Tim and Anthony were fantastic to work with for our wedding. They came highly recommended by our wedding venue and we quickly realized why. It was clear from our initial outreach they were responsive and professional. We loved the fact that we were able to customize our song choices for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception but at the same time they provided great recommendations and their website supplied a collection of many sample songs. They accommodated our preferences seamlessly at every part of the day. Tim and Anthony are so talented - we were very happy to find one vendor that could both provide live acoustic music and create a great energy as DJs during the reception. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Tim was great to work with! Super responsive when I had questions. The acoustic guitar performance was perfect for cocktail hour and no one could leave the dance floor while they DJed.

These guys kept the dance floor packed during the reception (with little direction from us - they know what they’re doing) and kept a great classy atmosphere during the ceremony and reception. Very talented and pleasant to work with

These guys are amazing. They were so easy to work with and have an excellent selection of music to listen to. They were professional and self sufficient, all we had to do was tell them where to be. We had them in for the ceremony and cocktail hour which was so perfect. Easy listening to set any mood. Most highly recommended!

I cant begin to estimate the number of times people asked me before the wedding if I was stressed at all. I feel like it was at least 100 because no one believed me when I said I wasn't stressed. I hired the absolute dream team of vendors and I knew were were in good hands. I booked Tim and Anthony over a year and a half before our wedding and even though there were long periods of time between our correspondence I never felt like I was lost in the shuffle or just another wedding. When the day finally came everything turned out perfect. We got married in late October at Gramercy mansion. Between the gorgeous venue, perfect weather, and the rustle of the leaves in the wind Tim and Anthony and their guitars were truly the icing on the cake. Several of my guests described our ceremony as "fairytail perfect" between watching the leaves fall and listening to the beautiful melodies as me and my bridal party walked down the aisle. Part of me is a little jealous for not being in my guests' shoes and watching from their perspective. I will never forget the moment Tim and Anthony got just a few notes into the bridal processional and my Dad turned to me, trying not to cry, and said "Oh! I really like this song" right before we stared walking. I will cherish that moment forever. Thank you both for making my day so perfect.

When I saw Tim and Anthony's acoustic version of "In My Life" by the Beatles, I knew that's what I wanted to walk down the aisle to. These guys were great with letting us postpone a year and then checking in as we got closer to the wedding to help us with our song choices. Our guests loved the live music component for the ceremony and cocktail hour - and then they switch the DJing which was perfect for dancing! These guys do it all. They'll also provide mics for the ceremony and speeches. You won't regret booking these guys, five stars!

Tim and Anthony were great! I am so pleased we hired them to play acoustic guitar for the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour, and then they were able to DJ the reception. For the reception, I got to make all the playlists and I loved it! I have two music degrees and work as a performer myself, and really enjoyed having Tim and Anthony’s play for my wedding. I would highly recommend hiring them for your wedding or event! They were flexible, reasonably priced, responsive to emails (which was so important during the pandemic), and do a wonderful job the day of. I got so many compliments on them from wedding guests! They were amazing, so cool to find a duo that not only can play accoustic, but also DJ your event. It was the perfect mix! Anthony and Tim arrived early, helped get things set in our multiple ceremony/reception locations - they were so kind and professional. They played accoustic guitar for our reception and cocktail hour, then flipped to dj our reception. Our guests LOVED the accousting cocktail hour and having them play when I walked down the aisle was so special. Would 10000X recommend for any event or wedding!

Boate & Aljuni Duo are THE BEST. They placed for around an hour--before and during our ceremony. They sounded great and made our ceremony even more memorable. They have a great selection of songs to choose from and they learned a couple of songs that we requested. Additionally, they're super responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved working with them and would highly recommend them.

Tim and Anthony were great!! They provided live music for our ceremony and cocktail hour and DJ services for our dinner/reception at the Peabody Library in Baltimore. We received SO many compliments from our guests about the live music! They flawlessly performed requested songs for our ceremony, and it was DREAMY. Tim and Anthony were extremely professional, easygoing, and easy to work with. Peabody has a good number of restrictions for vendors, and they adapted easily! Absolutely no complaints. Hire them and you won't be disappointed!!

Boaté & Ajluni Duo were incredible to work with on our wedding day. They are both so incredibly professional, accommodating and extremely talented. The music I wanted for our ceremony was traditional with a little bit of a flare and their traditional ceremony music is just what I was looking for. I gave them free rein on the music for our cocktail hour, and they nailed it. Tim and Anthony performed for our cocktail hour at the Howard County Conservancy, and my husband and I were so happy with their work! They were great to work with ahead of time, and the music was phenomenal. I got many compliments from guests about how unique and beautiful their playing was. Definitely recommend!

Tim was very professional and responsive. He and Anthony had no problem learning the songs we had requested for the ceremony. It was also very helpful that they took care of mics and the PA system for the ceremony. Having the live music added a special element to our cocktail hour and helped us create the magical scene we had envisioned.

Tim and Anthony did an amazing job providing the music for our ceremony and cocktail hour at The Winslow. Their communication was great from the start and they were willing to learn a few songs that we wanted to hear. Except for the few songs we chose, I left it up to them to play whatever they wanted and they nailed it! Boaté & Ajluni Duo played for our waterfront ceremony and cocktail hour - it was an absolutely magical combination - matching their beautiful acoustics with the waterfront setting! Their music filled the hearts of our family & friends - it was absolutely perfect - EVERYONE truly enjoyed their music and how it filled the air! B&A were a joy to work with - always responsive and accommodating. They learned Blue Moon (which was the song my parents had at their wedding) and it filled my heart! We can't thank them enough for adding their magic to our day!

Tim and Anthony did a fantastic job with our ceremony and cocktail hour/dinner music. They were very responsive, punctual and needed very little direction. They are very talented musicians and created a very laid back, intimate atmosphere which was exactly what we were going for. We planned our wedding in a very short period of time and looked to them to select the songs we'd have for big moments like walking down the aisle, family processing, etc. and they were all perfect. Tim and Anthony went above and beyond to make our wedding day complete with a beautiful acoustic set for our ceremony and great playlists for dinner and dancing. These guys were absolutely amazing and we were so happy to have gone with their music services. Tim and Anthony were wonderful! In addition to playing our ceremony music, they also set up the sound system for our minister at our outdoor wedding. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. Multiple guests told me how much they loved the contemporary songs they played (This Must Be The Place, At Last, I Feel Good...). They also did a great job of timing the processional and recessional based on everyone walking down the aisle. Great experience!
