Carabella was inspired to establish Body By Carabella after working at a wedding company. When she was talking to the many beautiful brides that came in for their photos, she discovered that many of them didn’t feel confident in their dresses. This experience motivated her to start this company helping clients get fit before their weddings so they can feel good before their events.
Body By Carabella offers multiple fitness programs lasting one, two, three, four, five, or six months. These programs are delivered online, allowing nearly weds throughout the world to take advantage of the company’s services. Those in the local area can also enjoy in-person classes. Among the services are accountability check-ins, meal and food adjustments or plans, and assistance from the trainer. The team of talented trainers is eager to help their clients reach their fitness goals and keep them throughout their marriage.

EGINNER BODY” she is loving the results and told me about the wedding program Carabella has developed specifically for brides! I looked at her website and program options and knew immediately the program was something I could incorporate into my left. Carabella is so sincere, helpful and knowledgeable i signed up. We reviewed my specific body goals & needs. We completed some really honest assessments about what was practical for my life and schedule. Carabella’s service was tailor made just for me and I get the individual attention I need to stay on track! I am seeing amazing results.
