nd got out of the ICU. My Daughter was getting married in 4 days, on the West side of the State. I explained what happened.
I told them I'd bring the hospital information from my Husband (he was still in there), if they didn't believe me.
I was frantic and I asked KATHY if she could squeeze me in for a FAST CUT.
I'd blow my own hair dry, at home.
NO ONE COULD ACCOMMODATE
ME. So I just wore a hat to my Daughter's Wedding. I had so much stress on me & they added to that stress. Several months later I needed a hair cut. The receptionist told me I needed to leave a $50 deposit and give a 24 hour cancellation. I thought that was strange, but didn't question it & had no problem with that. I assumed if I didn't give a 24 hour cancellation, then they would be in their right to keep the $50. The NEXT DAY, I called for my BANK BALANCE.
BOCCI SALON had the dang nerve to cash that $50. WHY? WTF KIND OF BUSINESS DOES THAT???? That is INSANE!!! I talked to the MANAGER, she told me KATHY was the one who wanted to charge me the $50.00
Deposit. What kind of COLD HEARTED INDIVIDUAL ARE YOU???
What kind of business cashes in a $50 Deposit, WITHOUT any SERVICE RENDERED??? There is absolutely NO EXCUSE in the world to be treated like this. My Husband was near DEATH!!!!! You can Kiss My A@@!!!!! I've read MANY NEGATIVE reviews. How can you advertise that you're a top notch salon. Give me a break!!! 😂 THE PICTURE I’M POSTING is the time before THE NIGHTMARE. job, my husband and I were so glad it looked natural and enhancing. I have acne problems and eczema and Angelica was so accommodating with the make up, I didn’t have any negative reactions and I appreciate that so much! She did an amazing job and I am very grateful. My bridal party got ready here as well and they all looked beautiful too! It was pricy but so worth it to be comfortable and confident on the most wonderful day of my life. Thank you so much!

YONE. BE AWARE they do not return phone calls and their customer service is very poor when you call there. My bridesmaid dresses were discontinued and I was not notified. We had 3 bridesmaids that had to scramble and search and order them from other locations in the US.
