kind of coordinator is the who will go above and beyond to help the bride feel happy and comfortable through all the ins and outs of her wedding day. Jen definitely deserves major kudos for doing just that on mine. We truly appreciated her professionalism, poise, helpfulness and ability to stay on schedule which helped us to have an amazing day. Thank you Jen!

made the last month of the wedding go so smoothly! Jen and Pam did a wonderful job and I couldn't recommend them more. If you are on the fence about a coordinator, don't be and hire Blush Pink!
