ere traveling to her in Ventura from OC and my fiancé had to take the day off work to arrange around her schedule. We reached out to her several times for the address and morning of she claimed she was sick. I follow her on Instagram, she spent the day galavanting and posting photos with friends at the beach. I kindly have requested my deposit back for over 4 months. She agreed, and has never sent it. She then lied and said she sent it, and when I asked for proof she ghosted me. Save yourself the trouble, book a professional. THE WORST.

rstand life happens. However, she is consistently unprofessional and the cherry on top is what she did to me on my wedding day. I booked her for 4 women to do our hair, two of us getting makeup as well. She knew at the time of booking the location, Madonna Inn, and charged me an appropriate travel fee. She scheduled out everyone's services the week before and sent me the timeline and it sounded amazing and relaxing, exactly what a bride needs on her big day! The morning of the wedding at 8am, the scheduled start time, she texted me she got a flat. Again, I understand stuff happens, but something happens with EVERY SINGLE APPOINTMENT. Not only was she 2.5 hours late, leaving me a very stressed bride, but she rushed through all the services and barely left me enough time to get into my dress and accessories, causing us to rush through and not do the dress properly. On top of that, she had the nerve to complain about how far away it was while she was working on us. She knew the location to begin with and I paid for her and her makeup artist to be there. Don't take a booking if you don't want to make the drive. Completely unprofessional and caused undo stress. My wedding was perfect, but this really started the day off on a sour note.

to my planned to try and confirm our date, TWO days before my wedding. I had not spoken to her for 2 months. Then her makeup artist contacted me the morning of my wedding to confirm makeup!? I had to let her know that I cancelled with her own boss because she did not communicate to her MUA. Hands down the most unprofessional experience in my life. Especially in the wedding business. I was literally worried that if I stayed with her as a vendor that she would flake on my wedding day.

have barely heard back from her. I emailed the unsigned contract over because I had some additional questions (I didn't want to sign it until I had all the information I wanted), she said she would get it completed and back to me over a month ago. I have since emailed weekly, trying to get a response and now it just seems like I am being completely ignored. This is absolutely not how a bride should feel and now I have also lost $100. I am so incredibly disappointed, and will be looking elsewhere for a hair and makeup artist.

h my short hair! She blew it out perfectly! I have super fine hair and not much to be done, however there was so much bounce and texture! They are not expensive and truly love what they do and it shows! I highly recommend them!!

other reviews I saw and I’m so glad I did! She listens to her clients and that’s so important to me. She gave me a simple trim (just like I asked for), and she added some gorgeous color as well that gave me a whole new look. She tells you what she’s doing as she’s doing it and what the products do. I didn’t know that my hair could get as straight as it did without using a straightener! She did a blowout and it turned out awesome! I got so emotional when i saw the outcome. Overall, I have been very pleased with Taylor and her work. She is knowledgeable, sweet, and affordable!
