I said “yes to the dress” and then gained fifteen pounds! My girlfriends knew I was stressing. My BFF /maid of honor is using a program from, Body By Carabella and has the book “B...
EGINNER BODY” she is loving the results and told me about the wedding program Carabella has developed specifically for brides! I looked at her website and program options and knew immediately the program was something I could incorporate into my left. Carabella is so sincere, helpful and knowledgeable i signed up. We reviewed my specific body goals & needs. We completed some really honest assessments about what was practical for my life and schedule. Carabella’s service was tailor made just for me and I get the individual attention I need to stay on track! I am seeing amazing results. I have gone off the rails a few times with the constant rushing and planning but Carabella has been excellent about supporting me to stay positive and stay on track. I have already lost ten of my fifteen pounds, reduced body fat and am feeling so much better and I still have a few
weeks left until I’m done! I am sharing the program w everyone! https://carabellariazzo.com/blogs/news/how-to-slim-you-waist-before-your-wedding I’m doing it with my partner too and he is eating better and we are kind of getting in shape together ! I can tell you I have shed pounds, and toned up but more importantly I have learned things that are helping me manage my stress in life. I can utilize these tools I’m learning far beyond my wedding! With only a few more weeks to go before my wedding, (which we have spent a fortune on ) I am SO grateful I found this service signed up and took action! I have been dreaming of my wedding event since I was about twelve :) and I want everything to be the best it can be - starting with ME . I strongly recommend this program. If you want to be the best on your wedding day I strongly recommend you invest in yourself and get Carabella’s individual Bridal Program. It works, she makes it fun and it’s very individualized. I will be able to really cherish my wedding photos as they will always remind me that, I can do anything I set my mind too, how amazing I am and how great I look in my dress ! Thank you Carabella 🥰
