My daughter received this summer a $30 gift card from a friend from the Harvard Bob Slate store. We went to redeem it in September and they told us that the system was not working...
and to come back. We came back today (after 2 months) and the owner told us that it is still not possible to redeem the gift card because they haven’t resolved the issue yet. At this point I wonder whether they are scamming people. Not to mention that he was extremely rude and confrontational.

Carolyn and Bill supported us from the very first day we walked into the store all the way through when the invitations arrived (and likely after, as we consider begin to design menu cards and thank you notes). We incorporated handmade artwork into our wedding invitations while maintaining a classic and traditional feel, thanks to their expertise. They served as a seamless go-between between us and the printing company. Carolyn and Bill spent countless hours working with us to design and develop exactly what we were looking for. Among the most enjoyable parts of planning the wedding has been the people we have met, and this experience only furthered that notion. We couldn't recommend it highly enough.
Bob Slate Stationary was a terrific store and the manager in charge of the store was wonderful to work with. He was a tremendous help in figuring out invitations, fonts and styles...
