We wanted some extra hands on deck, assistance with pre-planning, and someone to help coordinate logistics from our “getting ready space” to the church then to the reception space. Brittany worked well with them to collaborate to provide a magical wedding experience. The two connected ahead of time and Brittany made sure that everything was in line to have the day go off without a hitch. We had a meeting about a week ahead of the wedding to make sure everything was in order. Then, Brittany literally came and picked up boxes of our decorations days ahead of time and drove them out of state to our wedding venue so that we would not have to do it and could have the space in our car for our supplies. She coordinated with our venue and made sure the decorations were delivered to the right location. Her mom flew from New England to Maryland for our wedding to help her/us with wedding set up. They were both present at the Rehearsal Dinner, and they even set up all our decorations there ahead of time (her mom set up while we were at the rehearsal so that when we arrived everything was ready to go, and Brittany was active taking notes and present at the rehearsal so she could help assure everything ran smoothly). The day of, she was a lifesaver. She made sure the church was decorated and our supplies (programs, tissues, etc) were delivered there ahead of time. She coordinated with the priests and the shuttle to make sure everything was there and ready. Not to mention, she started the day by picking up our Dunkin’ order and delivering to both girls and boys and making sure both rooms were getting ready smoothly. After the mass, she even delivered our newly signed marriage license to the local courthouse so that we wouldn’t have to make a separate trip to do it later in the month. Both Brittany and her mom were both professional and poised the entire weekend – to the point that even months later our guests still talk about how impressed they were with them and thought that they were employed by the venue. She made the whole weekend even more special and without her help, many of the little details we had wanted would have not been possible.
