We received so many rave reviews for how unique and beautiful our venue was for our wedding! It truly was perfect for the ceremony, reception, and dinner.
The hall itself is great, we absolutely loved it. The ONLY reason I ranked 3 stars is because the only caterer they allow is Taste of Excellence which did their best to ruin our we...
dding. I would change this to 5 stars if they allowed another caterer. They do allow you to bring your own alcohol which saved us a ton of money. It had enough space for us to have 200 guests and a large dance floor without moving any tables.
It's an absolutely gorgeous hall. Tall ceilings, beautiful chandelier, huge picture windows letting in tons of natural light. Lots of space for my wedding of approximately 150 pe...
ople. A couple of things to watch. While it was perfect for me, there is only one caterer, A Taste of Excellence, allowed in this hall, so you'll have to work through them if you book here. However, they were very professional and took care of everything for us. Also, the outside of the hall is not exactly scenic... it's a sort of rough neighborhood, so if you're dreaming of outdoor pictures, either book somewhere else or take the photos somewhere else. Finally, I made one other discovery between the ceremony and reception. The ceiling is sort of lines with little swastikas. Bear in mind this building was built in the late 1800s, before WWII, when that symbol meant peace and good luck, but something to be aware of. All our guests were easygoing about it, but that may not be the case for everyone. I swear it was actually a really lovely hall, haha, I know that wasn't the most glowing recommendation.
