BOKAY IS THE BEST AND WORKING WITH CARLY WAS A DREAM. I was SO nervous about booking florals because I’ve heard so many horror stories about pricing and management of the florals/rentals. Bokay made florals one of the easiest parts of our day. I had a hard time making a “vision” of what I wanted, and they helped bring all my pieces together into something cohesive. I was especially nervous about it coming together, as I’m based in Austin, so I couldn’t come in person to any meetings ahead of time. Their pricing is fair, and they helped adjust to maximize what we were able to spend. I can’t recommend Carly and the Bokay team enough!!

Bokay brought my Pinterest vision board to life! During the early stages of wedding planning, I met with several florists and quickly realized that, as a bride, there are certain things I may have to compromise on. One thing I just couldn't let go of was having light pink and white peonies for my April wedding. Other florists told me peonies wouldn't be possible due to timing and logistics, and the quotes I received were outrageously expensive.
From my very first meeting with Bokay, I shared my vision and inspiration photos, and they immediately said "Absolutely". Not only were they confident they could make it happen, but they were also the most affordable florist I spoke with. From that first interaction, Bokay was truly a dream to work with.
They made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. I got to focus on the fun parts of wedding planning by sharing my vision, while they handled all the details and logistics. It was such a relief.
On the wedding day, everything was delivered and set up right on time, and the flowers looked even more beautiful than I could have imagined. One thing I especially appreciated was not having to worry about cleanup or returning vases afterward, an often over-looked part of wedding planning that Bokay made completely stress free.
A huge shoutout to Carly for making everything happen so seamlessly! I truly cannot recommend Bokay enough. The magic of our special day would not have been possible without them!
We had a bridal bouquet, 6 bridesmaid bouquets, 3 corsages, 10 boutonnieres, a floral arch, a floral arrangement for our welcome board, 10 cocktail table peony sets, flowers for our cake and table, greenery for our memorial table, a large arrangement for our head table, greenery for 25 guest tables, and arrangement for all the lanterns. Each arrangement was so perfectly curated. It has been about two weeks since the wedding and my bridal bouquet still looks amazing which is a testament to their quality of flowers and greenery as well!

ve imagined in my wildest dreams. There were so many guests that frequently told us that these were the best florals they had seen in a wedding. The florals were gorgeous and held up all night. (and even today, 4 days later as they look beautiful on my kitchen counter for display) Personally, I preferred a wildflower vibe with mixed florals, cacti, and greenery with heavy candles. They managed to create this in the most incredible way from my wedding backdrop, to the entry way, to my gorgeous dining table center pieces, to even tiny details all around each event room. Specifically, I had the privilege of working with Zack a majority of the time and he was fantastic. He looked at my pinterest boards, heard my vision during our meeting, and knew exactly what I wanted. There were multiple adjustments I made with things last minute due to seating/tables and they were extremely attentive and accommodating. I cannot recommend Bokay enough for their hard work and spectacular florals. I am so grateful for Bokay and all they did to create my perfect wedding. I will post photos soon when they are ready!

ce overall was good, but hit a rough patch the day of the actual wedding. Leading up they were fantastic, they were so willing to work with me and we had multiple calls - Zach was great! He did an amazing job of figuring out what I wanted and putting together an awesome collage. It is clear that they knew their stuff, and were super willing to work within my (tighter) budget. However the day-of they forgot the stands for the alter flowers and one of the bridesmaid bouquet was lackluster and didn't fit the vision we discussed. They were willing to discuss this however, and did issue a refund as an apology.

We shopped around quite a bit for florists in the Indianapolis area, but it was Bokay that stood out to us due to their excellent service, impressive knowledge, and willingness to listen and work with us on our budget. After our initial video consultation, we met with Zach in person and set up a first draft of the proposal. Zach himself was a delight to work with throughout and helped us figure out exactly what to use to create the wedding of our dreams. The deposit was very reasonable and a second meeting was scheduled to fine-tune the details closer to our date. We had a much better idea of what we wanted by the time of that second conference, and Bokay helped us easily adjust from our initial estimates to our final plans. They were even willing to make a few last-minute additions in the week leading up to our wedding.
On the day of our event Bokay showed up exactly 2 hours early as planned and delivered/setup our incredible arrangements. Seeing those astounding flowers and greenery being integrated into our venue was breathtaking and made us overjoyed with our decision to go with them as our florist! Our guests were as amazed as we were and we received many compliments on our flowers both during and after the wedding.
We can't recommend Bokay Florst enough! Thank you to Zach and everyone at Bokay for creating the beautiful scenery on the best day of our lives!!!

It did not end up impacting our celebration, and the bouquets were truly beautiful, and even larger than expected, but we do wish they were able to cater to our allergy.

Overall it was very easy to work with this vendor and the communication between me and Bokay was always very easy when it came to arranging the drop-off time on the day of the wedding.

beyond my wildest dreams! My bridal Bokay was the most beautiful arrangement I've ever seen. They came to the venue before the wedding to set up the space, "set up" is such an understatement. They transformed my venue! The tables were like something out of Pinterest. All my guests were raving about the decor.
From start to finish the commutation was great, the execution was incredible, and the pricing process what very transparent and seamless to make changes where it fit our budget. To top it all off they are locally owned and the kindest and most thoughtful people I worked with on such a huge moment in our lives.

Their inability to follow through with their promise to even send us the quote implies that they got a better offer and we became less of a priority. What a waste of time.

When the proposal came the next week, we were pleasantly surprised not only by the thoroughness of the list but also by the reasonable cost-they rent all of the vases and accessories, so it takes a huge burden off of the budget and we didn’t end up with 20+ vases in our living room! When the day came the flowers were there before I was, and I arrived to a breathtaking display of bouquets in my bridal suite, and everything already set up beautifully. place else I saw. Something has got to be wrong, right?! WRONG!!! Bokay’s work was absolutely stunning. Colleen really listened to what I wanted (and my fiancé too!) and Bokay definitely delivered and for about $3,000 cheaper than our other estimate. Bokay earned a customer for life.

iscussed with Colleen (who is fantastic) what we saw for our big day. We let her know what we needed and soon after received a proposal via email. After some tweaks, we had our minds made up and booked them.
On wedding day, we were ecstatic to see how nice everything looked! The bride and bridal party bouquets were gorgeous and the ceremony/reception arrangements were as well. I was pleasantly surprised that our vision of the perfect flowers came together as well as they did. Recommend Colleen and Bokay Florist for any and all wedding needs.

went over everything we wanted and they were ensured us they could do it all, gave me a basic quote and explained the real quote would come in a few days but asked I send them the pics of examples I was showing them. They also told us in that first appointment that a percentage would be due 20 days before the wedding then the balance due days before. I didn't hear from them so I emailed them the pics they asked for and asked if the quote was ready. They got back to me with a quote that was much much higher than what they originally told me and didn't even include the colors I told them about when we met. It was like the meeting never happened. They did in the email again tell me a percentage was due 20 days prior to the wedding and balance due days before. I explained that to them about the colors again and they requoted me but still didn't include the colors I asked about. They finally did include the colors I asked about but then tried to say I need to pay it in full right then. I told them no that I would pay the percentage as we agreed upon. It was such a hassle that I almost went someplace else. The only reason I didn't was we were on a time crunch and I didn't have time to go over it all with someone new. I would not recommend them to anyone.

worked within our budget to give us exactly what we wanted (even when it was something we didn't know we wanted!). Angie also provided some great tips unrelated to the flowers, such as table shapes/sizes, arrangements, table clothes, etc. Bo Kay also has a chuppah available for rent, and they do a great job of making everything look beautiful. Working with Angie is like getting a built in wedding planner in addition to a florist. I would highly recommend Angie and Bo Kay, especially if you are looking for a creative company to partner with for your event.
