Ignacio Del Rio is the Owner and Operator of Bobby Q Mesa, where his passion for culinary innovation and community connection come together to create one of the most unique dining experiences in the East Valley. With more than 40 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, Ignacio has worn many hats—dishwasher, bartender, restaurateur, and now, award-winning business leader.
Under Ignacio's leadership, Bobby Q Mesa has become more than just a BBQ joint. He's the creative force behind the restaurant's marketing, seasonal menu development, craft cocktail program, and even its music and atmosphere. He was named Business Leader of the Year in 2022 by the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
