I went there for years without any problems. My Husband had KIDNEY FAILURE and was rushed to the hospital. I totally forgot about my appointment, until 2 days later after my Husba...
nd got out of the ICU. My Daughter was getting married in 4 days, on the West side of the State. I explained what happened.
I told them I'd bring the hospital information from my Husband (he was still in there), if they didn't believe me.
I was frantic and I asked KATHY if she could squeeze me in for a FAST CUT.
I'd blow my own hair dry, at home.
NO ONE COULD ACCOMMODATE
ME. So I just wore a hat to my Daughter's Wedding. I had so much stress on me & they added to that stress. Several months later I needed a hair cut. The receptionist told me I needed to leave a $50 deposit and give a 24 hour cancellation. I thought that was strange, but didn't question it & had no problem with that. I assumed if I didn't give a 24 hour cancellation, then they would be in their right to keep the $50. The NEXT DAY, I called for my BANK BALANCE.
BOCCI SALON had the dang nerve to cash that $50. WHY? WTF KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THAT???? That is INSANE!!! I talked to the MANAGER, she told me KATHY was the one who wanted to charge me the $50.00
Deposit. What kind of COLD HEARTED INDIVIDUAL ARE YOU???
What kind of business cashes in a $50 Deposit, WITHOUT any SERVICE RENDERED??? There is absolutely NO EXCUSE in the world to be treated like this. My Husband was near DEATH!!!!! You can Kiss My A@@!!!!! I've read MANY NEGATIVE reviews. How can you advertise that you're a top notch salon. Give me a break!!! 😂 THE PICTURE I’M POSTING is the time before THE NIGHTMARE. I asked KATHY for a UP-DEW. Does this look like a UP-DEW? I didn’t say anything because I had to rush to Grosse Ile for my Wedding.
I had my hair and make up done at Bocci Salon and Spa for my wedding. After researching many salons in the area, I chose Bocci because I trusted them. Angelica did such a beautiful...
job, my husband and I were so glad it looked natural and enhancing. I have acne problems and eczema and Angelica was so accommodating with the make up, I didn’t have any negative reactions and I appreciate that so much! She did an amazing job and I am very grateful. My bridal party got ready here as well and they all looked beautiful too! It was pricy but so worth it to be comfortable and confident on the most wonderful day of my life. Thank you so much!

I didn't use this for my wedding but I had a gift card so I got a pedicure before my vacation. After two days, three of my nails had completed chipped the entire polish and 5 other...
s were chipped. For $55, I probably would have never went but now I know my $25 pedicure at any other salon is way more worth it since they last two weeks.
I used this salon for my wedding and everyone of my seven bridesmaids had amazing hair and make-up and loved it. They did not have to "fix" either throughout the day as you sometim...

elf and my bridal party. It made the day way more laid back and fun. Services from Bocci are a little pricey but in the world of weddings you get what you pay for.

y for my hair and she is the best stylist in Michigan! My make-up also came out beautiful, they did airbrushing, and it looked so great in all the pics. They also let us bring in food and champagne and we had a great time. Totally recommend Bocci to every bride!
Melissa did my makeup, my bridesmaids' makeup, my mom's makeup and my mother in law's makeup. She did an incredible job and all the girls loved her. She does both airbrush and regu...
lar makeup applications, both of which she is great at. And the fake eyelashes were the very best part. They make such a huge difference and she is really great at them.
Had my trial run at the salon, but she came out to my ceremony/reception site the day of, which made things really stress-free!
;David's Bridal in Madison Heights MI is HORRIBLE. Their customer service is horrendous and the store is always a mess. I LOVED my gown but would not recommend this location to AN...
YONE. BE AWARE they do not return phone calls and their customer service is very poor when you call there. My bridesmaid dresses were discontinued and I was not notified. We had 3 bridesmaids that had to scramble and search and order them from other locations in the US.
