ead, I wanted to feel healthy, strong, and eat nourishing food for my long term health. I also wanted to be in good spirits for our big day, as planning a wedding was a stressful task in itself.
Training was Gerardo was one of, if not the best decision we made prior to our wedding. His workouts were so effective, affordable, and energizing that I ended up going 5-6x a week for about 3 months before our wedding. It was also an amazing way for my husband and I to stay connected and to do something outside of wedding planning. Thanks to my Apple Watch and my smart scale, I could see the results captured in the data - I gained muscle mass, lost fat, and overall lost pounds before our big day. More importantly, I felt strong, toned, confident and positive during our wedding day, all thanks to the time I had spent training with Gerardo. It was so effective that my husband and I became long term members at his gym, and we now go multiple times a week to continue investing in our health.
As a cherry on top, we've met some lovely people through Gerardo's gym, which makes the experience that much more enjoyable. If I could go back and do it all over again, I would have started training with Gerardo even earlier, possibly 9-12 months before our wedding day!
