Outstanding!! We had our daughter’s reception at Bogey Hills Country Club in July and everything was exceptional. The food was deliciois with passed apps, huge buffet, open bar, dessert bar. The staff was wonderful and helpful from beginning to end. Shannon couldn’t have been more perfect - she was extremely helpful in the planning phase all the way through the reception. The ballroom is beautiful and even in the heat people were comfortable out on the deck. Highly recommend and could even have future wedding receptions there!! Thank you for an incredible way to celebrate the newlyweds with friends and family

The venue is absolutely stunning. The outdoor ceremony space overlooking the waterfall created the most beautiful backdrop, and every inch of the property photographed like a dream. The bridal and groom suites were spacious, comfortable, and the perfect place to get ready with our wedding party. Our guests were blown away by how beautiful everything was and are still talking about the venue weeks later.
The food exceeded every expectation. We received more compliments on the dinner than I could have ever expected. So many guests told us it was the best wedding meal they’d ever had, and the entire staff provided exceptional service throughout the evening.
What truly made our experience unforgettable, was our coordinator, Shannon. She was the biggest reason we booked Bogey Hills, and she exceeded every expectation. From day one, she was incredibly responsive, patient, organized, and attentive. She anticipated needs before we even had to ask and handled everything with professionalism and grace.

I relocated to Denver and was the Senior Wedding and Special Events Manager for a Downtown Denver boutique hotel. I have planned thousands of gorgeous wedding receptions and ceremonies... utiful scenery you cannot find anywhere else in the area. The location was great for out-of-town guests because it is only about 15 minutes from the airport. Most of our guests stayed in Air BNBs near Main Street St. Charles and just raved about the area! Bogey is only a few exits down the highway from there. While Bogey sits conveniently off of highway 70, the expansive grounds and golf course make you feel like you are out in the beautiful countryside.
One of the best parts about the venue is their wedding packages. They bundle the price of the venue, food, drink, and a wedding coordinator all together! This made it very easy to understand your overall costs rather than having so many separate bills for each. The food was hands down the best I’ve ever had at a wedding, and they offer a lot of different options beyond traditional wedding food. The food is all done in house by the club’s chef! Super simple and delicious! For booze, they offer a ton of options and even allowed us to swap out of few beers and bourbons for brands we prefer. Shannon, the wedding coordinator is awesome! She is organized, super sweet, and very detailed. She helped us pick food, booze, and the setup of the venue. She is extremely helpful in the planning process as she reminded us of little details along the way that we might have otherwise forgotten. She even provided us with a preferred vendor list that helped us to pick a florist, photographer, and DJ. She is also there for the rehearsal and day of the wedding to guide you and make sure everything runs smoothly with the vendors. She really goes above and beyond. The rest of the staff at Bogey is incredible too! The bartenders, the servers, and all staff are so kind and truly make you and your guest feel like royalty!
Finally, the real showstopper of Bogey is the golf course. It is extremely well taken care of and beautiful year-round, but late fall is breathtaking with all the colors! We opted to have our wedding outside under the pavilion, and it was perfect. The backdrop of the golf course and waterfall behind us during the ceremony made for perfect scenery. You do not even need flowers or an arbor! We were also allowed to take photos on the golf course which was so fun, and our pictures are STUNNING! I honestly kept saying “OMG this place is so beautiful, our pictures are going to be incredible!” I was in awe! The inside of the venue is also beautiful! The entire building has tall ceilings and is very tastefully decorated with a modern feel. You must see it for yourself, but I also attached pictures!
I cannot imagine a venue anywhere in St. Louis or St. Charles giving you more bang for your buck than Bogey. Consider Bogey and I promise you will have no regrets!

attention to detail and had everything covered. As the MOB, whose daughter lives out of town, I needed that extra level of support and Shannon was there! Whenever we had a question, she was very quick in responding. Great communication!
The bridal suite and groom-room were neat, clean and spacious, and great areas for the bridal party to relax. The ceremony under the pavilion was beautiful, with the gorgeous waterfall behind, and the reception was awesome, with great service and delicious food.
There was a cloud-burst about an hour and a half before the ceremony, but Shannon made sure the weather was perfect by ceremony time! : ). The temperature had cooled and there was a lovely breeze!
Between Shannon and our wedding coordinator, I knew everything was under control and was able to throughly enjoy the day with our daughter! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

The space itself is stunning—beautiful, very inviting, and so thoughtfully designed. Everything looked like a dream. The food was out of this world (our guests are still talking about it), and the entire staff was amazing—super friendly, professional, and just all around easy to work with.
On the day of the wedding, Shannon kept everything running so smoothly that we didn’t have to stress about a thing. It all went off without a hitch, and it was even better than we could have imagined. Pure joy from start to finish.

Wedding planning went smoothly and felt very streamlined due to her prompt responses via email and her willingness to always help and provide multiple suggestions to all of our questions. Our wedding day ceremony and timeline for cocktail hour couldn’t have gone smoother due to Shannon and the team at Bogey Hills. The team lead with professionalism from the very first interaction and went above and beyond on the day of. One of the biggest highlights was the quality of food that was provided for cocktail hour and reception. went in to meet Shannon, get the tour and the details to the day of the wedding, Shannon stayed committed to everything she promised. I asked her about a referral for a wedding planner and her response was, you can hire one, but that's really what I do. She was professional and passionate about the venue. Always had a smile on her face. The day of the wedding was perfect and beautiful!! Everything went off like clockwork, as promised. Let's get to the food!!! We had crab cakes and steak bruschetta at the cocktail party. People were telling me how delicious they were. We decided on the buffet and the only thing I need to say is WOW! Every single person told me it was the best food they ever had at reception. Truth! In fact, I had several people say it was the BEST wedding and reception they had been to. Every detail was there. Shannon is a FANTASTIC coordinator and was a wonderful person to work with for our daughter’s wedding reception!
Not only was BHCC BEAUTIFUL...
but Shannon could not have been any better! She definitely knows her job, demonstrates enjoyment/excitement for her job and makes our hosting PERFECT and STRESS-FREE. She has a talent not only with taste but also making sure every single detail is taken care of. She instilled confidence for us and truly made us feel important and worked to make sure we were happy.
All of our guests not to mention our daughter and her fiancé commented on what a beautiful venue and WONDERFUL reception we hosted (all with Shannon’s expert help)! The night went by so fast but guests were constantly coming up to us saying this was the BEST wedding reception they had ever attended!
Besides being a GREAT COORDINATOR, we also consider GREAT COMMUNICATION a must for working with someone. This was very and always is important to us especially since we were planning this wedding from Illinois where we live. Shannon ALWAYS returned any texts, emails, phone calls etc. promptly from either myself or our daughter, the bride!! This was considered the second most important issue for us (the first obviously being a great coordinator). Very professional!
Shannon has a very good system set up that made the whole process run smoothly (esp. since we were doing most of it from out of town) from booking BHCC, to paying, and to helping with the planning and order of events! We also appreciated her flexibility with some last-minute changes for a couple of things we had incorrect or forgotten. She rose to the occasion perfectly!
We had done research for venues in the area and found that BHCC was worth the price for the job performed. Thank you, Shannon, for a FABULOUS job and helping us provide a WONDERFUL wedding reception for our daughter/fiancé! All our guests kept coming up to us during the reception saying it was the BEST wedding reception they have ever been too!

now husband, and I looked at each other and said, “Oh this is it.” We weren’t even going to check it out for some odd reason! Thankfully we did because this was the prettiest venue in all of Saint Charles County. Our wedding was just this past weekend and all of our guests are telling us how much fun they had and how it was the most beautiful wedding. The ceremony we picked took place outside under a beautiful pavilion overlooking a waterfall. The waterfall is so peaceful. Then our guests went inside for cocktail hour. Then right into the reception. It was so smooth. I wish we could relive that day over. Everyone tells you there will be some hiccups on the day of your wedding but in my case, there weren’t any.

The venue itself was amazing, the food and bar selections were incredible, and the entire staff at Bogey went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and asks. The guests could not stop praising how great the service was and how beautiful the venue was overlooking the golf course. We also had the entire ballroom and the deck area for the remaining of the night.
We thank Shannon and the team at Bogey Hills for making our wedding day the most memorable and perfect day. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

I want to give a special shoutout to the servers who were there with us on our special day because they were so very kind and sweet. Each server treated each guest so lovingly and they were so much fun! I had wonderful conversation with a few of them, and they always made sure to ask how I was doing, etc. The level of professionalism is UNMATCHED at Bogey Hills.

We had already looked at several venues, but when we toured Bogey Hills with Shannon, we knew this was it. Bogey Hills is a beautiful, modern, upscale venue. It has a naturally beautiful setting, with the ballroom overlooking the golf course and waterfall. It is very spacious, but has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. When you first enter the lobby, you see how beautiful the decor is (along with their gorgeous fireplace!). It is not only a great area for pictures, but also provides another, smaller area for guests to relax. The Bride and Groom’s suites are very spacious and comfortable as well, which was very helpful the day of. The food at the reception – amazing! Not only was the presentation impressive, many of our guests commented that it was so delicious and not the “typical” wedding food.
Our daughter and son-in-law were able to have pictures done both inside and outside the club. There were several areas throughout the inside that they used, as well as the balcony area off the ballroom. Outside, the golf course provided a beautiful, fall backdrop. So many good photo opportunities!
The staff was very professional, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Every detail is considered. Leading up to the day, Shannon was a pleasure to work with. She is very professional and organized, which made it an easy process. She was quick to respond to questions/emails, and always provided clear, updated information. She also coordinated with the other vendors ahead of the event, which helped the day go smoothly. Her preferred vendors list was so helpful with our planning as well.
We had a fun, relaxing day because we knew Shannon had it under control!

alism, knowledge, and attention to detail that left us in awe. Her responsiveness and unwavering support over the 18 months leading up to the big day were truly exceptional. It felt like she was available around the clock, ensuring no question went unanswered.
Shannon's preferred vendor list was a game-changer. We entrusted many of our vendors from this list, and the result was a wedding day that flowed like a perfectly orchestrated symphony. The food was beyond amazing; the cocktail hour offered crab cakes, bacon-wrapped tenderloin, and sausage-stuffed mushrooms. The dinner menu included crab-crusted salmon, beef tenderloin, Caesar salad, Italian salad, tomato cream pasta, honey-glazed carrots, and dinner rolls, which left everyone raving. The impeccable service and friendly bartenders added an extra layer of warmth to the evening.
The venue itself is nothing short of breathtaking. The pavilion overlooking the golf course provided a stunning backdrop for the ceremony. With the gentle sounds of the waterfall in the background, our daughter and her now-husband exchanged vows as the sun began to set, creating a scene straight out of a fairytale.
What truly set Bogey Hills apart was the stress-free experience Shannon orchestrated for us. Her meticulously planned timeline allowed for nothing to be missed and everything to stay extremely organized. As the MOB, all I did on the day of the wedding was simply relax, enjoy myself, and savor the moment.
The only downside was that the day had to end. I didn't want to leave, and the party felt like it could have gone on forever. Shannon, we can't thank you enough for making our daughter's dream wedding a reality. You've given our entire family a day we will cherish forever. Bogey Hills Country Club and Shannon, you have our deepest gratitude.

From the gorgeous waterfall backdrop behind the covered pavilion, the beautifully maintained greens, the spacious bride and groom suites, and the stunning ballroom, this is your venue if you’re looking for an all inclusive experience. I also cannot get over how delicious the food was. We were blown away at our tasting and again on wedding day. I really wish I had been able to eat more that day because it was just so darn tasty. Our guests loved it too. Their chef is fantastic.
Beyond the space itself, what sealed the deal for us on Bogey Hills was their outstanding venue coordinator, Shannon. From our first visit, I was immediately impressed by her knowledge of the wedding industry, her attention to detail and her hyper-focus on that day’s bride to be that was currently getting ready there. As a potential bride there, that’s exactly what I wanted to see. Focus on the couple of the day. That’s not to say she ignored us on the tour, but she definitely stepped aside once or twice to handle various things that needed to be done for the bride.
Once we signed on with Bogey and secured our date, Shannon was unbelievably helpful throughout our wedding planning experience. She’s extremely prompt and thorough with responses to questions and provides everything you need from Bogey and more. She was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of, even when she had countless other couples on her plate probably sending her just as many emails as us.
Come the months immediately prior to the wedding, Shannon was excellent at providing timeline reminders and making sure Bogey had everything they needed from our end to make the day happen. Rehearsal at Bogey was so incredibly smooth with Shannon at the reigns. We had a large wedding party and several family members that needed wrangling, and Shannon was fantastic at making sure everyone knew exactly where they needed to be and when. You could tell she knows her stuff and she does it well. On actual wedding day, Shannon once again proved no less than spectacular at keeping everything and everyone running on time and ensuring the day was exactly as we had envisioned it. And trust me, it was! Everything came together so beautifully and I was blown away at how smoothly and effortlessly the day went off. Everyone on the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful throughout! Not a detail was missed.
Trust me on this one, hire Bogey Hills. You will not be disappointed in the slightest.

a lovely touch for our guest. I loved that people could go sit by the fire and it was such a nice place for photos. Also, having the ability to get ready at the venue in a gorgeous room was such a highlight to our day. We were able to see everything coming together and not have to worry about anything as the venue transformed into what we worked all year for. The ceremony location was stunning and our guests have not stopped talking about how beautiful it was.
Acoustics were very important to us and there were no issues at all- guests could hear everything clearly. When we told our Band where we were having our wedding, they were excited about it being Bogey Hills, said it was a great place to play and have a band.
Bogey Hills came as a package deal, which we loved. We didn't have to worry about anything- food, table/chairs/linens... all through them!
Going on and on about the space is one thing but the wedding coordinator, Shannon, is second to none. Even if everything else had not been so perfect, I would still recommend Bogey Hills off of Shannon. From the moment I met her, I felt less stressed. She made the entire process seem so easy and enjoyable. Shannon spoke with vendors, made sure everything was exactly like we wanted the day of and above all else, was there through the entire process with us. Even getting us drinks the second we walked into the reception! Honestly, the most responsive and diligent person I could have hoped to work with. She may have had 10 other brides emailing her, but I always felt like her main priority. The staff the night of was great and everything ran so smoothly.
Our wedding was everything we could have dreamt of at Bogey Hills and I will 100% recommend it to any couple looking for a venue!

The tour led by Shannon Endres could not have been more professional or delightful, our immediate impression of Shannon was that she was amazingly competent and we knew that we would be in good hands with her as our Wedding Coordinator from the moment we met her and we entirely correct in our assumption! I can assure you that every email or phone call was answered in the utmost timely manner and she did everything in her power to accommodate all our requests. We had a very large wedding of 250 people with a sit down dinner and every guest was served in such a timely manner. Our tasting was just as professional and informative, the Chef answered every question and offered suggestions. Shannon could not have been more accommodating and assuring us with every step leading up to Wedding Day.
The Venue did not disappoint, nor did Shannon. Shannon was there to help orchestrate the arrival of guests on wedding day and make sure the entire night went smoothly. I cannot say enough about how friendly and accommodating the entire Staff was from the bartenders to the servers, kitchen staff, etc. The food was absolutely wonderful and beautifully presented. We could not have been more pleased with our choice and cannot thank everyone involved at Bogey Hills Country Club for making this day the vision that we had all dreamed.
With that being said, we recommend Bogey Hills Country Club Venue and Shannon 100%!! You will be guaranteed the most amazing pictures and wedding day memories!

impressed when we almost immediately heard back from the coordinator, Shannon. Before even touring the venue I was sold! Throughout the entire process of planning Shannon was absolutely incredible, and always responded super quick. I consider myself a complete perfectionist and had ZERO stress on my wedding day because of Shannon and the incredible vendors and staff at Bogey!
Our guests bragged all night about the staff, the food and the gorgeous venue. If you don’t chose Bogey, you’re missing out! It is the most perfect place to start your forever! Shannon spent an entire year turning all of my endless emails into the vision I painted in my mind and turned it into a beautiful reality. Shannon was one step head of absolutely everything and she brought her A game every step of the way and made everything I wanted and needed possible, without her my wedding wouldn’t have been what it was. I felt like I was in a dream I didn’t want to wake up from. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating and marvelously kind to not only me but for the room full of my treasured guests. utely stunning, but Shannon and every worker we met were so kind and friendly. The ceremony pavilion is breathtaking. My guests cannot stop talking about how it was the most beautiful outdoor wedding they've ever been to. I've been to multiple weddings were the food was average and unfortunately cold. The food at Bogey Hills was hot and delicious! One of the things I loved most was how many things were included with the venue. Food, open bar, cake/dessert, ceremony chairs, table linens, china and votive candles. Obviously it is very overwhelming planning a wedding from scratch but this venue makes it so much easier.
I cannot say enough about Shannon. She made things so smooth. She is so nice and makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in. 2 weeks before the wedding we decided to upgrade our package (bar/food) and she made it happen with no problem. Also, the day of the wedding we had to make minor changes with the set up while decorating and she made it happen so quickly and told me not to worry and I knew I could trust her!
If this venue is within your budget I promise you will be so happy and your wedding day will be perfect!

Especially Shannon! She was absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way, even on those stressful days with our many questions. Shannon was professional, kind, gracious, thorough, detailed, organized and extremely responsive! All qualities you want in a wedding coordinator! She was amazing and we are forever grateful for her kindness throughout our entire experience. Shannon took care of all the vendors, guests, and everything in between so we could enjoy the evening. Shannon was a true gem to work with and we would not have wanted to work with anyone else!
Many of our wedding guests are still talking about the delicious food (the food was absolutely amazing!) and the beautiful venue. We have received so many compliments from our guests on the entire evening. Many have told us it was the best wedding reception they have ever attended! We are so proud of this and we know that because of the dedicated staff at Bogey Hills, this is the reason our guests felt this way and our almost 2 years of wedding planning!
