We had our wedding reception at the Finish Line Tower last night. It's the perfect size for a small gathering of 50 or less guests. The floor to ceiling windows provided a perfect backdrop of the city we grew up in and chose to make our forever home. I made the centerpieces and an 18-foot garland to drape on the bar. A few friends and I set the room up in under 90 minutes and it looked just like I had envisioned. We rented a 360 Photo Booth and used Kamp's for our catering. We wanted our friends and family to have a great time, and it was an amazing night! I'm not sure why the drafty, dusty barn weddings with gravel parking lots are so popular when you can choose a venue that's comfortable for both you and your guests. There was plenty of parking, even with all venues at the location hosting events, and the walkway was easy for our guests with ambulatory issues to navigate. Nikki was new in her role but provided excellent customer service! Her kindness and professionalism made our decision to host our event at the Finish Line Tower very easy. The bar service was excellent, and we were paired with an awesome bartender who was super-efficient, cool, and very helpful. Carmela was present for our event, and even though she was juggling a few events last night, she was available, extremely helpful, and just all around delightful. We would 10/10 rent this venue again and there is not a single thing I would change! Thank you, Nikki, Lanae, and Carmela, for helping us celebrate our marriage!

I had my eye on the Boathouse since before we were even engaged. In Oklahoma it’s hard to find venues that don’t have a “barn” or “Country” feel to them. We wanted something sleek and classic. The Boathouse was this AND reasonably priced. We only toured this venue and chose it because it fit our vision. The coordinator of the venue, Kimberly, was prompt in her responses and very informative. She was extremely helpful throughout the months leading up to the wedding. I emailed her many times asking questions and she always responded and provided suggestions. We were able to take a tour the day before the wedding, finalizing where we wanted things. The day of our wedding was magical. We chose the Devon Boathouse and held our ceremony upstairs, dinner downstairs, and reception back upstairs. We loved the dance floor upstairs and had an amazing dance party for our reception upstairs. We loved this venue and highly recommend it to anyone in Oklahoma wanting a sleek/classic looking venue!

Whether you're hosting an event for 50 or 300, the venue is happy to accommodate you. When celebrating at Boathouse Vows, couples and their guests can celebrate in a number of event spaces. The CHK|Central Boathouse can comfortably accommodate up to 100 guests for ceremonies and seated receptions. Complete with floor-to-ceiling windows and dynamic interior design choices, the event space offers a captivating setting for milestone moments. Another event space option is the Devon Boathouse. Consisting of two floors, the second can fit up to 150 guests for ceremonies, and the first can fit 180 for receptions. For those planning micro weddings, showers, or rehearsal dinners, the Finish Line Tower is available. The event space can comfortably accommodate up to 50 loved ones, offering an intimate atmosphere for special moments. Boathouse Vows delights in sharing its striking event spaces with those celebrating momentous occasions. For wedding experiences that are as seamless as possible, the venue is happy to offer a number of services and amenities. Each event space can be customized to fit a couple's unique vision and can be set up with tables and chairs. Basic audiovisual equipment will be provided so that heartfelt slideshows and dynamic dance floor moments can take place during the reception. Those celebrating here will have access to their chosen event space until midnight, allowing ample time for dining and dancing.

ts stayed out in the hallway for a cocktail hour I would suggest if you do that to keep your guest list to 75-80 people or pay the extra to have drinks outside during that time as it got tight quickly. The main room is ABSOLUETLY GORGEOUS. The area around the venue turned out some stunning photos. I also have to rave about Kimberly, we opted to have her be our day of coordinator, but she overdelivers! She took over vendor communication the week before the day and helped create the most perfect timeline for us. She was so fun during our rehearsal but also got the job done like a pro with all our rowdy bridal party. Our wedding day went seamlessly, I mean I did not hear of a single thing that went wrong, she took care of EVERYTHING! My family and I were so grateful for her.

. Our family and friends were all over the country, which additionally complicated our planning. Kimberly was amazing to work with throughout the entire process and was thoughtful, detailed, and helpful at every step of the way. I would highly recommend use of her services as the day-of-coordinator, which we also used. She and Claire enabled us to enjoy our day after many postponements and make our day incredibly special. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this amazing venue to anyone. The size, location, and proximity to the hotels in downtown OKC made it easy for our out of town guests. The sleek lines and beauty of the Devon Boathouse did not disappoint and photographed beautifully for our wedding as well as very comfortably gave our guests space. For those wanting a modern and clean back-drop for their wedding, you cannot go wrong with either boathouse.

and guidance we received from Kimberly was top notch. She helped us find a florist, got us in touch with someone to paint an acrylic program, last minute found us amazing options for limos and a getaway car. During the rehearsal I had a sassy family member, Kimberly helped me adjust seating to alleviate any problems. She was so kind and helped me feel comfortable knowing my big day would go without a hitch. Sure enough my wedding was as close to perfect as a person could ask for. Staff ensured that no one saw me before the event, and my girls and I got to relax in the bridal suite next door before heading to the reception. When the groomsmen and our dad got into the beer (we have rowdy men) the staff ensured everything was clean and still fully stocked before the wedding. Husband and I constantly were given food to keep us from being hungry (something I was very very clear I wanted haha). Kimberly kept us on time, made sure we were happy, and we heard no complaints from any guest at all. She saw our vision and made it happen. Truly think we found a friend in our coordinator. I would highly recommend any couple looking for a venue to go with Boathouse and definitely hire Kimberly to be your day of coordinator.

I would also recommend Bethany as your florist, Shawn Proffitt and Laura as you music, Mood Party Rental, Fancy Cakes, and Big Truck Tacos as your vendors, because wow, they nailed it!

We had an amazing experience holding our wedding at the CHK Boathouse! We worked with Kimberly from day one. She answered all our questions and gave us great advice and suggestions...
. She was very encouraging and flexible. The booking prices were also incredibly affordable. The CHK Boathouse is so gorgeous, it needs little adornment. We were able to keep our decorations minimal and still got so many compliments! There was a great kitchen space for food prep and storage, as well as a convenient green room for the behind-the-scenes aspects of the wedding. Our wedding went so smoothly; we couldn't have done it without Kimberly and her staff. This beautiful venue is well worth it!

going with a place that was all-inclusive. Kimberly has been wonderful to work with and has been incredibly accommodating and kind throughout the whole process. From the start, she gave me a tour of the Devon Boathouse through Whatsapp and was always quick to respond to questions no matter how small. Without actually stepping foot in the venue, I was confident that it was the place for us. On the day of the wedding, Kimberly and the rest of the staff remained amazing, going above-and-beyond. Tables and chairs were set up exactly as discussed and Kimberly was even sweeping up poinsettia leaves from our ceremony aisle. Furthermore, when I finally got her digital photos to display on the tvs in the venue(like the day before the wedding, my fault!) she worked hard to get them working on their screens and remained flexible and kind. Kimberly and her staff helped make our day what it was. Despite the venue being beautiful on its own merit, the team is what should drive you to consider making the Boathouse District your wedding location. Thank you to everyone at the Devon Boathouse for making our wedding day unforgettable.

r & was a great location for all our out of town guests. Everyone was great to work with! The biggest thing we ran into is we worked with/communicated with the Boathouse Foundation leading up to the big day, but each boathouse also has their own staff. So there were some things we had received approval from the Boathouse Foundation that the CHK staff was not aware of, but our day-of coordinator was able to get all the right parties on the phone and we were able to proceed with everything as planned. Just ask and they will help you!

e river were stunning and we had perfectly timed our ceremony to the sunset; afterwards, the bright blue outdoor lights add a fun modern vibe that our guests loved! (seriously, there are so many candid photos and selfies of people posing in them) The venue allowed real candles and tables & chairs are included (they’ll also put the tables and chairs in place for you!) If you’re looking for a venue for a large wedding, the price is extremely reasonable (especially if you do an off-night) and you can arrange security for events with alcohol through them. The only caveat: you are NOT guaranteed a rehearsal the day before and there is not a bridal or grooms suite to get ready in. If you can, work with your DJ before hand because the acoustics can be a little-echoey.

ll of my searching for venues in the area, this was surprisingly one of the cheapest options! They do have a catering vendor list you have to choose from (or pay a fee) BUT they let your bring your own alcohol. They also have an industrial kitchen, two multi-stall bathrooms, a bride room, and a stage in the main room. All of my guests commented on how beautiful my wedding was. This place needs little decoration. I would highly recommend it!
