First off the room looked amazing, but that is the first and last nice thing i can say about this vendor. After telling them that our hall wouldn't be setting up until 3pm the day of the wedding, they decided to go in early to set up against our wishes and against what time they originally told us they would set up. I paid for 166 chair covers and they only put on 135 chair covers because that was all of the chairs that were in the hall at that time (because again they weren't fully set up like they were told) I sent this vendor my seating chart and told her that some tables had a mixture of numbers (8,9 and 10 people). She instead only dropped off 135 chair covers and left with my other 31 covers that i paid for. When the hall and my mother called her to ask her about it, she said that it was an inconvenience to drop it off and it was the halls fault. NO i paid for 166 chair covers not 135. Rather than emailing me to apologize after the wedding the owner blamed everyone else. After looking back at some photos from my photographer of the hall i noticed that some side tables i paid for with this vendor to have silver table linens. According to all of my pictures these tables were clearly white as white can be. I sent them to the owner for a refund because on my invoice it clearly said 4 silver table linens. The owner said it looked clearly white in the photo but its not white its silver. She wouldn't admit any of her mistakes and instead blamed me and my mother for misunderstanding everything. She is rude beyond rude! One of my friends used her for their wedding right after mine and had nothing but issues to! She even insulted my halls lower quality for being the reason that there was missing chair covers (again to blame anyone but herself) Please please do not use this company, the minute the bill comes in the mail they switch everything they said. My friend was told they had a certain color napkin and the minute they got the bill the owner said that it would be an upcharge for that certain color of napkin. They are sneaky and will fight you for $25 discount fees when you spent $2000 with their company! DO NOT USE!!!!!

I got my chair covers and runners through them and it was absolutely beautiful. You don't realize what a difference having chair covers and runners makes. My husband said that and he was very happy with how it looked!!

We were able to go in 2 weeks before since we were out of town and order our Navy Blue table runners and napkins and chair sash. They went in and set up tables at our reception venue and it made the room look spectacular. I highly recommend them!
