Catherine and her team were truly a godsend. Catherine was as professional, responsive, patient, organized, and proactive as I could have asked for. I had read excellent reviews of...
her, but she and her team exceeded my expectations going into the planning process. Catherine and her team were true partners: they listened to my vision and preferences, provided advice, and were receptive to feedback and last-minute changes. From helping me find a great boutique for my dress, to sourcing, booking and communicating with vendors, Catherine somehow flexibly juggled hundreds of details (including my multiple-a-day questions for months) and executed a truly flawless wedding day. Knowing our wedding was in great hands, my husband and I were able to move through the day with a lot of peace and focus on each other, the wedding and our guests. We also had multiple guests tell us later how helpful the team was to them during the day. We are grateful beyond words for Boizelle Affairs and unreservedly recommend them to all brides!

wedding. She is kind, compassionate, and truly cared about making our day everything we imagined. It would not have been the amazing day it was without her.
Sarah gave so much attention to the details of the event and all the things we wanted. She followed up with me persistently when I needed it to ensure she could make it happen for us! She also managed communications with all the vendors so professionally. Multiple vendors came back to me commenting on how professional and kind and “on top of it” she was. She handled all obstacles with poise and grace - from timeline adjustments to unresponsive vendors. She is an amazing planner and person and we are eternally grateful for her!
Sarah and Catherine together, facilitated the best day of our lives. They handled everything in the background so that we could just enjoy the day to the fullest and soak it all in. We would recommend them to absolutely anyone!

ll of the vendors, venues, people, and inevitable day-of surprises to deliver an exceptional wedding day experience is an art. With expert communication, planning, and poise, Boizelle Affaires excelled in all areas to make the day of our dreams a seamless experience for us and our loved ones.
As a business owner and CEO I love planning, and knew it would be hard to trust someone to take over the reins and run the day the way I would. From day one, Catherine demonstrated her initiative, understanding of our vision, ability to communicate effectively, and expertise in navigating every detail with poise and precision. It instilled so much confidence and let us truly trust in her to take the reins in the last two months and on the day of the wedding to make it what we wanted, and she absolutely delivered!
Catherine and her team delivered an elevated experience of hospitality and enjoyment for our guests. Weeks after the wedding, everyone is still raving about what an incredible day it was from start to finish, and how smoothly the celebration unfolded!
Being fully present and savoring every moment of the wedding day without a worry in the world was an absolutely priceless gift. We are so grateful to the exceptional Boizelle Affaires team for making the day everything we dreamed and handling every detail so that our only jobs on our Wedding Day were to say I Do and enjoy every moment!

elp us with all the details of our wedding day so that we could relax and step back into the role of bride and groom. Catherine and her team allowed us to truly do that as they handled every detail of our wedding with great attention, kindly assisting with each of our requests, and making us so confident that they would bring the wedding day of our dreams to life! They were EASILY the best decision we made while planning our wedding!
Knowing that Catherine and the Boizelle Affaires team had our best interest in mind throughout the planning process was so comforting! We were able to pass the stressful items to them so that we could focus on spending time with our loved ones. Because of this, we were able to come into our wedding week feeling so at peace, confident that the BA team would handle any hiccups that came our way.
On our wedding day, Catherine and the Boizelle Affaires team worked gracefully, setting up our long list of reception items and guiding our large wedding party throughout the day. We were perfectly on time for the entire day, and the team even handled a torrential downpour as all guests arrived for cocktail hour and throughout our entire portrait time- all with a smile on their face! Our wedding day would have been so stressful without their presence and support!
We cannot thank Catherine and the Boizelle Affaires team enough for bringing all our wedding dreams to life and allowing us to be in the moment, truly soaking in each second from our wedding day!

elping everything run smoothly. Her list of vendors was helpful to fill the gaps I had on my list. You will not regret hiring her for your next event. I would recommend her to my friends and family.
The absolute best wedding decision we made was hiring Catherine as our wedding coordinator. Catherine is not only exceptional at what she does, she is also the most kind, patient, ...
and gracious person. Catherine became not only our wedding coordinator but our teammate, advocate, sounding board, listening ear, and our friend.
Her organization and attention to detail are unparalleled, and it showed throughout the entire wedding planning process and also on our wedding day when everything was absolutely perfect. Our venue and other vendors raved about Catherine's preparedness, poise, and professionalism in the months beforehand and day-of.
Catherine always treated us like her #1 priority and extended endless support from day one. We had 14 vendors and several last-minute additions/changes in the final weeks before the wedding, but all of this was no match to Catherine's expertise - she is a true master at what she does. Catherine met every question, change, update, and addition with grace and a reassuring "this is what I am here for". Three days before our wedding, we asked Catherine if we could extend our reception and within hours she had every detail organized and every vendor contacted. We ended up choosing not to extend, but the option was there because Catherine made it happen for us.
Our wedding was complex in that we had a break between our ceremony and reception, and our reception took place on three different levels at our venue, like a progressive dinner. Despite the complexity and logistics that goes into moving 210 people to three different floors on a timeline, Catherine and her team made the process absolutely seamless and we heard endless compliments from our family and friends.
Leading up to the wedding, there was never a moment where we felt any doubt or anxiety about how things would go because we had so much faith in Catherine and her team's unmatched skill and knowledge. Having that peace of mind, and seeing it all come to fruition, was such an incredible blessing. We truly cannot express enough how grateful we are for Catherine and her team making our wedding unforgettable.

ding. Her professionalism throughout the process, especially with vendors, allowed us to take a breath and know that everything was being handled firmly and kindly with the utmost detail and care. Catherine has a gift for accompanying couples, and she discerns so well on when to guide, advise, or encourage her clients in the decisions required to bring their ideas to life. While she already has her own beautiful style and vision, she takes great care to understand and draw out the beauties that inspire the couple. Our wedding day would not have been what it was without her. Yes, things were seamless, stunning, and free of stress on our wedding day because of her and her team, but more than that: our wedding day became an invitation for others to taste and share in the communion of saints, which is what we hoped for more than anything else. I knew that, in Catherine, we had another powerful intercessor on our side throughout the 6 months leading to our wedding, someone who held us in prayer and won graces for our wedding day and marriage that were unique to her beautiful relationship with God the Father. Catherine is a beautiful and humble woman who truly sees and knows the mystery that the Lord allows her to glimpse in walking with couples as they prepare for marriage. Yes, she is a fiercely organized, prompt, hardworking professional who will do everything in her power to alleviate your stress and coordinate one of the most beautiful events you’ve ever hosted or attended, but even more than that, she has a beautiful heart which loves and serves all those around her. At the end of our wedding, she felt like family, and we are so blest to have been accompanied by her throughout the entire process. “ Natalie and Ryan
