We booked a shuttle through BNG for our October 2025 wedding in downtown San Jose, and they did a fantastic job! We worked with Youssef to plan the shuttle route, and he was very responsive and organized. We were a little worried about transportation that weekend because of some street closures around our venues for public events, but Youssef was on top of it and put all of the info we sent him into the notes for the driver to make sure he knew which streets to avoid (which helped us be less stressed the day of). BNG's prices were also very reasonable. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for wedding transportation!
My guests arrived ahead of schedule, and I was relieved to see that BNG was already there waiting. The chauffeur was incredibly professional and courteous, support was really helpful and actually cares about details— truly outstanding service. I highly recommend them; everything was simply impeccable.
