I called them and asked if I can speak to a manager (I wasn't even going to complain or say anything negative!) and they literally said she wouldn't be in until the following week and hung up on me while I was speaking! Crappy service.

ing area. The dress I ended up buying was not one I would have chosen for myself and yet was so perfectly me! I bought that dress the same day because I knew there would not be one that fit my personality and who I am better. Only someone who truly listens would be able to find the perfect dress for me when I was not sure what I wanted in a wedding dress. I highly recommend Body Essentials for a brides who want an amazing experience!

When we got to the shop we were welcomed and got Rachel's full attention, she explained what could be done to a dress and all our options - she didn't push or pressure and every bride in the salon had their own consultant working with them. I found an absolutely AMAZING dress I will forever love and we also found the perfect bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dress. Rachel helped us with how we wanted the dresses customized and even making arrangements for our out of town bridal party to be a part of the selection process. I LOVE this store and would recommend it to any bride, bridal party, mother of the bride..all your wedding needs in one perfect shop!!! Well worth the drive from Green Bay.
