She’s also very knowledgeable and creative and up to date in regards new styles and products. I highly recommend her if you want to slay.

Hands down the best I’ve ever looked & felt ! Valerie was so friendly, professional and beyond talented ! I was unsure how I wanted to wear my hair and makeup and she guided me into being the me ever ! My girls and I still talk about how much we loved her and loved how beautiful we looked and felt. I had a very bohemian wedding and she killed it with all the braids. Talented is an understatement. After a HORRIFIC experience with entrusting a family friend, Val stepped up to the plate and completely hit a grand slam! It was literally like talking to my sister throughout the whole process. Val was always available and open to my new ideas every time I changed my mind. She saw my vision as to how I wanted to look, and made my dreams a reality!

Val has been my go-to hair & makeup artist for events I had to attend for years, so when it was time for my big day there was absolutely NO CONTEST. From my trial, to the big day it felt like she was one of my best friends throughout the entire process, and I never had to stress about how I looked. The way she can match your hair and makeup to your personality is really a skill set I have yet to see with any other stylists. She made me feel beautiful inside out on my most important day.

Can't express the amazingess that is Valerie Harrison I have never felt more beautiful that when I have gotten out of vals chair. She has cut my hair, colored it, done my make up for photo shoot, and so much more. If your looking for someone who will truly go above and beyond for you then she is the right person to go to. I've never left her chair feeling anything less than utterly speechless. Boston lost an amazing stylist and LA gained one of the best!

Val was absolutely amazing with my hair and make up for my wedding. She was professional, personable and a pleasure to have with me while getting ready for my wedding. When I look back at my pictures and wedding video I am so thankful that I found someone to really make my hair and make up vision come true! I don't wear make up often so I was worried that I wouldn't look like myself but Val made sure during my trial that I was comfortable with what she was using for make up and loved how I looked. I would recommend Val for any hair and make up needs but especially for a wedding. She honestly made my day so special and was a joy to have with me during my wedding prep! Val is THE BEST!

Valerie is truly a master of her craft! I was a bridesmaid in a wedding for a friend of mine and didn't get the chance to book with the hair/ makeup artist the rest of the women booked. Valerie was more than accommodating when I reached out! Valerie arrived early to show me the concepts she came up with from my idea and she exceeded my expectations from concept to execution! She is also one of the friendliest people to be around, such great energy! Five stars for Val, would recommend to anyone.

I don't even know where to begin when it comes to the talent Valerie has. She is by far amazing and I don't think my wedding day would have been complete without her doing my hair and makeup. The makeup she did was a natural look with an extra glow. Then my hair oh my God I was in love, a side swooped braid that came into this elegant low bun. When I say this I mean it, I never felt so beautiful in my life. I have also recommended her to friends and she has dobe their weddings as well and they all still thank til this day. I swear by Valerie when it comes to hair and makeup and when I need anything done she is always willing to pull through for me!

There really are no words to express how amazing Val is but I'll certainly try! I was lucky enough to book Val for my August 20th wedding to do my hair and make-up, and the make up for my bridesmaids, my mom and my MIL. On our first trial, Val absolutely nailed the make up, it couldn't have been more perfect! I'm one of those picky people who never wears makeup so I takes a lot for me to feel comfortable with a full face on but Val truly made that happen! We went through a few different hair styles because I'm indecisive and couldn't make up my mind but she stuck with me through every change I made and helped me bring my ideas to life!! The day of my wedding, she showed up right on time ready to make sure everyone looked exactly how they wanted. I felt beautiful on the day of my wedding and I have her to thank for that! I still get complements on my ponytail when people look at my wedding pictures! Also I feel like it's really important to mention that she is literally one of the funnest people to hang out with while she's getting you all glammed up. There's nothing worse than the awkward small talk when you're getting your hair done or even your make-up done but there is none of that with her! She's so funny and really makes getting ready so much fun!!

Can I see about this lovely young hairstylist Frist she is one hell of a stylist I couldn't for the life of me pick how I wanted my hair done for my wedding I was a mess because i recently lost my mother 7 months before my wedding date an just couldn't pick a hair style with out crying so she asked me to look at a picture of my mom on her wedding day and told me she came up with an idea she wouldn't tell me because she wanted it to be a surprise witch was fine with me when I looked into the mirror (before doing my makeup) I cried because she did my hair the same as my mom's hair was I loved it so much I couldn't stop smiling . She knew what she was doing when she did my make up too because me personally don't wear makeup at all so she had that under control thank you . She also was fantastic with my flower girls one was 4 and the other as 5 she talked to them like they will basically her own kid she made them laugh giggle feel comfortable she made sure the looked great. But my biggest save was when I was about to enter the hall n my daughter puke all over her dress I was so upset I started crying I just honestly wanted to call my wedding off but Val on her own time told me don't worry about it I'll handle it she took my daughters dress off she went into the bathroom and he and scrubbed it for me made sure there was no stains on it at all no smell nothing she's saved my wedding day by saving my daughter's dress because I was to the point where I just want to give up and not even have a wedding she truly is the best I am so thankful that she was the person to do my hair because I guarantee probably no one else would have done the stuff that she did she went out of her way thank you

Val is truly the best! She made me and all of my ladies feel beautiful on my wedding day. From up-dos to makeup, every single aspect of her work is amazing. Each of our makeup/hair were flawless and lasted the entire night! As a bride, she made me feel comfortable and listened to all of my requests, not only during my trial but most importantly on my wedding day. She has also been my hairdresser for several years, I can't give her enough thanks or recognition for all of her work!

Val seemlessly provided makeup for myself and 10 other people on my wedding day! Not only did she arrive on time, act professional and fun as well as listen to all our needs, she did not hesitate to step in to fix my hair when my hairstylist (from another salon) totally did not get my look right. I would without a doubt recommend Val for make up and hair for any brides big day! She was a wedding staple over here on the east coast. The brides of the west coat are lucky to have such a gem!

Val did my makeup as the bride along with my bridesmaids. When we did the makeup trial, she listened to everything I wanted. She recreated my makeup trial look PERFECTLY. She arrived on time and she was reasonably priced. She is EXTREMELY skilled in cosmetology and has the cleanest tools and setup. Not only did my makeup look AMAZING, but it lasted the ENTIRE night! I couldn't have asked for a better makeup artist for one on the biggest days of my life! I would recommend Val to every bride I know!

Val was everything that I could have wanted in a hair stylist for my wedding day, and more! Her positive attitude was infectious and her great sense of humor helped me to really relax and laugh on my big day. She understood exactly what I wanted with my hair, which was a very vintage looking finger waves effect for my New Years Eve wedding. My hair stayed in tact the whole evening, through many hours of dancing, all the way to midnight. I couldn't be happier!!

She's the best of the best! Highly recommend her for all your hair and make up needs! We were all so happy. She made me feel so beautiful on my wedding day!

She did an awesome job. Arrived at the hotel exactly when she said she would and gave my mother, my sister and myself the hair and makeup looks that we had wanted. Hair and makeup lasted the entire day and night and she made the getting ready process so easy and stress free.
