Shannon is the best wedding coordinator. She really knows what she is doing and keeps you at ease. The venue is absolutely beautiful. When we first walked in my fiancé, at the time now husband, and I looked at each other and said, “Oh this is it.” We weren’t even going to check it out for some odd reason! Thankfully we did because this was the prettiest venue in all of Saint Charles County. Our wedding was just this past weekend and all of our guests are telling us how much fun they had and how it was the most beautiful wedding. The ceremony we picked took place outside under a beautiful pavilion overlooking a waterfall. The waterfall is so peaceful. Then our guests went inside for cocktail hour. Then right into the reception. It was so smooth. I wish we could relive that day over. Everyone tells you there will be some hiccups on the day of your wedding but in my case, there weren’t any.

Our wedding at Bogey Hills was absolutely perfect in every way possible! From the moment we first visited the venue and met Shannon, we were sold! Shannon was incredibly responsive over email, professional and detail-oriented throughout the whole planning process, which was a huge reason why the whole day/night ran so smoothly. She was so easy and fun to work with. The venue itself was amazing, the food and bar selections were incredible, and the entire staff at Bogey went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and asks. The guests could not stop praising how great the service was and how beautiful the venue was overlooking the golf course. We also had the entire ballroom and the deck area for the remaining of the night. We thank Shannon and the team at Bogey Hills for making our wedding day the most memorable and perfect day. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

WOW! My husband and I were married on March 16th, 2024 at Bogey Hills Country Club and we seriously cannot say enough great things. Shannon, the wedding director, was absolutely incredible. From day one she was organized, professional, attentive, and truly cared about our big day. From the initial tour of the venue, to the food tasting, to the big day - she handled everything perfectly and with such grace. We honestly cannot thank Shannon enough for what she has done for us. Bogey Hills Country Club is a stunning venue, and I would recommend it to anyone getting married a million times over. Every single person we met there during this journey was so kind, understanding, helpful, and just amazing. I want to give a special shoutout to the servers who were there with us on our special day because they were so very kind and sweet. Each server treated each guest so lovingly and they were so much fun! I had wonderful conversation with a few of them, and they always made sure to ask how I was doing, etc. The level of professionalism is UNMATCHED at Bogey Hills. First Class. I can’t say enough about our experience with Bogey Hills Country Club. Their staff and their Director of Weddings & Events, Shannon, are first class. We had our daughter’s wedding ceremony and reception here and were so impressed with them. We had already looked at several venues, but when we toured Bogey Hills with Shannon, we knew this was it. Bogey Hills is a beautiful, modern, upscale venue. It has a naturally beautiful setting, with the ballroom overlooking the golf course and waterfall. It is very spacious, but has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. When you first enter the lobby, you see how beautiful the decor is (along with their gorgeous fireplace!). It is not only a great area for pictures, but also provides another, smaller area for guests to relax. The Bride and Groom’s suites are very spacious and comfortable as well, which was very helpful the day of. The food at the reception – amazing! Not only was the presentation impressive, many of our guests commented that it was so delicious and not the “typical” wedding food. Our daughter and son-in-law were able to have pictures done both inside and outside the club. There were several areas throughout the inside that they used, as well as the balcony area off the ballroom. Outside, the golf course provided a beautiful, fall backdrop. So many good photo opportunities! The staff was very professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Every detail is considered. Leading up to the day, Shannon was a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and organized, which made it an easy process. She was quick to respond to questions/emails, and always provided clear, updated information. She also coordinated with the other vendors ahead of the event, which helped the day go smoothly. Her preferred vendors list was so helpful with our planning as well. We had a fun, relaxing day because we knew Shannon had it under control! Thank you Shannon and the entire staff at Bogey Hills for an incredible day. We appreciate all of you and the effort that went into making our day perfect!

Our daughter's wedding at Bogey Hills Country Club this past weekend was nothing short of a dream come true. From the moment we first met Shannon, she exuded a level of professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail that left us in awe. Her responsiveness and unwavering support over the 18 months leading up to the big day were truly exceptional. It felt like she was available around the clock, ensuring no question went unanswered. Shannon's preferred vendor list was a game-changer. We entrusted many of our vendors from this list, and the result was a wedding day that flowed like a perfectly orchestrated symphony. The food was beyond amazing; the cocktail hour offered crab cakes, bacon-wrapped tenderloin, and sausage-stuffed mushrooms. The dinner menu included crab-crusted salmon, beef tenderloin, Caesar salad, Italian salad, tomato cream pasta, honey-glazed carrots, and dinner rolls, which left everyone raving. The impeccable service and friendly bartenders added an extra layer of warmth to the evening. The venue itself is nothing short of breathtaking. The pavilion overlooking the golf course provided a stunning backdrop for the ceremony. With the gentle sounds of the waterfall in the background, our daughter and her now-husband exchanged vows as the sun began to set, creating a scene straight out of a fairytale. What truly set Bogey Hills apart was the stress-free experience Shannon orchestrated for us. Her meticulously planned timeline allowed for nothing to be missed and everything to stay extremely organized. As the MOB, all I did on the day of the wedding was simply relax, enjoy myself, and savor the moment. The only downside was that the day had to end. I didn't want to leave, and the party felt like it could have gone on forever. Shannon, we can't thank you enough for making our daughter's dream wedding a reality. You've given our entire family a day we will cherish forever. Bogey Hills Country Club and Shannon, you have our deepest gratitude.

We had our wedding at Bogey last weekend and it was perfect in every way! Food was amazing and the service from the staff was even better! The venue itself is gorgeous so minimal decorations were needed! Shannon is absolutely amazing and was so helpful throughout the entire process. I strongly encourage couples to have their wedding at Bogey Hills!

If I could give Bogey Hills 10 stars, I would. This venue is absolutely STUNNING and it takes very little decoration to make the space gorgeously your own. We did both ceremony and reception here and both were absolutely perfect. From the gorgeous waterfall backdrop behind the covered pavilion, the beautifully maintained greens, the spacious bride and groom suites, and the stunning ballroom, this is your venue if you’re looking for an all inclusive experience. I also cannot get over how delicious the food was. We were blown away at our tasting and again on wedding day. I really wish I had been able to eat more that day because it was just so darn tasty. Our guests loved it too. Their chef is fantastic. Beyond the space itself, what sealed the deal for us on Bogey Hills was their outstanding venue coordinator, Shannon. From our first visit, I was immediately impressed by her knowledge of the wedding industry, her attention to detail and her hyper-focus on that day’s bride to be that was currently getting ready there. As a potential bride there, that’s exactly what I wanted to see. Focus on the couple of the day. That’s not to say she ignored us on the tour, but she definitely stepped aside once or twice to handle various things that needed to be done for the bride. Once we signed on with Bogey and secured our date, Shannon was unbelievably helpful throughout our wedding planning experience. She’s extremely prompt and thorough with responses to questions and provides everything you need from Bogey and more. She was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, even when she had countless other couples on her plate probably sending her just as many emails as us. Come the months immediately prior to the wedding, Shannon was excellent at providing timeline reminders and making sure Bogey had everything they needed from our end to make the day happen. Rehearsal at Bogey was so incredibly smooth with Shannon at the reigns. We had a large wedding party and several family members that needed wrangling, and Shannon was fantastic at making sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. You could tell she knows her stuff and she does it well. On actual wedding day, Shannon once again proved no less than spectacular at keeping everything and everyone running on time and ensuring the day was exactly as we had envisioned it. And trust me, it was! Everything came together so beautifully and I was blown away at how smoothly and effortlessly the day went off. Everyone on the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful throughout! Not a detail was missed. Trust me on this one, hire Bogey Hills. You will not be disappointed in the slightest.

Bogey Hills is a beautiful venue. Shannon the wedding coordinator goes above and beyond and is quick to respond. I recently got married at Bogey and she was very patient during all of the planning process and all the questions we had. My parents are very particular with food and they loved the food at bogey! I’m so happy we picked Bogey for both our wedding and ceremony.

We had our daughter's wedding and reception at Bogey Hills last weekend and it was absolutely fabulous! We knew when we toured Bogey last year and met Shannon that we were in good hands. The venue is stunning, the staff is incredible and the food is delicious. We received numerous compliments from our guests and many even told us it was the best wedding they ever attended:). Shannon was so attentive and responsive to our numerous questions and helped us navigate all of the details. It was truly an amazing day - beautiful ceremony and such a fun reception. Bogey Hills was the perfect venue for our May 2023 wedding! It was the perfect mix of an indoor/outdoor wedding spot and our guests continue to rave about the patio overlooking the fountains on the golf course. Shannon was AMAZING to work with and made sure nothing went amiss. She made every vision I had for the place come to life and more! While I do not miss the stressful times wedding planning brought, I do miss working with Shannon and Bogey Hills. I highly recommend this venue to future brides and grooms!

Bogey Hills was an amazing venue for our wedding. Shannon was fantastic throughout the entire process. It stormed on the day of the ceremony and they were communicative the entire time with us. They were able to set up and move the ceremony inside in the blink of an eye, we were very impressed with the entire staff. Our daughter and her groom said their "I do's" under the spectacular outdoor ceremony pavilion, with it's breathtaking golf course and waterfall setting. The grand ballroom was stunning, and we appreciated having a large separate indoor/outdoor cocktail area for our guests to enjoy their drinks and hors D'Oeuvres. The food was amazing and served by an outstanding and accommodating waitstaff. What a stunning evening it was, with credit going to Bogey's ultimate wedding director, Shannon Endres. She handled every detail, always making herself available to our needs and questions. Shannon's excellent planning and communication skills made for a stress-free process for our daughter and her groom. If I could give Bogey Hills a million stars I would. Everything was absolutely amazing and beyond my greatest expectations. Shannon, the coordinator, and all other staff made us feel so special and ensured the entire day ran perfectly. The food, drinks, decorations and all around service were phenomenal. The venue itself is so stunning also. I would recommend this venue to everyone in a heartbeat. My now husband and both of our families will forever be so thankful we were able to have our special day here!

What is there not to love about Bogey Hills?! The space is GORGEOUS! It is everything that we wanted. Having access to the main lobby (beautiful) during the reception, was such a lovely touch for our guest. I loved that people could go sit by the fire and it was such a nice place for photos. Also, having the ability to get ready at the venue in a gorgeous room was such a highlight to our day. We were able to see everything coming together and not have to worry about anything as the venue transformed into what we worked all year for. The ceremony location was stunning and our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful it was. Acoustics were very important to us and there were no issues at all- guests could hear everything clearly. When we told our Band where we were having our wedding, they were excited about it being Bogey Hills, said it was a great place to play and have a band. Bogey Hills came as a package deal, which we loved. We didn't have to worry about anything- food, table/chairs/linens... all through them! Going on and on about the space is one thing but the wedding coordinator, Shannon, is second to none. Even if everything else had not been so perfect, I would still recommend Bogey Hills off of Shannon. From the moment I met her, I felt less stressed. She made the entire process seem so easy and enjoyable. Shannon spoke with vendors, made sure everything was exactly like we wanted the day of and above all else, was there through the entire process with us. Even getting us drinks the second we walked into the reception! Honestly, the most responsive and diligent person I could have hoped to work with. She may have had 10 other brides emailing her, but I always felt like her main priority. The staff the night of was great and everything ran so smoothly. Our wedding was everything we could have dreamt of at Bogey Hills and I will 100% recommend it to any couple looking for a venue!

Upon the Engagement of my son and daughter-in-law, we began touring Wedding Venues. Our tour of Bogey Hills Country Club was breathtaking, the venue was the perfect vision we had imagined for their wedding day. The tour led by Shannon Endres could not have been more professional or delightful, our immediate impression of Shannon was that she was amazingly competent and we knew that we would be in good hands with her as our Wedding Coordinator from the moment we met her and we entirely correct in our assumption! I can assure you that every email or phone call was answered in the utmost timely manner and she did everything in her power to accommodate all our requests. We had a very large wedding of 250 people with a sit down dinner and every guest was served in such a timely manner. Our tasting was just as professional and informative, the Chef answered every question and offered suggestions. Shannon could not have been more accommodating and assuring us with every step leading up to Wedding Day. The Venue did not disappoint, nor did Shannon. Shannon was there to help orchestrate the arrival of guests on wedding day and make sure the entire night went smoothly. I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating the entire Staff was from the bartenders to the servers, kitchen staff, etc. The food was absolutely wonderful and beautifully presented. We could not have been more pleased with our choice and cannot thank everyone involved at Bogey Hills Country Club for making this day the vision that we had all dreamed. With that being said, we recommend Bogey Hills Country Club Venue and Shannon 100%!! You will be guaranteed the most amazing pictures and wedding day memories!

5 Stars just isn’t enough to review this venue and the staff at Bogey Hills. When we started planning our wedding we reached out to numerous venues on a Sunday evening. We were so impressed when we almost immediately heard back from the coordinator, Shannon. Before even touring the venue I was sold! Throughout the entire process of planning Shannon was absolutely incredible, and always responded super quick. I consider myself a complete perfectionist and had ZERO stress on my wedding day because of Shannon and the incredible vendors and staff at Bogey! Our guests bragged all night about the staff, the food and the gorgeous venue. If you don’t chose Bogey, you’re missing out! It is the most perfect place to start your forever! Thank you Shannon and staff for being absolutely amazing, accommodating and making sure our day was PERFECT, because it absolutely was! ❤️

Bogey Hills was amazing!! My fiancé and I fell in love with the venue from the second we walked in but Shannon and her team made it so that our day was so special in every way possible. There are absolutely no words to express the glamour and beauty that I experienced and was given at bogey hills all because of Shannon my wedding coordinator. The second I stepped into the club, I knew it was everything I ever wanted for the most important day of my entire life. Shannon spent an entire year turning all of my endless emails into the vision I painted in my mind and turned it into a beautiful reality. Shannon was one step head of absolutely everything and she brought her A game every step of the way and made everything I wanted and needed possible, without her my wedding wouldn’t have been what it was. I felt like I was in a dream I didn’t want to wake up from. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and marvelously kind to not only me but for the room full of my treasured guests. I didn’t want my day to end there. Bogeys staff and especially Shannon treated me like a bit of royalty.

AMAZING venue! The first time I walked into Bogey Hills I knew I wanted to get married there. Every venue I toured after could not match up even the slightest. Not only is it absolutely stunning, but Shannon and every worker we met were so kind and friendly. The ceremony pavilion is breathtaking. My guests cannot stop talking about how it was the most beautiful outdoor wedding they've ever been to. I've been to multiple weddings were the food was average and unfortunately cold. The food at Bogey Hills was hot and delicious! One of the things I loved most was how many things were included with the venue. Food, open bar, cake/dessert, ceremony chairs, table linens, china and votive candles. Obviously it is very overwhelming planning a wedding from scratch but this venue makes it so much easier. I cannot say enough about Shannon. She made things so smooth. She is so nice and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. 2 weeks before the wedding we decided to upgrade our package (bar/food) and she made it happen with no problem. Also, the day of the wedding we had to make minor changes with the set up while decorating and she made it happen so quickly and told me not to worry and I knew I could trust her! If this venue is within your budget I promise you will be so happy and your wedding day will be perfect!

Bogey Hills was amazing! Everything went extremally smooth from planning to the wedding day. Shannon was PERFECT throughout the entire wedding process. She was always available when needed and extremally helpful. I was VERY grateful for how helpful she was on the wedding day. Everything was set up all nicely, she made sure all of the vendors were on time and everything was set up correctly. She made sure that the wedding day ran smoothy and everything ran on time. All of our guest were very happy and I cant even tell you how many people complimented on how beautiful Bogey Hills was and how great the food was. I am very thankful for what Shannon did to make our wedding day stress free and perfect! We haven't stopped talking about how we honestly cant name on thing that went wrong on the wedding day because of Shannon. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding at!

Bogey Hills is amazing!! Not only is it a beautiful space, but Shannon and everyone else I dealt with was so amazing, even the bartender made a point to come introduce herself to me and to let her know if I needed anything! Shannon made the wedding planning process easy and manageable, she was so great at reaching out and letting me know when things were needed or what I should be thinking about. Planning a wedding without her and her knowledge would have been a much different process and I’m so grateful to her and the rest of Bogey Hills for helping my day be so wonderful and smooth!

I'm not sure I can put into words how special Bogey Hills is. Our day was better than we could've imagined thanks to all of Shannon's help and professional experience. I can honestly say that we have 0 regrets and 0 complaints about how our day went. From arriving to Bogey Hills, getting ready, our ceremony under the beautiful pavilion, and our reception in the ballroom it was truly a day to remember. If I could rate above 5/5 I would, Bogey Hills (and Shannon!) are truly the best!

We cannot say enough great things about having our wedding reception at Bogey Hills or working with Shannon! Shannon made sure every single detail was covered and was in constant communication with us - not a single thing was overlooked. It was a dream! The food was absolutely delicious. Our guests could not stop talking about it! Make sure to get the beef tenderloin - Seriously the best. The servers and bartenders were all so professional and helpful the entire night. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT BOGEY HILLS! From the moment we started the planning process with Shannon, she has been nothing but helpful! She was professional and made me feel like the only bride out there. The rest of the staff as well was so friendly and helpful. We got married on a 105 degree day and Shannon and her staff allowed us to go inside during some of the pictures and get some much need AC. If you’re considering Bogey Hills, all I can say is do it! Best experience with them!

My daughter had her wedding reception at Bogey Hills and the event turned out just as I had hoped and imagined. Everything was beautiful. Shannon was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had. The staff working that evening were excellent and made sure we were satisfied and happy. I would highly recommend hosting a reception at Bogey Hills.

Bogey Hills was the best! I am so happy we chose them to host our wedding ceremony and reception! The coordinator, Shannon, was also amazing to work with. She responded quickly to all of my emails/questions/concerns etc. She offered assistance along the way and I never felt unheard throughout the process. After meeting her, I knew I was in good hands. On our wedding day, Shannon went above and beyond. She assisted with our decorations, and setting up the venue to look absolutely perfect! She did not miss any detail and did more than I ever expected, which I am forever grateful for. There are things I look back and totally forgot about, but she and the staff at Bogey Hills had it handled! We were able to take photos inside/outside the venue and including on the course, with plenty of time. The ceremony was beautiful, I felt everything went the way it should have. At our reception, Shannon and the wait staff made sure we ( and our guests) had everything we needed/wanted, constantly checking up on us throughout the night. Our guests were telling us left and right how wonderful the whole day was, and how great the venue/staff were. Everyone also raved about the food and how good it was! Drinks were great too of course! I couldn't believe how well it all went. All of our vendors worked well with the venue/staff too! When the reception ended, I was impressed by how the staff placed all of our items into one area so we could easily collect them to take home. The entire staff worked so hard all day/night and really deserve a huge thank you! And thank you Shannon for making all of this possible. I am sure there are things I am missing in this review, but what matters is that they made our day so very special! I cannot wait to relive all of the moments once we receive all of our photos and our video back! Thank you, thank you, thank you Bogey Hills!!

We are still receiving compliments on our daughter and son-in -law’s wedding at Bogey Hills over three weeks later! Everyone was so impressed with the beauty of the venue, the delicious food and the dedication Shannon, the wonderful wedding coordinator, displayed at the ceremony and reception ! She really took the stress off of so much that goes in planning a wedding. We reserved our date 18 months earlier and felt from the moment we met Shannon that we were in such good hands!

We had our ceremony on site at their outdoor pavilion, the weather was perfect and we got to take photos on the amazing golf course after the ceremony. Shannon, the wedding coordinator, was so knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all our questions, helped with anything we asked and was there the day of to handle everything! She kept everyone on schedule so we didn’t miss out on anything we wanted to do for the ceremony and reception. The food was great and we did a tasting a few months before our day to taste several options! The rest of the staff was also great! I have no complaints, Shannon handled so many details, having your wedding ceremony, reception or both (like us) here is a 10/10 idea. It was the first place I looked at for wedding planning and after visiting, I knew it was THE place.

The perfect wedding at bogey hills. The venue is so beautiful from the moment you walk in to when you look out over the golf course. The staff is amazing, friendly, and accommodating!! Our guests not only commented on how beautiful everything was, but they even mentioned how great the servers were! We also can’t thank Shannon enough for everything she did for us and how she executes plans! She is made for this job and she really enjoys what she is doing and cares about you! All night long, we received compliment after compliment on how gorgeous the space was, how accommodating and professional the staff was, and how delicious the food was. Everything was absolutely perfect and stunning! I can't say enough about Bogey Hills, but the star of the show here is Shannon. She will take EVERYTHING on her shoulders, and turn your dream into a reality. Not only is she incredibly organized and responsive, she truly wants you to have the best day, and she'll do everything in her power to make sure that you are happy. Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but when you toss in a global pandemic, and a snowstorm the week of your wedding, you start to panic. But Shannon handled anything and everything, and took so much of the stress away from us, simply by being who she is. WOW! I don't think I can fit all of the amazing things I have to say about Bogey Hills in one review! I fell in love with Bogey Hills the moment I walked in the door, but what really sealed the deal was meeting Shannon and knowing she would be in charge of our day. She took care of everything and was a HUGE help in the planning process. The confidence I had in Shannon and the Bogey Hills staff made my day completely stress free, I knew everything would be perfect and it was! Bogey Hills is gorgeous and clean. Minimal flowers and decor were needed because the space was so beautiful - add in the club’s Christmas decorations and the space was a winter wedding dream. The food was delicious and was served quickly and efficiently. The bar staff was also great, I don’t think there was ever a line for the bar (and our group drinks a lot!!). We got SO MANY compliments on the food, the staff, and the event space. I highly recommend Bogey Hills to anyone looking for a wedding venue!! If you are on the fence, set up an appointment with Shannon and I know you will fall in love, just like we did!!

I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Bogey! They took care of every little detail resulting in a completely stress free day. Minimal decor was needed because the venue itself is so pretty, however the little decor we did have, the staff set up and had them exactly how I wanted. We also loved how the fireplace was roaring all night long. It made the entrance so cozy. The staff was coming up to my husband and I all night making sure we had a drink in hand. I never even went to the bar because they made sure I was taken care of! I even lost a piece of jewelry that evening and before I knew it, one of the staff members searched the entire venue and found it! So when I say the staff was top notch, I truly mean it. Lastly, the food was to die for. Cake included. I couldn’t believe how many people that day and for weeks afterwards were telling us it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding! I’m still surprised how little coordinating I had to do and the entire day carried out just like I wanted. I’m hoping and praying some of our friends decide on this venue in the future so we can experience it all over again from the other side. If I absolutely had to critique anything, I would say I wish they served more of our cake. They only cut the chocolate flavor for guests so we had an entire tier of vanilla left the next day. Thank you so much, Bogey Hills! You made our day perfect.

Wow! Words cannot say how wonderful my daughters Wedding and Reception turned out. When you book Bogey Hills, no only do you get the beautiful views, a picturesque Club Room for the reception - You also get Shannon!! She had everything organized and kept us on track from start to finish. She had multiple vendors for us to research. Never felt less than her top priority. The wedding day was all about the Bride and Groom, the staff hit on all cylinders. My daughter is still glowing! Can recommend them enough nor thank Shannon enough!

What an amazing day that was absolutely perfect! The minute we first visited Bogey we knew it was the one. We can’t say enough about Shannon and what she did to help guide us through the process and be there every step of the way on our daughters special day! Our wedding at Bogey Hills was amazing!!! We had such a positive experience from the beginning to end. Shannon was wonderful and answered my million emails promptly and was always full of so much knowledge! She made the whole process seamless! We cannot say enough great things about Bogey Hills! Angel, Shannon, and Chris were simply amazing! So easy to work with. Shannon worked with us every step of the way. From the tasting to the site visits, Shannon was so accommodating and wanted my daughter's day to be amazing. There wasn't a single thing for us to worry about. The ceremony was held at the outdoor Pavilion that overlooks the gorgeous waterfall and golf course. Everything about the wedding, the venue, the food, and the reception contributed to a day that neither my daughter, her husband, or any of our family and guests will forget! I would recommend Bogey Hills Country Club time and time again. Hands down the most perfect day of my daughter's life.

If I could give Bogey Hills Country Club 10 stars I would. They made everything so easy on my husband and I for our June 2021 wedding. Shannon and the rest of the staff was amazing to work with, and made our big day as seamless as possible. Even when a thunderstorm broke out in the middle of our outdoor ceremony, Shannon moved quickly to create a new plan and ensure a wonderful ceremony. The chef did an phenomenal job with the food. So many guests raved about our dinner, and the chef went above and beyond for our guests with dietary restrictions. Obviously the venue is stunning. The aesthetic coupled with an amazing staff made Bogey Hills Country Club an easy choice for our wedding venue.

Of all the venues I could have chosen to have my wedding and reception, I am beyond thankful I chose Bogey Hills Country Club! Words cannot begin to explain how incredibly pleased we are with the magical memory that was created at Bogey Hills Country Club for my daughter's wedding. We were a pandemic reschedule into 2021. I worked very closely with Shannon - the wedding coordinator - and her heartfelt support during that time was just one quality that was beyond appreciated. I marveled at watching Shannon do her role as we had many moving parts to our reception. She worked closely with us, our vendors and her internal staff to create an evening that we had envisioned. She is responsive, communicative, provided resources and shared in our vision and goals. The food was phenomenal, the service was 5 star - they were attentive to the Bride & Groom, the bridal party, our families and our guests! The layout of the venue allows you to create your theme as it has an open format that promotes creativity. It is spacious but warm, the entry is gorgeous, a hallway that leads to a cocktail room - which we utilized - which opens up to an outdoor balcony with a beautiful view of the golf course - as well as an open view to the ballroom. Their format and layout flows! I cannot say enough about our experience. Please visit them and share your wedding goals! You will not be disappointed. We will be forever grateful. OMG where to even start! I absolutely loved everything about this venue. Especially the wedding coordinator Shannon. Great communication was a big thing for me when deciding on vendors. Planning during the pandemic was pretty stressful but the team of people I chose for my big day, made all the difference. The pricing is reasonable, the venue is stunning, everything went so smooth. As a bride you wait for something to go wrong, everything was absolutely flawlessly executed. Shannon was there for me every step of the way, literally anytime I needed her. Shannon was such a blessing to have throughout planning and on the day of. I do not think my day would have gone as beautifully without her. She is a godsend and anyone planning their big day will be lucky to have someone like her batting for them.

As a mother of the bride, who along with her daughter, was planning a wedding during a pandemic, we could not have chosen a more perfect venue. From our very first meeting with Shannon to the actual wedding day, she made everything so easy and perfect. This venue is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Everything is new, neutral colors, and very high-end. The food is amazing and their drink options are incomparable. There are endless options for amazing pictures, the golf course is beautiful. There is a bridal suite for all of the girls to get ready and a suite for the men as well. The view looks like a resort. On top of all of this, booking Bogey Hills also gives you the help of their event planner, Shannon. SHE IS EVERYTHING. Shannon went above and beyond to MAKE SURE our day was everything we wanted it to be. She truly cares. Down to every last detail. She makes sure everything is in time, thinks of the small things that you’d never think of, and makes sure you have a 100% stress free and amazing time. Her help alone is worth every single penny. Our day was absolutely perfect.

Shannon: Wanted to let you know that the Pierce/Viani wedding was the most perfect night that we could have ever imagined. The reception was absolutely perfect from start to finish. You would not believe how many compliments we received. It was truly a classy event. We had one friend who was recently diagnosed with Celiac, and could not have any gluten. His wife informed you about the issue and you had a special plate made for him. We also had requests for chocolate milk, and you made it happen. OMG, I could not believe that one. It just goes to show, that Bogey Hills Country Club went above and beyond to make the wedding a Class A event. I could not have planned such an event to go off so well. The Pierce family can't thank you enough for time you spent with us, planning this event. I know it is your job, but you do take your job seriously, and deserve a RAISE!!!! I have not even been married yet and I have to say Shannon with events has been a DREAM to work with. This woman has been a BLESSING during these crazy times and wedding planning alone can be a challenge but COVID adds to it but our venue and catering has been a breeze thanks to her. I have not had any issues and have asked so many questions that she has been so kind and quick with answering. She has had so much patience with me with all of the questions I have asked. I am so thankful for her and SO happy with our choice of getting married here! I was referred by someone who said the same thing but I had no idea just how amazing it would be to work with her! First and foremost, if any brides reading this are looking to reschedule their weddings due to COVID-19 in St. Charles - you cannot go wrong with Bogey Hills. Snatch them up if you're able to!! Keep reading to see why. My husband and I had both our wedding and reception at Bogey Hills on Saturday, September 26, 2020 (our original venue - not a reschedule!). I truly cannot say enough good things about the venue itself, Shannon (the day-of coordinator) and the entire staff at Bogey. From the very beginning, Shannon was readily available for any & all questions I had. My mother was very ill throughout the planning process, and Shannon often reached out just to check on us and see if we needed anything. In my opinion, this was above and beyond her responsibilities as our wedding coordinator and speaks to how much she cares about her brides. On numerous occasions she volunteered to handle situations with vendors on my behalf, just to take some responsibility off my plate. I went to Bogey several times before the big day for measurements, etc., and they were always accommodating, even when I reached out at the last minute. All these experiences during planning made my stress level significantly lower as our wedding day approached, as I had full confidence Shannon and her team would make sure everything went smoothly. Fast forward to our rehearsal and wedding, and everything was truly flawless. Shannon wrangled our wedding party for the rehearsal like a boss (not an easy task!), making sure everyone knew exactly what to do the next day. From the start of the ceremony to the reception, Shannon was there every step of the way. We were able to capture photos on the GORGEOUS golf course, and Shannon had a glass of sauvignon blanc (complete with a straw, so my lips stayed perfect!), waiting for me when we got back. After the ceremony, Shannon & team even made sure there was a tray of our hors d'oeuvres in our bridal & groom suites so we could have a moment to regroup before joining our guests without missing out on the delicious cocktail hour food. The reception was like a dream, and people are still reaching out to tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. Countless people commented on how kind, accommodating and personable every BH staff member was - my grandma even ended the night dancing with the sweetest staff member and having the best time. Our guests had SO much fun. Not to mention the incredible food – our compliments to the chef! Our wedding was everything we could've dreamt and more, all thanks to Shannon & everyone at BH. I cannot recommend them enough, and I would remake the same decision to have our wedding at Bogey one million more times. To everyone at BH (Shannon especially) - thank you SO much for making our wedding amazing, even during the most difficult times in the world. We truly feel like we've made lifelong friends in everyone who was there that day. I urge every bride looking for the perfect venue to give them a call - you won't regret it!

My husband and I recently had our wedding reception at Bogey Hills and I am not kidding when I say they went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make our day PERFECT. Shannon, the event coordinator was amazing, and made our experience so stress free and easy. The venue is GORGEOUS. Bogey was super accommodating to our concerns regarding coronavirus as well. Since the venue is large, they allowed for us to space out our table adequately but in a way that made it still look normal and beautiful! They food was outstanding, as well as the bar. I could keep raving, but I really would recommend Bogey to any bride! Shannon is incredible, and was there the night of to make sure everything was going smoothly!
