I was so terrified when my best friend, Carla asked me to be her bridesmaid. I know it's all about the bride on her special day but she was so beautiful and standing next to her a...
nd the other girls I felt uncomfortable about fitting into those beautiful dresses. I knew this event was the perfect time to get healthy and lose the weight I had been putting off for so long. I have had medical problems in the past and I was afraid to take any drugs. Besides, I knew that it's not just about what I look like but how I feel. That's when I heard about Body by Radhia and the Metabo-Lyte Program. She saved my life. I lost 20 pounds, I had enough energy to last all night at the reception and I was a new woman. Radhia was so patient and inspirational. She taught me not only why I was struggling so much, but how to eat right for my metabolism. I recommend Body by Radhia to anyone. Annabell R.
