I booked with Kyndal for hair and makeup for my wedding. Kyndal originally told me, via text, that she would come to my venue the morning of my wedding to do my hair and makeup. However, 2 months before my wedding and the week of my bridal portrait appointment, Kyndal informed me that she would not be able to arrive until mid afternoon on the day of my wedding because she had already booked another wedding that SAME morning - even after we had discussed scheduling my appointment in the AM and she said she was “adding it to her calendar.” Although Kyndal explained that she had “booked the other wedding before mine but thought it would be fine since I had a night wedding,” I realized that this was a lie because Kyndal and I did not discuss the time of my ceremony until weeks after I booked her (because I had not settled on a time myself at that point). When I told her that there was no way that I would have time to take all of my photos before my ceremony with her late arrival time, Kyndal was completely unsympathetic and told me that it “wouldn’t hurt her feelings” if I found someone else. No apology. No help finding another stylist. It is my belief that Kyndal chose to book another wedding on my big day for money reasons- because she was only booked for my bridal hair/makeup at my wedding but planned to do several bridesmaids at the other wedding. At this point, it seems like every good artist in the area is booked. I had to reschedule my bridal portraits with my photographer and LOST THE VENUE for those portraits because it was not available on my new date. This entire experience was so incredibly stressful and upsetting. I don’t think that I’ve ever written a long review like this but I would not want any other bride to go through what I went through. While I know that Blush has some good stylists whom I have gone to in the past, I would not recommend this one to anyone.
