Those are a few of the questions we were asking ourselves. And let me tell you. Jen at Boca Lago made everything better than we could have imagined. Here’s why: 1. She’s super organized! I guess after planning and managing 1,300+ weddings over the past 20+ years she’s got it down to a science! 2. She doesn’t forget ANY details. And if you’ve never planned a wedding before, there are so many details it’s virtually impossible to check all the boxes. But with Jen, you will never have to worry. She works backwards from the date of your wedding to make sure you’re “checking off tasks” WAY before it gets stressful. 3. Her team is top-notch. Jen’s team will become your family. From her assistant to the head chef, the entire team will know every detail about your wedding. Get this… I’m a member a Boca Lago. And a few weeks after the wedding I’m sitting outside at the bar and one of the staff members says “hey I really loved your Odyssey Him & Her drinks at the wedding!” I’m like… wow… you remembered those?" and the bartender said, "how could we forget? Jen was prepping the team to make these just right for weeks before you date!” That’s what you can expect from Jen and her team. 4. Jen is easy to deal with. She reads the room, understands energy, and knows when to push and when to lay back and allow things to fall into place. I was texting her the entire day of the wedding and she never once left me hanging for more than a few minutes. She’s on it. And she’s on it because this is what she does. And she does it with passion. 5. The food at Boca Lago was such a standout part of our wedding. We weren’t expecting it to be one of the highlights, but our guests are still talking about how good everything was. The quality speaks for itself — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. As longtime members, we already knew the food was great, and they truly delivered on our big day. 6. THE PRICE. Boca Lago’s pricing is very competitive. But here’s the thing… it’s not like so many other vendors who sell you the dream. Boca Lago actually undersells the value. What they offer in terms of services, attention, setting, extras, and COMMUNICATION… makes this venue worth far more than they charge. The venue cost will not even be on the top of your list of expenses to worry about. I could give you another 100 reasons why we’re so grateful to have picked Jen at Boca Lago to make our dreams come true on our wedding day. But instead, I’ll leave you with this. If you’re considering a wedding a Boca Lago, do yourself a favor and go meet Jen in person. Ask her a million questions. She’ll listen. Give you answers. And add ZERO pressure. In fact, she’ll probably reduce your stress levels by a lot. If you do that now, as soon as possible, I promise when your wedding day shows up (and it will come way faster than you think) you’ll be thankful you read this review later. patience and commitment. They ensured that we had the night of our lives. Not only did we have a venue; we had a day-of-coordinator, Jen!! The staff did everything in their power to make us have the best experience. The amenities were one of a kind. The bridal suite was spectacular. We are forever grateful for the outstanding service that we received!!!!

ood, the drinks everything about Boca Lago truly exceeded my expectations. I am a very picky person. I toured over eight different wedding venues and four different country clubs, and they were no comparison to what Boca Lago offers! Jen (Boca Lago’s wedding coordinator) made this year and and a half of planning so stress-free! it honestly felt like I had my own personal wedding coordinator! Jen recently hired an assistant and I got to work with her for the last six months of my wedding planning and she is top-notch just like Jen. They are reliable professional and one of the sweetest people i ever worked with! I come from a Hispanic family who are huge critics when it comes to food and drinks and I was so worried about those two things because those are usually the main topics that people talk about at weddings. I was so happy to hear that my family and friends said this was one of the best weddings they have ever attended! that the food and the drinks were top-tier. If I can do it all over again I definitely will pick Boca Lago 100 times! If you are hesitant about booking DON’T BE this is your sign to not think twice. I can go on and on about my experience. I have also been to a lot of weddings and not to be biased, but the food, the drinks, the service, the professionalism, the space and everything that this venue has to offer you’re not going to find it in other places, Jen and the entire Boca Lago team and staff you have exceeded my expectations and I am one happy Bride!
