Bob the DJ

Bob is simply the best. He DJ’d a wedding we had attended a few years ago and we loved his energy so much that we decided to work with him for our wedding years ahead of time. Bob was more organized than most wedding vendors, which was apparent every time we spoke with our wedding planner and she was amazed by how much information he had requested from us and how detailed the notes and lists he had sent over were. Bob actually accomplished some of the work our day-of coordinator would normally do well before she got to it. We had a meeting with Bob a few months prior to go over everything, from songs to the bridal party (and name pronunciations!) to special moments and their timing. He was truly a Master of Ceremonies and not just a DJ. He wanted to understand not just the music but the reception in its entirety to ensure he was ready to handle any issue and help out in any way. His wife attended as well and assisted him, accomplishing tasks that Bob couldn’t do from behind the DJ booth and acting as a coordinator of sorts as well. She worked just as hard as he did that day to make sure he could do his job effectively. Bob was on top of every task, including ones that I wouldn’t say are the responsibility of a DJ, and worked alongside our day-of coordinator to ensure that everything ran smoothly. He was an excellent MC and we will absolutely recommend him to everyone we know looking for a DJ or Host for an event. Thank you, Bob!

What about Bob ??? Everything ! You guys were the hit of the party! Everyone raved about how outstanding, friendly, professional both you & wife were. I really truly appreciate taking my minimal direction & turning the evening into a great night that many are not soon to forget! We hired Bob to dj our reception in the Lake Barrington area & he was just outstanding. Cannot say enough nice things about him. I would not want anyone to miss the opportunity to have their special event serviced by "Bob the DJ" Thanks Bob !

Bob was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to meet with us prior to our wedding to get to know us and our likes and dislikes. He listened to our preferences and had great suggestions to incorporated music all of our guests would love. Bob worked with us to create a timeline and make sure we had music for all of the events. I can't say enough good things about Bob! good things
