Wonderful coffee shop.. tried their Dubai chocolate Matcha which was phenomenal.. my friend had the tofu scramble which was awesome too. Cute little Olive oil store next to the coffee shop which is all part of the same store.

ocated right by the river so you get a great view, plus outdoor seating in the summer. There's two floors and a loft so you can oversee the shop below if you'd choose. Definitely recommend this place!
Also - They have a variety of teas, non coffee drinks and dairy free options.

Great for sitting with friends and enjoying a coffee. Pretty view of the river. They have rooms to rent and share space with some shops. Upstairs is beautiful too.

it was super fresh. The bagel sandwich was DELICIOUS. There are a ton of seating options, indoor & outdoor. Highly recommend. 🤌
